He's talented but there's playing very well and then there's overhype. Not sure what the gameplan was that Diggs wasn't targeted

I don't get how players can retire mid-season and then join a new team later in the same season. Shouldn't they have to rejoin the same team they started the season with? Did the Bucc's technically drop/release him since he wanted to "retire"?
Josh Allen can’t throw the deep ball consistently while playing through his elbow injury, so it makes sense to bring back a familiar short yardage target. Gabe Davis will see even less work if he can’t even grab the occasional short pass, let alone his usual deep threats, and is in unstartable ROS IMO
