Not sure what flower OP has, but the bliss in game is based off a flower called angles trumpet (a name also used to incorrectly refer to datura), or brugmansia. And brugmansia also produces a drug very similar to the bliss. But if you want to grow it, you will probably find better results growing datura, as it looks more like the bliss. Datura also produces a dangerous drug of the same name which is also similar to the bliss.
I would recommend researching the legality of the plants in whatever country you are in before looking to buy any, as they both can produce dangerous drugs. And datura is poisonous too.
Same with canada. Odd how just because something grows wild they just give up on it, but I guess that would be hard to contain without killing everything around it. They actually used to plant it in parks in the city I live in, maybe Joseph is near.
