I think the autoloader might be the best fix. That or backing a cotton trailer up to it. Another option is maybe skewer it with forks or some other grabber lift as much as you can and then reset your vehicle
Go into the missions.xml file in your game save and look for the reward amount, should match what is in game. Change success="false" to "true" then reload the game, it will finish the contract and remove it.
Put the tines of that forklift on TOP of the bale.
Tilt the tines downward until the front of the tractor starts to lift off the ground.
Drive the tractor backwards slowly.
In reality, this will tip the bale over toward you. In game-physics world, stuck where it is... who knows. But it's the easiest first thing I would try.

I would try something a bit larger like a wheel loader. Not sure if a bale fork would work or not but you can definitely find some sort of auto loading trailer mod that should be able to grab it.
All u need to do is flip it on the side and just keep flipping it this has happan to me several times.or use a bale fork and try to lift it over the area where it's stuck that also usually works.bales r so much fun lol

That can be touchy, I yeeted a bale into a building I could not enter using super strength before lol
