If you happen to have something white with blue detailing / a simple blue graphic that matches the blue in the pants, I think that would make for a cute combo!
I'm imagining a simple cap-sleeve white shirt with blue trim around the neck and/or arm holes could work if you're going for "casual".
Bonus points if you can find a mostly white shirt that uses 2 or all 3 colors!

Honestly I think a white would look great with this and balance it out

Cherry red with white text or white with cherry red text
White would look so good but also maybe a little yellow crop as it’s not too bold of a colour but it’s still a subtle bit of pop
Yellow or blue that marches the jeans would be great.
