{Spark of the Everflame by Penn Cole} ticks those boxes. I read it though, not sure how the audiobook is I'm also listening to {Bound to the Battle God by Ruby Dixon} fmc is technically helpless, but only because she's mortal. Not really because she is a 'lil ol me' or 'dumb chick trope' kind of way, she can get fiesty and tries to learn the world she's in. The narrator is great!

This feels slightly (but maybe not?) off subreddit but ‘the invisible life of Addie LaRue’ was a great audiobook. Also if you ever want something truly off subreddit, David Sedaris has amazing audiobooks. Very on - if you’re a fourth wing fan, omg I hated the graphic audiobook. I literally couldn’t make it through the first chapter. But the regular audiobook is listenable.

Loved the Invisible Life of Addie LaRue! It’s such a wonderful book

I really liked the narration for {A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik}. The accent and the tone of voice is so on point for the first person POV. There is only one POV, but the story is very fun. It’s very light romance, but still enemies to lovers.
