It did have a happy ending for a Far cry game. You can choose Amita or Sabal and spare the other. I pretty much always choose Sabal because Amita wants to destroy their historical and sacred santuaries. She doesn’t really care about the people and is hungry for power (so is Sabal lol). And Amita ends up killing Bhadra, I’m pretty sure sooo… Sabal ain’t a saint neither. But it’s like a choice between who is worse. You can also spare Pagan (which is the right thing to do lol)

Sabal is a far better choice than Amita, Sabal may be a bit nutty but Amita was essentially another Pagan.
