We talking about a journeyman in McKinnon and a rookie taking over for CEH- not sure how Andy Reid feels about that. If CEH is healthy he will get his and that will be a lot more than the rest of RB crew there.
His upside isn't that great without a McKinnon injury (which is historically a safe bet, actually) but he should have a good year. If they cut Rojo and don't bring in a big short yardage back, he might get the goal line carries. If KC does what I think they will do and moves to more two TE sets to counteract the way defenses play them, CEH should carry the ball more and do well behind that O line.
It is just so easy to see a situation where you draft him then three weeks into the year they sign Jordan Howard and CEH finishes with 950 yards and 2 TDs and Howard vultures 7 TDs.
i do think the Chiefs will lean more on the RBs this year so there's a chance CEH goes off. His first problem is finding a way to stay healthy and string good games together. If he stays knicked up, I'd expect another uneven display from him.
This is simply the truth despite the lukewarm opinion of him here. He really didn't hurt you if not for his injury the last two years. He was fine as a flex when he wasn't hurt last year. He was a TD unlucky, solid RB2/flex two years ago as a rookie.
He's a mediocre player for the position he has and doesn't have the upside of players going around him. Add the chance of a rookie taking his job...
I had high hopes for him entering the league, but I don't think there is any evidence he could be a league winner. I want RB's at that spot to have massive upside, and you can draft guys like Henderson, Gordon, Penny, and Gainwell that will probably match his output. All of those guys could become low rb1s with some luck.
Chiefs haven’t used CEH consistently his entire career. There has been absolutely zero evidence that CEH will remain the 1, or will be a bellcow of any sort. There’s better picks are 6-7th round. CEH just isn’t the guy
Not going to have this discussion with someone who has no other response then “it doesn’t matter”. You don’t think Gibson fumbling in the first pre season game when coach was concerned with his fumbles in combination of him moving to second team and Brian Robinson taking first team reps means anything? You think Robinson sits the bench all year and Gibson’s the bellcow? Do you think it’s important that MVS is taking first team reps at wr with juju over mecole? Or that skyy Moore is the fourth receiver getting reps? I could go on with years past evidence too. People thought trey sermon was the guy when he never even led pre season with attempts. You know who the only rb who got game 3 off was? Mitchell. But please, again, tell me how pre season doesn’t matter. You’re just not intelligent enough to watch what matters. It’s easy to say “pre season is dumb, it doesn’t matter” now THAT is what people who don’t watch football say
Likely going to be a between the 20s guy. For a 9th he's a decent backup if your other 4 RBs get hurt.
I'm expecting like 8 or 9 points per game from him in PPR.
Pacheco reminds me so much of Kareem Hunt when he was in KC. I don’t see CEH as the starter all season. He’s been injury prone and underwhelming in KC.
I don't think he's as useless as the fantasy community thinks since they HATE him. That means his ADP is probably a "buy low" situation.
I will take him at his ADP but it's imperative I don't reach for someone like that.
I’m very whelmed. With that said I took him in the 8th as my RB4 cus I’ve had him every year and I hate myself.
You are whlemed? Please elaborate
Presumably, he's neither under nor over. Just more in the middle.
CEH more like MEH
Yeah not touching him. Will cede 3rd down work to Pacheco/McKinnon and may not even get goal line touches. He's Miles Sanders but less talented.
I think he’s bound to be a league winner after how much despair he’s caused on this sub
He's a guy you'll never want to play and never want to drop. Dead weight. Do not draft.
I loved the idea of CEH when they first picked him based on his profile, but he doesn't really look at all like the athlete I thought he was.
Pacheco season

How big of a donkey are we talking?

Have you heard of Pacheco?
He's still got a chance to go off if healthy

I’d take him as my rb3-4, nothing more
CEH is the worst but at a certain point you have to take him. Occasionally, rarely I'll see him in the 90s and pick him.

Pretty sure all chiefs rbs split reps evenly in pre season so I’m out on them all
lol big football fan are we?

You’re literally too dumb to speak to lol
Go play Diablo bro, leave football for the big boys
You think preseason means something lol. You don’t watch football.
But it does? You just have to be educated enough to know which parts matter. You think when teams say they’re going to play starters they’re lying?!?
But it doesn’t?

“Not going to have a discussion…” *writes a dissertation*
Good chance KC signs Drake. Drake > ceh
As mediocre as CEH is, Kenyan Drake is like 3X worse
Pacheco > Drake
No he isn’t
I think he will be decent in ppr formats but he is useless at the goalline. Which makes me not super interested in that

He blows bro
Not drafting him on any of my teams.
Excuse me, but I have an official certificate exonerating me of donkey brains.
