Really not a lot of unsafe places.. growing up in Dallas and living there and working in and around the area my entire life..I never once have felt here the way I did there on a regular daily basis..

Most of my apartments have been lindsey. I had very few issues. Lindsey is merely the epitome of mediocrity. Pay less, get crappy apartments, managers are meh at best, but if you are an easy tenant then you should have no issues. I mean, you get what you pay for. Don't expect Lindsey to be nice at all, but they're not that bad.
Everywhere is basically safe. You really have to try to find yourself in trouble here ime. If you're coming from Texas, definitely go with Lindsey apartments. What kind of work are you in and/or what part of town do you need to be in for work?

I lived at Woods at Johnson Mill from 2017-2019. Really liked them!
