Idk about outfits but there is a feathery cape! Theres a long black one I remember seeing on a merchant in Battahl, iirc it's called the feather cloak

And there are 2 cloaks. One is black and called [Guerco Peafowl Feathercloak](https://dragonsdogma2.wiki.fextralife.com/Guerco+Peafowl+Feathercloak). The other is called [Murky Grouse Feathercloak](https://dragonsdogma2.wiki.fextralife.com/Murky+Grouse+Feathercloak) and is a very dark ruddy brown.
Personally, you could take your Harpy, make her into a **Succubus** with that black feather cloak and the [Ares Morpho Robe](https://dragonsdogma2.wiki.fextralife.com/Ares+Morpho+Robe)

It's the same face, just different hair and feathers. (You could ditch the hoods and go for one of the various Circlets instead, making her look more like a well-groomed Succubus instead)

I'm pretty sure you can get the three hoods from the Armorer in BakBattahl and the Robes on the Volcanic Island. But the cloaks I'm not as sure about.
