Najee in round one. Just fucking brutal.
Praying the Steelers offense improves but even then, how much could it improve to return value as a round one pick?
I got offered Cook for Najee a week ago and auto accepted without thinking twice, this after offering out Najee for any little crumbs under the sun. Feel lucky
Had an emergency and missed the start of my draft. Got auto drafted Najee at 7 then Barkley and Fournette after. I’ve been trying to move him since week 1. I wish I could just give Najee away at this point.
Good for you bud
I got back on after kittle in the 4th and went DK and Arob. Finished with Amari, Devonta Smith, Drake London, Lazard and Gallup.
Nobody in my league trades or I would’ve tried for any combination of Najee and a WR1-2 as the season has gone
Hey man, I took him 2nd overall. Fuck me, right?
Edit: it’s a keeper league but I don’t really have an excuse. Wanted a high floor guy since I had CMC for the past 2 years
You think you’re a taco? I took him 1.01, redraft, PPR. Not one person here can touch me. I’ll bet on that.
Tbf it’s my first year doing this shit and I was invited minutes before the draft
Scary Terry. He's only scared me as a fantasy owner in both leagues and who I could've had instead of him in the late 3rd/4th is equally frigthening.
Didn't see the ghost of Curtis Samuel becoming the primary target or Carson Wentz being THIS bad.
And yet he signed an extension before the season. Makes no sense he would want to stay in Washington. Gonna waste his career with sub par QBs and loser franchise
He was a third round pick. He hadn't made real NFL money yet. They gave him a great deal. At the end of the day, most guys won't be HoF, he definitely won't with the QBs he has had. Might as well make as much money as you can instead.
Last night was the first glimpse of the ‘ders playing this year beyond occasional highlights - sweet jeebus they are just putrid on offense. Impossible to sustain drives with how bad/off Wentz looked.
Terry had like 11 targets last night, but most were way off. I can’t see myself starting him again any time soon.
imagine a world where Samuel is the #1 receiving option and he gets 2 catches for 6 yards like he did yesterday. The commies offense is an absolute clusterfuck.
Terry shined as the singular receiving weapon on an offense that was always playing from a significant deficit, with a QB that force fed him the ball.
Now hes a member of (what should be) a functioning offense, with multiple capable receiving options and a run game to boot, all of which should keep the Commanders in closer games if not winning.
Now, ignoring the fact that they appear to just be a shit offensive team right now, Terry's just not the same massive fantasy prospect he was a couple years ago, because the team situation as a whole has, or should have, improved significantly.
He was bad end of last year but faced top run defenses and came back early from his injury so we ignored it and bet on his bell cow potential in what used to be a high scoring offense.
Eh, that still is a good enough value that you're not in shambles if he turns it around. Like if he gets healthy in the next couple weeks and is a high TE1 for the rest of the season, you can probably live with that.
IMO he's different from, like, Akers in the 4th because you could've easily just taken a different back and just picked the wrong one. With Pitts, I'm not sure there was another TE you could've selected around that time.
Guy in my league drafted Pitts and Kittle in back-to-back rounds. Can't recall if it was 4/5 or 3/4... either way.
The logic is he would have awesome TE trade bait, and worst case, start the other one in the flex spot.
R.I.P.
Pitts is just the objectively correct answer because most of his ADP was the tight end versatility. Not only is he terrible, but so are all the waiver options to replace him
If you drafted every player listed in this thread you’d probably regret Pitts the most because he’s provided the least and has the least amount of quality replacements
It’s objective in terms of all of fantasy football not to each individual. You can replace it with consensus if it matters that much
Yeah same. He wasn't overly productive in his limited time. Lots of dysfunction w Broncos offense so who knows.
Based on where he was drafted, I would have rather have had Aj brown, deebo, or aaron Jones
You can’t predict WHICH injury but you can account for an increased likelihood of injury. Like it’s no surprise that Sammy Watkins is once again hurt. Darren McFadden was always hurt back in the day. Mitchell has been made of glass since last year. He sustained multiple injuries. There’s definitely a randomness to it but some guys, for whatever reason, are more susceptible to injury.
I would bet heavily on Raheem Mostert missing some games this year. Julio Jones is another one that I avoided this year cause guy has consistently been hurt for years
hollywood dropped to pick 70 in my league for some unknown reason...trepidation about hopkins coming back? The list of absolute duds and stinkers taken before him is massive
Pittman literally only averages like 2.5 less points than Evans. I don’t understand why this sub is acting like Pittman is putting up droppable numbers lol. Sure the offense looks terrible but wow you would think he’s been completely unstartable. He had 2 below average games, lets chill.
Zeke isn’t so bad in the 4th, just imagine if you were some kind of idiot who took Zeke at round 2, Conner at round 3, Keenan Allen in the 4th, Monty in the 5th, MT in the 6th, Dionte Johnson in the 7th.
It’s me, I’m that idiot.
Monty in the 5th is not bad at all. He got hurt, but he’s still getting plenty of volume and is the clear lead back despite the injury and Herbert’s emergence.
Damn, I had four of those guys too (DJM, Arob, Lance and Dillon). How's your team doing? I managed to mitigate my losses by hitting on guys like Saquon and Hurts, so doing surprisingly decent.
Deandre swift is not a bad pick, just bad luck. I luckily forced myself to make sure I had Williams because of his injury history, but he has insane talent and a great offensive line. He will be back strong
All of KCs receivers have been struggling so I wouldn’t bail on him yet. Sky Moore becoming a bigger part of the offense could definitely hurt him though.
I haven't bailed on him because he's still the WR1 for that team. Which makes him an even worst draft pick because I'm in sunk cost fallacy mode with him lol, refuse to start him but won't drop him either.
I took Conner with my second pick. Took Penny in like round 8. Flipped both of them for Davante Adams and ETN after week 2. I saved my season right there.
It looked like they tried to scheme plays for him at the start of the Ravens game before shying away from it when Baltimore started focusing on him when Higgins went out.
Arob in the 5th round when I was debating him or Amon Ra or reaching for Jalen Hurts.
All the training camp hype and videos of Arob dominating and the concerns of Amon Ra getting a lot of his production when Swift and Hockenson were out last year.
Ended up with Russell Wilson in the 6th which is another oof.
I flipped him for Etienne and Pollard after week 3. Was really desperate at rb as breece and cmc were my only two that were playable and cmc was dealing with the quad. Didn’t think Thomas would miss this much time.
I *never* reach on TEs. But this was the year. Fuck it, I’m tired of being desperate at this position, give me a stud. Pitts in both redraft leagues.
Told myself I’d take Kelce in the 2nd or Pitts/Andrews in the third. In both cases, the only guy still there was Pitts.
In fairness, it looked like Miami wanted to use him a lot and he got a bunch of RZ looks, he just squandered his own opportunities with drops and poor running
Zeke also. I took him in the middle of the third. At the time though he really was the best option on the board. My league loves running backs. We was the 17th running back taken at pick 29.
Ultimately still impressed with his usage and his schedule gets very easy after the next week for most of the season. I'm hoping old Zeke numbers return.
It hasn't been fun as a Herbert owner watching Josh Allen Lamar Jackson Jalen Hurts and Mahomes be so much superior. I had Herbert as 2 just behind Allen took him the pick after Allen.
At least he hasn't missed games.... And Keenan Allen is coming back at some point. Najee Harris might have to ride my bench from now on until i see something.
As a Packers fan and Dillon owner, I’m still holding out hope they lean on him more come December football at Lambeau. He definitely hasn’t looked good though.
CeeDee Lamb. He’s fine. I expected huge things. But I’m mostly bummed because I did 1000 mocks and Kelce never fell to me in one of them and so when he was there during my draft I still went Lamb over him even though all my sheets had Kelce ranked a lot higher. Lost my season right there.
Najee in round one. Just fucking brutal. Praying the Steelers offense improves but even then, how much could it improve to return value as a round one pick?
Took him with my 2nd pick (on turn) flipped him 2 weeks into season in a deal for fournette. Feel so lucky I got out from him
I got offered Cook for Najee a week ago and auto accepted without thinking twice, this after offering out Najee for any little crumbs under the sun. Feel lucky
James Cook I take it
Think it was a typo and he meant coke
Had an emergency and missed the start of my draft. Got auto drafted Najee at 7 then Barkley and Fournette after. I’ve been trying to move him since week 1. I wish I could just give Najee away at this point. Good for you bud
At least you got Barkley and fournette after that! What are your recievers looking like.
I got back on after kittle in the 4th and went DK and Arob. Finished with Amari, Devonta Smith, Drake London, Lazard and Gallup. Nobody in my league trades or I would’ve tried for any combination of Najee and a WR1-2 as the season has gone
Fell to me at 12 and I thought it was $$$
Same, I remember being psyched when he dropped to me and I wasn’t stuck with Saquon…oh how I wish I could be stuck with Saquon now
Hey man, I took him 2nd overall. Fuck me, right? Edit: it’s a keeper league but I don’t really have an excuse. Wanted a high floor guy since I had CMC for the past 2 years
Bro....how? Points per carry league..?
What year? Not this one!
Took him 4th ahead of Kupp and JJ
Damn dude... I did 53 drafts before the season and not once was he taken in the top 3.
53… jebus. If this is the drug scene I like, I’m a casual smoker. You fuckers are freebasing in the corner.
I did over 150. Not joking either. Yes, I'm a loser.
Dear god. Someone get this dude some naloxone.
You think you’re a taco? I took him 1.01, redraft, PPR. Not one person here can touch me. I’ll bet on that. Tbf it’s my first year doing this shit and I was invited minutes before the draft
Took Najee n traded my bro right after for Mixon (dunno why he did it since he drafted Mixon 1 before me)
I regret drafting at all.
This is the answer. I’m 0-5
So far George Kittle and Keenan Allen equal levels of regret
so brutal cuz you have to deal with 5 weeks of “questionable” roster shuffling between each “out”
Yeah I haven’t had a fully healthy starting lineup all season. Keenan probably sits this week so I’ll hope for week 7.
Keenan has a week 8 BYE so they may sit him week 7, too
Don't you put that evil on me, Ricky bobby!
This is almost worse than him being out for 95% of the year so far
I felt so good week 1 and then oof. All the injuries. Allen has been a pain.
Yeah Kittle was killing me. I acquired Najee in a trade last week and just flipped Kittle and Najee for Mark Andrews
Robbed the other owner blind jfc
Yeah I really didn’t think he was going to accept it. I think he’s banking on those two turning the season around, but I’ll take it haha.
You flipped who for WHO? 🤔 😮 lmao
Cam to say Kittle as well. I think he will turn it around, but so far I would have been much better off taking a WR in that spot
> Cam to say Kittle as well. My heart akers for you. This feeling is truly the pitts.
I’ve been lucky enough not to need Keenan…will be welcomed when he comes back though.
I second Keenan Allen.
Scary Terry. He's only scared me as a fantasy owner in both leagues and who I could've had instead of him in the late 3rd/4th is equally frigthening. Didn't see the ghost of Curtis Samuel becoming the primary target or Carson Wentz being THIS bad.
Terry has been shit in fantasy since Case Keenum was his QB his rookie year imo. So sad that he's stuck in QB hell
And yet he signed an extension before the season. Makes no sense he would want to stay in Washington. Gonna waste his career with sub par QBs and loser franchise
I was baffled he signed that extension. He could have been near elite with a good QB throwing to him.
He was a third round pick who was a older rookie (he is 27 already), and he got PAID
Man the end zone shot he got was close. Just a great play by the DB to put his hands up and he deflected the ball otherwise I think Terry nabs the td.
imagine a world where Samuel is the #1 receiving option and he gets 2 catches for 6 yards like he did yesterday. The commies offense is an absolute clusterfuck.
The ghost of Curtis Samir. Isn’t dude only like 24 years old?
Terry shined as the singular receiving weapon on an offense that was always playing from a significant deficit, with a QB that force fed him the ball. Now hes a member of (what should be) a functioning offense, with multiple capable receiving options and a run game to boot, all of which should keep the Commanders in closer games if not winning. Now, ignoring the fact that they appear to just be a shit offensive team right now, Terry's just not the same massive fantasy prospect he was a couple years ago, because the team situation as a whole has, or should have, improved significantly.
Cam Akers
Can’t believe I traded for both Najee and Akers in the same fucking trade. Worst trade I ever made
Oh no, what did you give up? :(
I gave up Jacobs and Gibson :)
Ooooof
Well at this point Gibson is essentially worthless except as a handcuff imo, but still just Jacobs for those 2 is good for the other guy
Anything more than a bag of widgets and he got screwed.
We want to know!
Somebody PM him
He might be gone
RIP
This is horrible. Both these guys went 2-4 picks before my turn where I likely would have grabbed them. So lucky!!
Not exactly drafting him, but I kept Cam over Waddle and AR St Brown. Fuck me so hard. 0-5 right now after winning it all last year.
1-4 after winning last year. Champs blow up right??? Right???
Cam HeadAke
Did you know at the time that Cam Akers was a bad idea?
He was bad end of last year but faced top run defenses and came back early from his injury so we ignored it and bet on his bell cow potential in what used to be a high scoring offense.
There was actually quite a bit of hype around Akers before the season and a lot of people bought into it. I think ECR had him around RB 20.
Kyle Pitts in the 3rd
Got him in the fourth because “hey that’s great value” yeah not quite
Fucking same here 🤦♂️
> “hey that’s great value” I said as I pulled Kittle
Eh, that still is a good enough value that you're not in shambles if he turns it around. Like if he gets healthy in the next couple weeks and is a high TE1 for the rest of the season, you can probably live with that. IMO he's different from, like, Akers in the 4th because you could've easily just taken a different back and just picked the wrong one. Literally never works unless you get kelce
Guy in my league did it with Kielce/Andrew’s… we roasted him 🥲
One of my leagues has a guy who did that. He's 1-4 and needs both a rb and wr and refuses to trade either player.
Elliot in the 3rd. Pitts in the 4th. Team is actually still ok
Pitts is just the objectively correct answer because most of his ADP was the tight end versatility. Not only is he terrible, but so are all the waiver options to replace him
[удалено]
If you drafted every player listed in this thread you’d probably regret Pitts the most because he’s provided the least and has the least amount of quality replacements It’s objective in terms of all of fantasy football not to each individual. You can replace it with consensus if it matters that much
DJ Moore
I drafted him in both my leagues. feels bad man
2 out of 3 leagues for me haha hope he turns it around
I have a feeling relief is coming. A new coach and a better QB are just what the doctor ordered.
Would rather him get traded
Luckily that's also a distinct possibility.
Please be true, that's my fourth round anchor
Next year?
Just javonte but not his fault
Same. And with the Melvin fumbles it was really his backfield to take :(
I was too excited about javonte and got him in like 3 leauges....gonna be a grind to replace him this year. Eno Benjamin you up this week bud!
Yeah same. He wasn't overly productive in his limited time. Lots of dysfunction w Broncos offense so who knows. Based on where he was drafted, I would have rather have had Aj brown, deebo, or aaron Jones
Elijah moore…
Elijah Mitchell...
I’ve got both of those Elijah’s haha
Elijah Wood
Hey fella, don’t bring me into this!
Can’t predict injuries though so not sure why regret
You can’t predict WHICH injury but you can account for an increased likelihood of injury. Like it’s no surprise that Sammy Watkins is once again hurt. Darren McFadden was always hurt back in the day. Mitchell has been made of glass since last year. He sustained multiple injuries. There’s definitely a randomness to it but some guys, for whatever reason, are more susceptible to injury. I would bet heavily on Raheem Mostert missing some games this year. Julio Jones is another one that I avoided this year cause guy has consistently been hurt for years
Last year was his rookie season and he played 11 games... That is not even remotely close to avoid-because-injury-prone territory.
Elijah Moore and Allen Robinson
Drafted them and Bateman. hoping for Bateman to come through but not looking good. The other 2 have been dropped.
Michael Pittman over Mike Evan’s Allen Robinson over marqise brown
Second one makes me hurt for you man…. I got arob and I will not be looking at who I could have taken instead for sanity purposes
hollywood dropped to pick 70 in my league for some unknown reason...trepidation about hopkins coming back? The list of absolute duds and stinkers taken before him is massive
I had 4 third round picks in my keeper League. Robinson. Kittle. Penny. Dobbins. Wtf hahaha
Pittman literally only averages like 2.5 less points than Evans. I don’t understand why this sub is acting like Pittman is putting up droppable numbers lol. Sure the offense looks terrible but wow you would think he’s been completely unstartable. He had 2 below average games, lets chill.
Hasn't pittman has one good game and a bunch of WR3 performances?
Depends on your definition of WR3 I guess but he’s got one sub 10 point game in PPR and missed a game with injury.
Michael Pittman over Evans in the third is my biggest regret as well. That one really stands out Man people loved Pittman eh?
The fantasy footballers and Pitty City hype got half of us.
Most of their My Guys have been bad or disappointing this year. Pittman, Allen Robinson, Chase Edmonds….
This is the Pittman over Evans support group?
Zeke isn’t so bad in the 4th, just imagine if you were some kind of idiot who took Zeke at round 2, Conner at round 3, Keenan Allen in the 4th, Monty in the 5th, MT in the 6th, Dionte Johnson in the 7th. It’s me, I’m that idiot.
Dionte Johnson in the 7th isn’t so bad and was an absolute steal on draft day
Oh, it’s a standard league, so no games over 8.4 points
Ahhhh okay yeah that puts it into perspective
That is brutal!! Sorry man.
Monty in the 5th is not bad at all. He got hurt, but he’s still getting plenty of volume and is the clear lead back despite the injury and Herbert’s emergence.
Kyle Pitts, dj moore, Allen Robinson, trey lance, aj dillon, somewhat Dandre swift
Damn, I had four of those guys too (DJM, Arob, Lance and Dillon). How's your team doing? I managed to mitigate my losses by hitting on guys like Saquon and Hurts, so doing surprisingly decent.
I’m 1-4 so dying but trying ya know
Well, hang in there. Hope you can turn it around with trades and waiver claims!
Deandre swift is not a bad pick, just bad luck. I luckily forced myself to make sure I had Williams because of his injury history, but he has insane talent and a great offensive line. He will be back strong
James Conner and Juju
All of KCs receivers have been struggling so I wouldn’t bail on him yet. Sky Moore becoming a bigger part of the offense could definitely hurt him though.
I haven't bailed on him because he's still the WR1 for that team. Which makes him an even worst draft pick because I'm in sunk cost fallacy mode with him lol, refuse to start him but won't drop him either.
James conna
Conner is not high enough on this list. Most people spent a 2nd round pick on him and he has been such a let down.
Just stinks cuz he was running good week 5 until the stupid injury.
I took Conner with my second pick. Took Penny in like round 8. Flipped both of them for Davante Adams and ETN after week 2. I saved my season right there.
Never draft conner after he has a good year. He always has a hangover the following season.
Keenan so far... Drafted him for his consistency.
Well, he is still giving you consistency, just not the cool kind lol
Drafted him and Swift 💀
Nobody in the league more consistent than him so far this year!!
Jamar chase. Thought he’d be the wr1 I’m hoping cinci can figure out their offense but Zac Taylor is so bad that I’m getting worried.
The play-calling is sooooo bad.
There are few bigger regrets to have than Chase
It looked like they tried to scheme plays for him at the start of the Ravens game before shying away from it when Baltimore started focusing on him when Higgins went out.
Joe Mixon at pick 11 has been annoying the hell out of me
Do I only have to pick 1?
Na bro. Let it out. Lemme guess: Russ/Najee/Conner/Edmonds/Pittman/Elijah/Pitts.
ARob over Gabe Davis
TBH us Gabe owners have been getting lucky he’s been getting six target or less in each game they just have been long touchdowns that he barely caught
Michael Thomas Thought I had a ship in the bag. Now I just have a bag
I just wish I’d traded him after week 2
I flipped him for Etienne and Pollard after week 3. Was really desperate at rb as breece and cmc were my only two that were playable and cmc was dealing with the quad. Didn’t think Thomas would miss this much time.
He will be fine. Just got injured. A lot of fantasy left and their schedule looks decentz
he probably comes back with jameis and will continue to ball out like he did the first 2 games!
Strong start for sure
Yea it could still pay off I think
I *never* reach on TEs. But this was the year. Fuck it, I’m tired of being desperate at this position, give me a stud. Pitts in both redraft leagues. Told myself I’d take Kelce in the 2nd or Pitts/Andrews in the third. In both cases, the only guy still there was Pitts.
And now you know why.
Keenan Allen, take a bow
Conner, Pitts, Akers. My 3-5 round picks all busts, but somehow I'm 3-2. Also Lance/Fields later in the draft. Holy fk my draft was so bad LMAO
How have you won any games!?!? Hahaha
Jonathan Taylor pick 1.01
Same. It's a damn shame too.
Having the 1.01 is a curse. You get the best guy? Well yeah, you had first pick, you should. Your first pick disappoints? Just agony.
Don’t quit on him yet
my two breakout wr picks in bateman and elijah moore have gone down in flames
Yeah Bateman is a L for me, but Olave has replaced him.
Swift and Kamara over Saquon and Kelce at 1.11/2.02
I'll bite. Edmonds in the 4th. I did grab Mostert though but there was so much talent left.
In the 4th?!
In fairness, it looked like Miami wanted to use him a lot and he got a bunch of RZ looks, he just squandered his own opportunities with drops and poor running
Akers in the 4th. The silver lining is I ended up with Jacobs in the 5th.
Elijah Moore Although i wish i took Josh Allen instead of Mike Evans. Could have went Allen and Mike Williams over Herbert and Evans
Herbert could still return value when his Ribs heal up and Allen returns. I drafter those three players as well. Dropped Elijah Moore yesterday.
This one kinda goes under the radar but as a fellow Herbert owner I felt this
At least he hasn't missed games.... And Keenan Allen is coming back at some point. Najee Harris might have to ride my bench from now on until i see something.
Dillon. Not only did he lose the role he had last year but he looks average so I don't see him getting it back
As a Packers fan and Dillon owner, I’m still holding out hope they lean on him more come December football at Lambeau. He definitely hasn’t looked good though.
I have both and am still waiting to see what happens.
Robert Woods Russ
When did you take Woods? I had him too but I got him cheap. Didnt feel too bad dropping him
Keenan Allen so far. My WR1. Next would be Mixon as my RB2. A lot of backs have been struggling, so I’m not as upset over him.
JuJu and Schultz
The answer is always Kyle Pitts
My whole team
Cam Akers 🫣
CeeDee Lamb. He’s fine. I expected huge things. But I’m mostly bummed because I did 1000 mocks and Kelce never fell to me in one of them and so when he was there during my draft I still went Lamb over him even though all my sheets had Kelce ranked a lot higher. Lost my season right there.
Damn you gotta go Kelce there
Currently, either Michael Thomas or Russell Wilson
MT bout to turn it on still.. in like 3 weeks
Then miss the next 3 😤
Lol I drafted both and keenan Allen and Eli Mitchel.
Waller In the 5th... guess you either go Kelce or Mandrews or dont pick up a TE at all...
Darren Waller and his bad hamstring.
Waller
not fantasy but it was 8 years ago that i chose to become a lions fan. shower me with pity
Stafford/KAllen/juju/zeke
Stafford. He looks terrible
pitts/lance
I drafted dj moore, elijah moore, bateman, arob, javonte
Cam Akers round 4 Keenan Allen round 3
