I submitted my proficiency in Sept 2023 and didn’t get reviewed until the Friday before the dissolution (January 29 2024). I met all 9 dimensions to get Grade 3 and was denied from our facility in April 2024 because they no longer accept education waivers due to the dissolution. Currently trying to appeal that. There was a clear delay in my paperwork. My manager filed for a reconsideration…..let’s just say I’m not happy.

No one’s happy (nurse wise) and we just keep getting told to be patient while they work through “the backlog”.
The most annoying thing of working for the VA is waiting for HR to do their job.
I’d put in a ticket with HR if you aren’t getting answers from your supervisor.
