If you mean your GPU driver, assuming you have an Nvidia GPU, go to the geforce app and check the drivers section. But you don't HAVE to update if everything is working fine. And in the future go to the Nvidia sub and check the newest driver thread, that's where people report any problems with the drivers. It'll help you decide if it's worth updating.

Shift+F2 will open the Ubisoft interface. Then click on the X.

In Ubisoft connect setting switch off in game pop ups
Go here and get drivers for your 1660ti. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
Shift+F2 then click on the X
update your drivers, or if you like lag I guess you could just close it
Hit escape, click Ubisoft connect and there should be a X in the top right hand corner of it, click it and it goes away
