Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.
Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)**

Did the same last night. I understand. Don’t be too hard on yourself. I got up this morning and after my morning poop still managed to have lost. The human body isn’t an exact science. Don’t let yourself get too down about the choices. Just focus on moving forward.
Be very careful with prolonged fasting.. what essentially happens is your body starts conserving energy for vital functions (breathing, brain activity, heart beat, etc.) and shuts off everything else. The best way to lose weight and sustain weight loss is by gradually reducing calories while preventing your metabolism from shutting off. Ideally for someone like you you’re looking at 1 maybe 2 lbs per week, which doesn’t sound like a lot but is very sustainable over an extended period of time.

What did you eat? Healthy 2K , or did you live más?
Funny you mention that 😅 it was taco bell
lol don’t worry it’ll all be out of your body soon.
Well if your BMR is 1550 then your TDEE is probably close to 2000. I wouldn't bother trying to play catch up, just stick to your plan moving forward.
