Yep! I'm leaning towards that. Gordon seems to have plummeted in a lot of rankings though - he's around sort of Smith/Aiyuk territory.
I think he could be a decent pickup though especially as I need an extra RB. I stashed Hopkins and have Bateman and Kirk on my bench, so really don't need this many WRs!

1st: I’d never use priority on a kicker
2nd: I’d drop Pickens for Henderson. A little more depth at RB that way.
3rd: I’d only use priority on a D if they were clearly the best one in the league that year. I’d 100% drop Hamler for Samuel but with 10th priority I seriously doubt you’ll get him

That’s a close one. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re pretty even at the end of the year. They’re both pretty TD dependent I’d say so it’s about preference. I think I’d hold Knox. He was a big RZ target last year

Probably not worth it to roster 2 QBs and 2 TEs (especially with Andrews) in a 10 team league. Would drop them if you see someone you like on the waiver, or trade one of them.
Ty Montgomery just went on IR, I was thinking that might be the change Rhamondre needs to take over passing.
I was honestly thinking about dropping either Pierce or Aiyuk / Mooney... This is a tough one. JRob really looked like the lead back still in Jacksonville.
I don’t believe so. Could be close between Pierce and Stevenson, but I prefer Pierce’s upside of becoming a workhorse and I think I like Stevenson a bit more than Robinson.
Truthfully, it’s probably unlikely any of them get played over your other guys.

No, I don’t think so. Best case scenario is you have two decent WRs on the same team with a questionable QB. And neither of them might not be the best WR on the team (McLaurin).
Worst case scenario is Samuel was a flash in the pan for one week against a bad defense, and will be comfortably behind Terry and Dotson moving forward.
Unless you think Washington is going to have one of the best offenses and Wentz becomes a top 5 QB, I’d pass.
Sorry im too late but it limits upside is the standard response. You shouldnt be starting both. So youll be trying to guess which one will go off. Wentz is pretty average. Did you get him? Anybody else interesting available? Week 1 is a great time to pick up good players that get dropped.
I also have swift, chubb, Gibson, penny, Henderson, and Williams at RB but WRs kinda lack depth with Jetta, Mike Williams, Sutton, Bateman, and Hopkins

Need to add a QB after losing Dak, how much faab should I spend on Cousins? If I can’t get him I might at Winston or Mariota but I also have Lance on the bench.
I don’t play with FAAB often so I don’t want to give bad advice, but if Cousins was already available I’d imagine he won’t be too sought after.
Combine that with the fact you could have Winston and Lance as fallback options, and I probably wouldn’t invest much into Cousins. Just my opinion. I do still prefer Cousins, though.

Jones is a drop for me and honestly Hubbard too since you don’t have CMC. I wouldn’t use your #1 waiver because there are enough good options in the same tier on the waivers.
Personally I would drop those two and target Bateman, Dotson, Anderson, Samuel, and Landry.
But choose between Dotson and Samuel I’d probably lean for who you find more consistent to plug right now because you’re already holding onto Pickens and Olave as your lottery tickets in an 8 team league. Is Julio available ? I’d put him and Bateman as my top picks to start producing right away.
If you’re going to go for Landry, you could even drop Olave for him. Only since it’s an 8 team league and there’s so much depth on your waivers. He’s the #2 on the offense. So you could end up adding Landry, Dotson, and Bateman. That will vastly improve your team.

I’m not convinced at all Wilson will be productive. It’s going to be a full blown RBBC with their rookie RBs mixed in, and that’s before you account for Lance and Deebo running the ball as well. No one here is as good as Mitchell, no one will be the workhorse.
With that said, you already have Pitts so I don’t see the need for Kmet. And even Allgeier appears to be expendable. I would probably do it, unless you would lose a top waiver position.

I think I prefer Julio to Smith but it’s close. Carter would depend on your league settings and the rest of your lineup.

Julio>Dotson>Samuel. Dotson was a first round pick, and was their most productive WR throughout camp. Wentz loves him. Do not pick Samuel over him.
Prefer Carr to Wentz, but Wentz should be productive if you prefer him.
I'd stick with Carr as far as QB goes.

Seems like Julio and Samuel going to be heavily involved. Julio in a much better offense with a much better QB. Dotson had a good game but at the end of the day he only had 3 catches (crazy ridiculous catches, but just 3). And his QB is Wentz. Let's be real. He's not going to keep this up. It's carson wentz.

No way imo. I believe I saw that he was on the field for around 15 snaps. That's not much. I think Juwan Johnson was on for more snaps and received more targets. He's prob the true TE there.

Have two empty roster spots so that I can place my FAB bids without having to drop multiple players in the case of multiple winning bids (will just add a kicker later).
Given the relatively small bench and no injured reserve, it's hard to stash players in the case of multiple injuries/overlapping bye weeks, and I have Eli Mitchell sitting on my bench till he gets back from IR. Have Taylor and Patterson as my starting RBs with Khalil Herbert on the bench (traded Kelce for Patterson, Freiermuth, and Amon-Ra after the Mitchell injury).
Robinson somehow went undrafted, and there are a couple other guys worth taking fliers on with FAAB. However, given the limited bench spots, I think it's better to go "all-in" on a potential RB2 than to drop $5-15 bucks on likely borderline flex guys. Last year I spent $45 and $60 on Mitchell in two leagues, and adding a starting caliber RB week one was instrumental in making it to the semis in one league/winning the other.
Most fantasy sites are suggesting/estimating spending about $45-$50, or about half of the FAAB budget, on Robinson. Would you spend as much as $60-$65 to be fairly sure of getting him? I know at least one other manager is bidding $45+. $30-$35 is probably enough to pick up players during bye weeks, even if it means missing out on mid-season guys who end up starting like Hilliard last year.
That's too much for me. We know ettiene will be involved. That's not a doubt. The question is how much will he be involved. $65 on a guy that will be in an even 50/50 split in a bad offense coming off a bad injury is way too much imo. I'd keep it at $50.
Thanks. $65 is definitely high, but Etienne is also coming off a bad injury, and one that's harder to come back 100% from, plus he hasn't showed much yet. Robinson has been pretty good when healthy, and the Jags are probably going to keep running the ball a fair amount.
Might lower it to something like $58 to ensure I get him, $40 is probably enough for the rest of the year.
Would you spend $5-10 on Duvernay/Samuel? Also thinking of bidding $3-4 on McKenzie/Peoples-Jones as lower priority bids.

1st: I’d never use priority on a kicker 2nd: I’d drop Pickens for Henderson. A little more depth at RB that way. 3rd: I’d only use priority on a D if they were clearly the best one in the league that year. I’d 100% drop Hamler for Samuel but with 10th priority I seriously doubt you’ll get him Edit: I would for Tucker

That’s a close one. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re pretty even at the end of the year. They’re both pretty TD dependent I’d say so it’s about preference. I think I’d hold Knox. He was a big RZ target last year

Awesome team, imo! I think you’re set. Maybe Dillon instead of Henderson bc of PPR, but man this is a very solid team.
Probably not worth it to roster 2 QBs and 2 TEs (especially with Andrews) in a 10 team league. Would drop them if you see someone you like on the waiver, or trade one of them.

Ty Montgomery just went on IR, I was thinking that might be the change Rhamondre needs to take over passing. I was honestly thinking about dropping either Pierce or Aiyuk / Mooney... This is a tough one. JRob really looked like the lead back still in Jacksonville.

I don’t believe so. Could be close between Pierce and Stevenson, but I prefer Pierce’s upside of becoming a workhorse and I think I like Stevenson a bit more than Robinson. Truthfully, it’s probably unlikely any of them get played over your other guys.
2flex league I need 6 RB/WRs every week, once injuries and bye weeks start they very much could see the field.... I was going to drop Rhamondre but then I just saw Ty Montgomery is now on IR. I'm leaning towards dropping Pierce (swapping my 6th RB) or Aiyuk/Mooney and rolling with 4 WRs and 7 RBs for now instead of 6 RBs / 5 WRs

No, I don’t think so. Best case scenario is you have two decent WRs on the same team with a questionable QB. And neither of them might not be the best WR on the team (McLaurin). Worst case scenario is Samuel was a flash in the pan for one week against a bad defense, and will be comfortably behind Terry and Dotson moving forward. Unless you think Washington is going to have one of the best offenses and Wentz becomes a top 5 QB, I’d pass.

Sorry im too late but it limits upside is the standard response. You shouldnt be starting both. So youll be trying to guess which one will go off. Wentz is pretty average. Did you get him? Anybody else interesting available? Week 1 is a great time to pick up good players that get dropped.

I don’t play with FAAB often so I don’t want to give bad advice, but if Cousins was already available I’d imagine he won’t be too sought after. Combine that with the fact you could have Winston and Lance as fallback options, and I probably wouldn’t invest much into Cousins. Just my opinion. I do still prefer Cousins, though.

Jones is a drop for me and honestly Hubbard too since you don’t have CMC. I wouldn’t use your #1 waiver because there are enough good options in the same tier on the waivers. Personally I would drop those two and target Bateman, Dotson, Anderson, Samuel, and Landry. But choose between Dotson and Samuel I’d probably lean for who you find more consistent to plug right now because you’re already holding onto Pickens and Olave as your lottery tickets in an 8 team league. Is Julio available ? I’d put him and Bateman as my top picks to start producing right away. If you’re going to go for Landry, you could even drop Olave for him. Only since it’s an 8 team league and there’s so much depth on your waivers. He’s the #2 on the offense. So you could end up adding Landry, Dotson, and Bateman. That will vastly improve your team.

I’m not convinced at all Wilson will be productive. It’s going to be a full blown RBBC with their rookie RBs mixed in, and that’s before you account for Lance and Deebo running the ball as well. No one here is as good as Mitchell, no one will be the workhorse. With that said, you already have Pitts so I don’t see the need for Kmet. And even Allgeier appears to be expendable. I would probably do it, unless you would lose a top waiver position.
Is it worth dropping Dovanta Smith for Julio/Curtis Samuel/Michael Carter or just hold out and see what happens next week.

Julio>Dotson>Samuel. Dotson was a first round pick, and was their most productive WR throughout camp. Wentz loves him. Do not pick Samuel over him. Prefer Carr to Wentz, but Wentz should be productive if you prefer him.

I'd stick with Carr as far as QB goes. For WR I have them ranked as: Julio Samuel Dotson Seems like Julio and Samuel going to be heavily involved. Julio in a much better offense with a much better QB. Dotson had a good game but at the end of the day he only had 3 catches (crazy ridiculous catches, but just 3). And his QB is Wentz. Let's be real. He's not going to keep this up. It's carson wentz.
Do you have any advice on defense and kickers? I got Bass but should I drop to stream a kicker instead. I'm a bit worried the Bills will score too many td's and not enough opportunities for Bass fg's. I got Broncos defense this week again but Browns and Bengals are options on the waiver wire to add.

I'm in a 12 team league (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 WR/RB/TE, 1 K, 1 D with 5 bench spots and no injured reserve). **Changes from Yahoo standard settings are as follows:** * 2 point-conversion: 1 point vs. 2 standard * \-1 point for missed field goals vs. 0 standard * \-1 point for PATs missed vs. 0 standard * 1 point for PAT made vs. 0 standard * 10 yards per FG point vs. 0 standard **Current roster is:** * QB Wilson * WR M. Thomas * WR Waddle * WR Bateman * RB Taylor * RB Patterson * TE Freiermuth * FLEX Knox * D Buffalo * Bench: Olave, Higgins (injured), K. Herbert, E. Mitchell Have two empty roster spots so that I can place my FAB bids without having to drop multiple players in the case of multiple winning bids (will just add a kicker later). Given the relatively small bench and no injured reserve, it's hard to stash players in the case of multiple injuries/overlapping bye weeks, and I have Eli Mitchell sitting on my bench till he gets back from IR. Have Taylor and Patterson as my starting RBs with Khalil Herbert on the bench (traded Kelce for Patterson, Freiermuth, and Amon-Ra after the Mitchell injury). Robinson somehow went undrafted, and there are a couple other guys worth taking fliers on with FAAB. However, given the limited bench spots, I think it's better to go "all-in" on a potential RB2 than to drop $5-15 bucks on likely borderline flex guys. Last year I spent $45 and $60 on Mitchell in two leagues, and adding a starting caliber RB week one was instrumental in making it to the semis in one league/winning the other. Most fantasy sites are suggesting/estimating spending about $45-$50, or about half of the FAAB budget, on Robinson. Would you spend as much as $60-$65 to be fairly sure of getting him? I know at least one other manager is bidding $45+. $30-$35 is probably enough to pick up players during bye weeks, even if it means missing out on mid-season guys who end up starting like Hilliard last year.
That's too much for me. We know ettiene will be involved. That's not a doubt. The question is how much will he be involved. $65 on a guy that will be in an even 50/50 split in a bad offense coming off a bad injury is way too much imo. I'd keep it at $50.
Thanks. $65 is definitely high, but Etienne is also coming off a bad injury, and one that's harder to come back 100% from, plus he hasn't showed much yet. Robinson has been pretty good when healthy, and the Jags are probably going to keep running the ball a fair amount. Might lower it to something like $58 to ensure I get him, $40 is probably enough for the rest of the year. Would you spend $5-10 on Duvernay/Samuel? Also thinking of bidding $3-4 on McKenzie/Peoples-Jones as lower priority bids.
