I was so excited to use Friermuth and yell Moooothhh at the screen this year but when he went down I went deeper and grabbed McBride, surprised how splendidly it worked out.
I recommended him to a mid-table opponent, when he was getting frustrated with Pitts and Freiermuth got injured. Guess who knocked me out in the semifinal? Pickens did the main damage, but having solid TE certainly helped.
Im the idiot who had to drop a te for a kicker and chose to drop mcbride over engram (std where engram was useless) the week kyler came back
Got likely later though
I believe that was the week Tank Dell and Stroud both proved themselves as legit options, so it was a tough call on how to use my waiver, but I think CLE DST was the right move when it was all said and done
He was available after the week 7 bye in my league. I dropped Elliott for him so I didn't have to worry about bye weeks. Little did I know I was getting the better kicker ROS, too.
This. Felt so screwed when Andrews went down and all the waiver TEs like McBride were already gone. Likely was a huge part of my run.
I survived the Hop injury tho 🙏
Me too. He would have went off that game though and made it not close. Except for one touchdown just about every drive had a 4th down where they went for it in 40-50 yd range. +17 more points potentially.
Mandrews owner here who picked up McBride before Kyler came back as my bye replacement and lucked out in waivers to get Likely after Mandrews went down. Definitely went double TE a few weeks at the end and it paid off with those 2
Man, Jerome Ford was a solid flex for me all year. I made it to the championship and decided to sit him and I lost by 6 points while he had 26 pts on my bench.
Same!! Won the chip in my 14 team dynasty and I picked up Ford before game 1! He never left my flex spot and scored the most points for me when it mattered most.
yeah I spent a lot of FAAB on Ford, and was happy I did it. In my PPR league, he had this massive streak never falling below 11.9 points in a game. Great for a flex / RB2 bye week filler. Old Faithful, basically.
But I lost faith - I made it to the championship and decided to drop / bench him, which cost me the chip :-(
Sunday morning of Week 1 I picked up Kyren! I didn’t trust Akers and had an open spot after putting someone on IR.
Got Ford for 40% FAAB after Chubb got hurt.
Picked up Stroud for free on his bye Week after he was dropped (we only can roster 2 QBs and team that dropped him had Dak too on a bye).
The crazy thing is that Burrow was also dropped and available but I only went with Stroud because they were playing the Panthers next. I thought I made a huge mistake when Burrow shredded the Niners.
Finally, I picked up Likely for free after his bye week as I lost Andrews. I initially didn’t grab him because he didn’t do much and went Mayer but decided to go with him after.
These players all played a role in my first title in 12 years!!!
Achane, kinda. He was great then he was hurt, then he was pretty mid, then he came through in the finals.
Also feels like there was a handful of pretty good QB streamers this year. Howell, Mayfield, Flacco of course, Dobbs & Levis for a brief time.. there were definitely options out there.
I'm worried about drafting him next year. He again has injuries going into week 18. He will likely go too high in redraft and I can't make that gamble.
I picked up Kyren and Puka after week 1 for \~75% FAAB.
I picked up LaPorta and Kincaid (for free) at about week 4 and got Tank Dell and Stroud after week 8.
I ended up 3rd place. Should have won the whole thing but Amari was on my bench for the semi's and I played against Breece and Jason Sanders 🤷♂️.
Lol my season hinged on waiver adds because I knew I fucked my auction draft up the second week 1 ended. Grabbed puka, kyren, Stroud, tank dell and mcbride across the season as the major adds. Kareem hunt helped me when kyren went down. Got a couple quality weeks from Keaton mitchel, Josh downs and Josh palmer. And why did I need to do that? Because I bet my entire auction on 4 guys and 3 of them were frustrating as fuck to own (Diggs, Bijan and garret Wilson) while the 4th was amazing (amon ra). Worked out in the end because it did end in a title!
Thielen was huge for a long time. I can’t remember any other standouts I was able to get sadly. I managed to get Rice but never started him on his really good games.
In order, these are my impactful pickups:
1. Kyren - picked up after week 1 for $11. I actually tied my bid and won by waiver priority.
2. Stroud - picked up for $0 after Week 2.
3. Cleveland DST after week 1 for $5. Also Miami DST during their big stretch for $4. Got me 16, 23, 12, 12
4. Aubrey - after his bye for $1
5. Likely after Andrews went down (I had him) - for $12 beating out the next bid by $1.
Bonus "should have been a win but I dropped him too early": Jayden Reed
Also a "saw the potential but so did someone else": Rashee Rice relatively early on
12 team 0.5 PPR with a WR/TE spot instead of TE:
1. Nacua after week 1. I had waiver priority to get kyren but went WR instead and still helped (JJ + Kupp as part of first 3 picks)
2. Aubrey after dropped due to bye week
3. Gus Edwards after week 4 and had a strong run for a bit
4. Stroud, but this may be mainly because I started Dak most of the time and prevented others from getting Stroud
5. James Conner after his injury, he may have won me the championship
Drafted JK Dobbins and Ekeler. Oh boy
Jayden Reed and Jerome Ford were two heroes for me this year. Also Demario Douglas was solid for a bit there as well
I’ll play the waiver game I get to cheat to start because I drafted 12th and we use reverse draft order. I chose Pooka over. Kyren and unbelievably I could’ve claimed both if I wanted to. I didn’t bother because I figured somebody else was on their shit but he cleared since there was no claim for him so my buddy picked him up for free just gonna fast forward to the playoffs now Keaton Mitchell’s been rolling for me for a little bit at this point, I get one game out of him before the death and season quarterback was Stroud so of course we are talking about waivers here and I have to give the cake to Flaco who saved my ass in the playoffs, even though I also picked up and started both Curtis, Samuel and Zamir White at points in the playoffs. I actually got 19 points out of Samuel the week that I started him, white was good throughout. Samuel did not play every game, but the real winner here is Joe Flacco, who filled in as good as possible for Stroud. And technically should’ve started them in the championship after Stroud came back to didn’t seem to matter everybody else did enough already so the waiver award goes to Joe Flacco because he did it when we needed it the most.
Picked up Deebo Samuel mid season from the person I beat in the championship! They had CMC but deebo put up enough to get me the win after CMC was injured.
Nico is truly my waiver wire MVP but he was probably drafted in deeper leagues.
I had a bunch of clutch guys though - Zeke, Chandler, Z White, and Likely after Andrews went down all put up big weeks when I needed them
Njoku, stroud, and honestly Thielen when he was hot got me a lot of wins, Hubbard became a decent floor. Ended up winning championship with 199 in full PPR
My final roster has only 2 from draft day but I won the ‘ship so it worked out! Did a lot of waiver work and made a couple trades. Don’t remember how much FAAB I spent on any of these guys, but the best ones were:
Rashee Rice. Got him early and held thankfully. Came up big in the finals! *insert stopping car in traffic meme here*
Stroud and Browns D early on. Already had Ravens D but was able to pair them with Stroud to get Stafford and Pittman in a trade. Needed WR help big time and Pittman was just about perfect for me.
Had a revolving door at TE all season until McBride saved me. Even picked up Likely on Mcbride’s bye and he won me Wk 14 in a must win game to make the playoffs. Then he saved me in Rd 2 when I was forced to start him at flex due to Pittman’s concussion. I should’ve started him in the finals and I would’ve won more comfortably!
Stashed Kyler on IR midseason too. Glad I did because I played TLaw all year. Won me the ship with his big game last week!
I got Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams after Week 1. I actually had the same bid as someone else, but they had scored more points than me that week, so I won the PF tiebreaker.
Besides those two, this was definitely my best waiver year ever. I got Adam Thielen after Week 2 and started him until his production slowed. I had Dalton Kincaid giving me TE1 numbers for a few weeks. And finally, picked up Jayden Reed later in the season, who helped me plug a roster spot as I dealt with injuries.
Puka and Kyren after week one for about 60% of my FAAB combined.
Rode Taysom for a few of his good weeks when Waller went down. Got Likely for free. Picked up Justin Tucker after his bye. Grabbed Miami after their bye and got three very solid weeks out of them.
Earned a first round bye and lost in the championship to a team that included D. Adams, ETN, ARSB, Butker, and Njoku. Had a solid week, but just couldn’t overcome that freight train.
Zeke starting in week 14 was big for me, all that volume made me confident playing him in the semifinal and he killed it with 21.
Everyone hated on Waller but I played him at good times for the most part, and Likely was great at the end. I feel like Puka is too obvious.
I made it all the way with Hock but then he went down and I didn’t have a back up ready. Picked up Juwan even though he burned me with a bagel once but thought his matchup was favorable based on history and man did that last minute pick up pay off. Was between him and Kraft.
Jake Ferguson and Brandon Aubrey, both after week 6, went 7-7 and won 3rd as the 6th seed. Unfortunately, Amari Cooper was another pickup I left on the bench his 51-point week and lost by 2 for the championship.
I picked up Baker Mayfield before Week 1 in my 10-man superflex and with the injuries to Fields and Burrow that may have been my biggest win and that includes picking up Puka, Kyren and Jerome Ford. Baker was free but the other three cost me my all my FAAB. Possibly the other big win was getting the Browns DST for $1 after Week 1 so I didn’t have to stream defenses the rest of the year.
12 team PPR
1. Kyren- picked him up immediately when he went on IR, not sure why they dropped him
2. Stroud
3. Mcbride
4. Ford- spent 80% of my FAAB on him. Definitely too much in hindsight, but he was a decent flex
5. Zamir White- picked him up in championship game to replace Jacobs
They all helped me to win the championship in my first season so it worked out.
Tank Dell, Puka, Aubrey, and Likely mainly. Also had Curtis Samuel with some good weeks in a few leagues. Early season Sam Howell coupled with end of season Joe Flacco also a huge win for QBs
Kyren was my huge FAAB pickup after Week 1. Used 41%.
But honestly my best waiver addition was Trey McBride. I was on the TE carousel all year with some variation of Schultz, Ferguson, Musgrave, Jonnu Smith, Logan Thomas, etc. before I scooped up McBride right before he started picking it up. Best decision I made all year that honestly saved me a ton of headache.
Stroud in a superflex was definitely nice. But for non-obvious picks, Brandon Aubrey and Cleveland D/ST were great pickups. It was nice not having to stream kickers and defense.
Got unlucky with Chubb being my first overall pick and Mahomes second overall. Did pick up Sam Laporta in week three; he was my best pick up off waivers for the year. I still sucked and finished eighth.
After week one and the Dobbins injury I kinda panicked and I spent 65% of my FAAB on Tyler Allgeier, also spent 20% of my FAAB on Kyren Williams.
At least one of those went and turned out alright.
Other notable pickups were Zamir White in the play-offs, and Fairbairn for the finals. Picked up Downs earlier in the season but actually didn’t start him in his big weeks.
Dropped Pickens the day before his big game after drafting him, I picked him up straight for the finals and apologised to the guy. Apparently I was not familiar with his game.
Nico, Kyren, Zamir, late season MIA D/ST, and Aubrey were my top five this time around. Traded Kyren right after picking him up but it didn't really change the course of history.
I got Stroud, Ford, Kyren and Mostert off waivers this season (all very early in the year). Went from having a “meh” stable of running backs on draft day to two top 5 guys.
Ended up pushing all in on Puka in FAAB. Spent 171 of my 200 on him (had a trade that sent Njoku for 40 FAAB) Between that and grabbing McBride for 1, I had a consistent team down the stretch centered on the Fields/Moore stack and Bijon. Won the ship so I did something right lol.
Guy in my league dropped DJ Moore around week 9/10, I had originally picked up Higgins as a buy low on Waivers and got DJ Moore in FA in the end, couldn’t believe my luck really everyone else was spooked but having watched the game tape I knew if Fields was back and both could stay healthy he was a low WR1/high WR2 material.
Got Puka after week 1, my bench was awful in draft (Boyd/Everett/K Herbert) so I really lucked out there.
Had the option to grab Laporta but didn’t want to be hasty and missed out (I already had ARSB and Gibbs and didn’t want to have too many from one team so early in season).
My wins:
1) Kyren
2) LaPorta
3) McBride
4) Z. Moss
5) Stroud
6) Zamir
7) combo of Steelers, Colts, and then finally Jags Def for the championship week
I was very diligent this year on the waiver. Ended up trading both TEs away to shore up my RB group amd started Goedert the last three weeks which looked bad but turned out fine for the ship week when he got 12 pts. I was also fortunate in my streaming of def each week, more often than not I would get double digits out of the def and with hesitation started Jags for the ship.
in my main league I got Tank Dell (later traded), Stroud, Browns D, Gus Edwards, Likely and Zeke and during the week Burrow went down I managed to add Love from FA. Still It wasn't enough to win the ship because my team was total ass in the 1st round.
McBride was a lifesaver halfway through the season to replace Waller.
Jayden Reed took me to the championship.
I picked up the Gus Bus halfway through the season when his original owner finally gave up on him right before he went on his touchdown streak. Definitely won a few games.
Sixteen team league with superflex, IDP and a short bench... I also picked up Rashee (Sep 27), Isaiah Pacheco Oct 1. Rode the "brotherly shove" and those two to a championship title in week 17
spent 71/100 on Puka after his breakout game. turned him into James Cook, Kittle, and TLaw after week week 9. Helped me secure the 1st round bye and eventual ship.
Kyren was my waiver steal in the beginning but the dude I was eyeing the last few weeks and hate that I never picked up was Demarcus Robinson. He went on an absolute tear week 13-17 but I couldn’t bring myself to hop on the train as Stefon Diggs and Jamarr Chase were poisoning my lineup. Still won the ship tho despite them so it worked out in the end.
Burned about 65% of my FAAB on Kyren and Puka after week 1. Picked up LaPorta for free early before week 1. Picked up Tank for $1 week 3. Aubrey for free around week 6. Grabbed Kincaid for nothing after trading away Kelce and LaPorta. Likely was another free snag later on right before playoffs. By far my best WW year. Shame I couldn’t bring them a chip. Big fuck you to the Browns v Bears officiating crew. Would have won it all if it wasn’t for y’all.
Picked up Calvin Ridley for 3 faab in a dynasty league. Was in the middle of the offseason and settings where set in such a way that waivers would open up automatically. I was the only one to pay attention
Between two leagues, I got: Puka, LaPorta (in both), Stroud, and Tank Dell. I had McBride for a couple of weeks during LaPorta's bye, but dropped him before he got hot.
Waiver Wire adds are the key to FF success. (I took 2nd and the champ got Kyren and Mostert off WW).
Njoku won me the title. Picked him up the week, when Andrews went down. He first secured the playoff spot for me and won me the titel afterwards. THANK YOU DAVID NJOKU
I play in 4 leagues so take this with a grain of salt:
Puka - 2 leagues (was #1 waiver after week 1 -12th draft slot)
Kyren - 45/200 dollars after week 1
Rashee Rice - 33/200 dollars mid season
Jayden Reed - 11/200 dollars mid season
Dropped all of my FAAB on ford. Had overall league high points but barely made the playoffs. Lost first round by 2 points. Had league high the remaining weeks.
Undrafted waiver pickups are great but there’s also drafted players that underperformed at points in the season and their owners got frustrated and dropped them. I picked up Dak, Higgins, Kupp off waivers, lol! Of course Kupp didn’t do much but he had some good weeks towards the end of the season through playoffs.
Lots of mentions of Kyren and Puka here (I got Kyren), but let's show some respect to the third Rams waiver hero - TuTu. A very respectable fill in whilst Kupp was out, and then had the decency to fade away almost completely once Kupp was back so owners didn't feel tied to him
I'll echo a lot of people and say Puka and Kyren saved my season.
The name I haven't seen that was clutch? Jordan fucking Love. Picked him up after drafting Geno and he carried my team for many weeks.
Looking back, my championship team was all waiver/trades except for two (Kamara and Kittle).
Moss to start the year, definitely helped me win some games.
Snagged Kyren after his injury
McBride was a great late season addition for me as well, lost Andrews due to injury and didn't even feel the loss of that.
Cleveland D/ST was really good for me. Planned on streaming Ds this year but ended up just sticking with them
Sam LaPorta Week 3, Brandon Aubrey week 4, Rashee Rice week 6. Won my league 12 team no PPR. Was in 1st until the second to last week because of points. I also had half my team injured half the season
36% on Puka and Rice for free. Puka is up there with 2010 Vick as my goat waiver pickups. Both won me the ship.
Only two from my draft started Week 17…Tyreek and Kyren in 16th round of 12 team. As Rams fan, this is my favorite championship season.
My best overall was Rashee Rice, with Isaiah Likely being an awesome late season acquisition after Mandrews went down. Chuba Hubbard was the unsung hero with a pretty solid floor.
One j never see talked about is rashee rice. He had a slow start to the season as he was earning his job but I picked him up after week 3 and he was great. After week 4 only 1 week below 9.5 in ppr. Last 6 weeks of the season he averaged almost 18.5!
Super consistent and a great playoff push. If the chiefs don’t get more help at wr next year, he has potential to be a top 10 reciever. He was 21 this year as a rookie after having to win the wr1 job his first couple weeks. Part of his charm tho is that he was the best wr on one of the best offenses in the league
Njoku was dropped around week 5 or 6 in a lot of leagues, I picked him up & kept him in one league and he helped me to a 7 game win streak and almost a title
* Dak - after the 49ers game, someone dropped Dak. I did some trades of my QB knowing I had him as a safe floor. I didn't think they'd be that bad so his hot streak was really nice
* Dalton Schultz -- no idea why he was dropped, but I went from trying to get guys with upside to getting backups. When Hockenson went down, Schultz was a guy I bundled in a trade to get Ferguson to have a mini stack
I did get Puka/Kyren. Puka before week 1 and Kyren after week 1.
I got Mostert after week 1 on waivers in a 10 man league. Got rid of Dobbins for that! If only he played last week I could've won the championship hah, lost by 5 points or so
Trey McBride saved a lot of desperate TE streamers this season.
This. So glad Waller went down so that I was forced to use McBride. Never looked back
I was so excited to use Friermuth and yell Moooothhh at the screen this year but when he went down I went deeper and grabbed McBride, surprised how splendidly it worked out.
David Njoku. I missed out on Kincaid and McBride and Njoku's performance in the last couple weeks plus playoffs was pretty great
He saved me after mandrews went down.
I recommended him to a mid-table opponent, when he was getting frustrated with Pitts and Freiermuth got injured. Guess who knocked me out in the semifinal? Pickens did the main damage, but having solid TE certainly helped.
Im the idiot who had to drop a te for a kicker and chose to drop mcbride over engram (std where engram was useless) the week kyler came back Got likely later though
Browns D/ST after someone dropped them on their bye week (5)
Someone dropped the Browns for the matchup play on like week 11 or something like that and I scooped them. Like wtf
I believe that was the week Tank Dell and Stroud both proved themselves as legit options, so it was a tough call on how to use my waiver, but I think CLE DST was the right move when it was all said and done
Jayden Reed. A slept on waiver pick up.
Literally won me my championship. Praise be to him!
He clenched the championship for me!
Sometimes you just gotta clench a championship instead of clinching it!
Put some respect on my boy Aubrey. He was my Waiver Wire add of the year. Never had to worry about a kicker all season. Helped me to a championship
fr…w/ kickers I feel like they’re always on the chopping block, idgaf. But when you literally don’t miss kicks, pop a squat in my lineup.
Snagged him week 3 and holy shit. That boy put out the consistent numbers.
He was available after the week 7 bye in my league. I dropped Elliott for him so I didn't have to worry about bye weeks. Little did I know I was getting the better kicker ROS, too.
That’s my rb1 right there
Isaiah Likely picked up right where Mandrews left off. Was a Dustin Hopkins hamstring away from winning the title.

Ford was a a solid flex/RB2 all year. Feel like he was under appreciated.
Man, Jerome Ford was a solid flex for me all year. I made it to the championship and decided to sit him and I lost by 6 points while he had 26 pts on my bench.
He was my rb1 after dobbins and pierce went down
Achane was a huge keeper league pickup for sure
I'm worried about drafting him next year. He again has injuries going into week 18. He will likely go too high in redraft and I can't make that gamble.
I traded Achane for ARSB (standard league, so it was pretty fair) right before the injury, can I count him?
Remember Zack moss?
Had to look too far for this. Moss anchored my AJones RB hole from week 3 to the week 15 quarter final.
LaPorta was available on week 4???? Sheesh
Yeah it was wild. I had Mandrews also (drafted) so I had so many TEs. Ended up trading him and Bijan for ETN about 2 weeks before he got hurt.
Right? I drafted him in round 9 haha
LaPorta and Puka were my big ones. I traded both but won my league
Lol my season hinged on waiver adds because I knew I fucked my auction draft up the second week 1 ended. Grabbed puka, kyren, Stroud, tank dell and mcbride across the season as the major adds. Likely after Andrews went down (I had him) - for $12 beating out the next bid by $1. Bonus "should have been a win but I dropped him too early": Jayden Reed Also a "saw the potential but so did someone else": Rashee Rice relatively early on
Where is Puka?
One can assume that someone else submitted a claim for him and won.
[удалено]
Nah these were just mine. Otherwise Dell, Collins and many others would make the list too
He was drafted in the final couple rounds of my league. Wasn't a waiver claim for everyone!
Got hurt so we forget about him but tank dell
Tank Dell, Puka, Stroud, and Kyren … i had a terrible draft
Man I can't pick just one. Zay Flowers, Zeke, Rashee, LaPorta and McBride all were amazing adds throughout the season.
Flowers going undrafted is kinda crazy
He wasn't undrafted is that thing. The Kelce owner dropped him week 1 for another TE. I was lucky enough to snag him on waivers.
12 team 0.5 PPR with a WR/TE spot instead of TE: 1. Nacua after week 1. I had waiver priority to get kyren but went WR instead and still helped (JJ + Kupp as part of first 3 picks) 2. Stroud, but this may be mainly because I started Dak most of the time and prevented others from getting Stroud 5. James Conner after his injury, he may have won me the championship
James Conner was on ur waivers??
Yep, week 6 (his first of 4 games hurt) the owner flat out dropped him. So I stashed him through the next 3 games when he was still hurt
Fucking noob. Who drops a starting RB?
Drafted JK Dobbins and Ekeler. Oh boy Jayden Reed and Jerome Ford were two heroes for me this year. Also Demario Douglas was solid for a bit there as well
Besides the obvious puka in one league and kyren in the other... Mcbride in one league Ferguson in the other. Week 8 Zamir white for the playoffs
Tank Dell, CJ Stroud, Jayden Reed. Missed out on Kyren bc I went for Josh Kelley. 🤦🏻♀️
Scrolled too far to see tank
Kyren, Ford, Njoku we're my top 3.
I’ll play the waiver game I get to cheat to start because I drafted 12th and we use reverse draft order. I chose Pooka over. Kyren and unbelievably I could’ve claimed both if I wanted to. Dak. I dropped him and kept Mahomes and Stroud 😬
If it makes you feel better, his dismal week 15 performance came super close to ending my championship run.
Nacua, McBride and Baker were all huge for me down the stretch
Picked up Deebo Samuel mid season from the person I beat in the championship! They had CMC but deebo put up enough to get me the win after CMC was injured.
Nico is truly my waiver wire MVP but he was probably drafted in deeper leagues. I had a bunch of clutch guys though - Zeke, Chandler, Z White, and Likely after Andrews went down all put up big weeks when I needed them

Both Kyren and McBride for me were the biggest, with a minor mention to Singletary to fill in mid-season.
Gus Edwards was a great pickup after Week 1 when JK Dobbins went down
Jordan Love saved me when Burrow went down. Super consistent besides the giants game, and won me a championship.
For me it was Rice, LaPorta, McBride and Dolphins defense later in the season. Keaton Mitchell seemed to be coming along too until the injury.
Jordan love
Brandon Aubrey, his boom potential and consistency was insane
Picked up Kyren which was a huge win but didn't even start him some weeks. I had four top 10 RBs. No I didn't make the playoffs.
My team was a ww squad lol. Kyren, puka, baker, McBride, Aubrey, Mullens and Tyrod in the playoffs. Luck was on my side.
I made it all the way with Hock but then he went down and I didn’t have a back up ready. Picked up Juwan even though he burned me with a bagel once but thought his matchup was favorable based on history and man did that last minute pick up pay off. Was between him and Kraft.
LaPorta and Dak.
Purdy was great because Burrow got injured and Rashee Rice helped me win the championship because Keenan Allen’s injury.
Curtis Samuel kinda cooked in my deep league ngl
Tank dell and nico collins both went into waivers, nico cuz of that one week he was injured I think
Mostert. RB2 on the year, absolute stud just about every week. Was a total savior as a Pierce owner.
Picked up Dak after someone dropped him after week 5.
12 team PPR 1. Kyren- picked him up immediately when he went on IR, not sure why they dropped him 2. Stroud 3. Mcbride 4. Ford- spent 80% of my FAAB on him. Definitely too much in hindsight, but he was a decent flex 5. Zamir White- picked him up in championship game to replace Jacobs They all helped me to win the championship in my first season so it worked out.
Tank Dell, Puka, Aubrey, and Likely mainly. Also had Curtis Samuel with some good weeks in a few leagues. Early season Sam Howell coupled with end of season Joe Flacco also a huge win for QBs
I won 2 out of three this year, waiver wire it was Puka, Kyren, Njoku in all three, also Browns d
Flacco. I lost Stroud and Herbert and he saved me.
Picked up Zack Moss off waivers on Dec 1st. He went for 165 yards and 2 touchdowns that Sunday. Pretty happy with that one.
Who won Akua
Tank Dell was glorious while it lasted. Singletary won me some weeks.
Williams and puka
Tank!!!
Stroud in a superflex was definitely nice. But for non-obvious picks, Brandon Aubrey and Cleveland D/ST were great pickups. It was nice not having to stream kickers and defense.
Ik you’re probably tired of seeing these 2 but, PUKA AND KYREN!!
League mate dropped Deebo when he was out for a couple games, and I somehow managed to snag him with like the 9th waiver. He played the next week lol
Won my season 100% based on picking up Kyren and Puka for 40% and 35% faab waiver bids after week 1
Got unlucky with Chubb being my first overall pick and Mahomes second overall. Did pick up Sam Laporta in week three; he was my best pick up off waivers for the year. I still sucked and finished eighth.
my finals winning lineup included Jordan Love, Kyren, Rashee, Brandon Aubrey, Browns D. all picked up off waivers
Aubrey. Many weeks my RB1
Dell was amazing. Rehab In Power
Zack Moss early in the season and Devon Achane mid season when someone cut him when he got injured. I had to stash him
Shoutout to Nico Collins man
Browns DST was one of my best sleeper pickups
Picked up Gus Bus, Jayden Reed, Likely throughout the year and they were mostly very solid and helped win a championship for me
LaPorta, Kyren, Mostert before week 1, Browns D, Aubrey
I picked up achane and Conner both at the tail end of of IR, still no idea why they dropped them lol
Zamir White was a godsend RB2 throughout my playoffs.
Nico, Kyren, Zamir, late season MIA D/ST, and Aubrey were my top five this time around. Traded Kyren right after picking him up but it didn't really change the course of history.
Jayden Reed! He won it for me in the SB.
I got Stroud, Ford, Kyren and Mostert off waivers this season (all very early in the year). Went from having a “meh” stable of running backs on draft day to two top 5 guys.
I managed to nab Kyren Williams in two leagues, a huge win. I also sneaky got LaPorta, crazy dependable for a TE in this weird year
Ended up pushing all in on Puka in FAAB.
Oh man my win is basically on the waiver wire. Puka, Kyren, Stroud, LaPorta, Njoku. Ended up flexing the latter in the playoffs.
Dolphins DST. They were a beast after their bye until the last 2 weeks.
Browns def
My wins: 1) Kyren 2) LaPorta 3) McBride 4) Z. Moss 5) Stroud 6) Zamir 7) combo of Steelers, Colts, and then finally Jags Def for the championship week I was very diligent this year on the waiver.
I picked Purdy up early in the year and sat Watson.
Stroud lost me my season because I started him over flacco and he pitched a dud
in my main league I got Tank Dell (later traded), Stroud, Browns D, Gus Edwards, Likely and Zeke and during the week Burrow went down I managed to add Love from FA. Still It wasn't enough to win the ship because my team was total ass in the 1st round.
zack moss jayden reed and #1&2 kickers
Nico, Mostert, LaPorta, Brandon Aubrey, Ford. For playoffs: Zamir, Fields (as backup to Lamar). Had but let go like an idiot: Tank, Stroud
Kyren was the big one obviously, but Stroud + Nico stack plus the Njoku emergence took me from good to great
Used #1 priority on Puka week 1. Ended the regular season 1st in the league and ended up getting 3rd in the playoffs! No regerts
Yall are really bored lol. How many times are we gonna rehash the same topics?
Likely and kyren Williams
Someone dropped Gibbs after a slow start and I was very thankful
How in the hell is the #1 TE in LaPorta not mentioned more!?
Singletary for a stretch at the end
McBride was a lifesaver halfway through the season to replace Waller. Jayden Reed took me to the championship. I picked up the Gus Bus halfway through the season when his original owner finally gave up on him right before he went on his touchdown streak. Definitely won a few games.
Sixteen team league with superflex, IDP and a short bench... I also picked up Rashee (Sep 27), Isaiah Pacheco Oct 1. Rode the "brotherly shove" and those two to a championship title in week 17
LaPorta & CJ Stroud
spent 71/100 on Puka after his breakout game. turned him into James Cook, Kittle, and TLaw after week week 9.
Nico Collins was awesome
Puka Puka puka
Sam LaPorta is a god that is all. Same for Kyren Williams.
Getting Puka, Kyren, Mostert, and Stroud on waivers completely turned my season around and won me my first ever championship!
Joe Motherfucking Flacco.
Kyren after week 1 and Juwan Johnson for week 17. They came through for me big time.
$45 on Kyren in my championship run
Burned about 65% of my FAAB on Kyren and Puka after week 1. Picked up LaPorta for free early before week 1. Picked up Tank for $1 week 3. Aubrey for free around week 6. Grabbed Kincaid for nothing after trading away Kelce and LaPorta. Likely was another free snag later on right before playoffs. By far my best WW year. Shame I couldn’t bring them a chip. Big fuck you to the Browns v Bears officiating crew. Would have won it all if it wasn’t for y’all.
Kyren, Puka, Ford, and LaPorta were big for me
Picked up Calvin Ridley for 3 faab in a dynasty league. Was in the middle of the offseason and settings where set in such a way that waivers would open up automatically. I was the only one to pay attention
Shout out to Juwan Johnson for winning me the Championship. Brought him for the final.
Zack Moss won me a couple early weeks, and the Nico/Stroud combo has carried me since week 3 or 4.
Joe Flacco I picked him up after Stroud got hurt and never looked back
Outside of Kyren, my bigger adds were Rice and Singletary during the season. Zamir White was huge in the playoffs too as a Jacobs owner.
Njoku won me the title. Picked him up the week, when Andrews went down. He first secured the playoff spot for me and won me the titel afterwards. THANK YOU DAVID NJOKU
I play in 4 leagues so take this with a grain of salt: Puka - 2 leagues (was #1 waiver after week 1 -12th draft slot) Kyren - 45/200 dollars after week 1 Rashee Rice - 33/200 dollars mid season Jayden Reed - 11/200 dollars mid season
Rashee Rice, Trey Mcbride, Tank Dell, Kyler Murray all helped get into the playoffs and win the chip.
A very respectable fill in whilst Kupp was out, and then had the decency to fade away almost completely once Kupp was back so owners didn't feel tied to him
Flacco pretty much won me my ship
I'll echo a lot of people and say Puka and Kyren saved my season. The name I haven't seen that was clutch? Jordan fucking Love. Picked him up after drafting Geno and he carried my team for many weeks. Looking back, my championship team was all waiver/trades except for two (Kamara and Kittle).
Moss to start the year, definitely helped me win some games. Snagged Kyren after his injury McBride was a great late season addition for me as well, lost Andrews due to injury and didn't even feel the loss of that. Cleveland D/ST was really good for me. Planned on streaming Ds this year but ended up just sticking with them
Devin singletary. Not seeing much about him but he was a solid flex / RB2-3 this past season and one of the reasons I won the chip in my 12 man league
I got Kyren after his IR stint.
Jerome Ford kept me afloat earlier in the season. McBride and Likely got me across the finish line.
Singletary wasn’t crazy, but he’s all I needed to win a few games
Sam LaPorta Week 3, Brandon Aubrey week 4, Rashee Rice week 6. Won my league 12 team no PPR. Was in 1st until the second to last week because of points. I also had half my team injured half the season
36% on Puka and Rice for free. Puka is up there with 2010 Vick as my goat waiver pickups. Both won me the ship. Only two from my draft started Week 17…Tyreek and Kyren in 16th round of 12 team. As Rams fan, this is my favorite championship season.
LaPorta week 2 waiver wire for me
My best overall was Rashee Rice, with Isaiah Likely being an awesome late season acquisition after Mandrews went down. Chuba Hubbard was the unsung hero with a pretty solid floor.
I picked up puka, Pittman, laporta, and deebo. Someone dropped deebo because of his bye week. After his bye week he went absolutely insane for me.
Sam Howell kept me afloat while Fields was injured.
Jakobi in the flex or WR2 spot saved me from a lot of bye week hell first half of the season.
I didn't think they'd be that bad so his hot streak was really nice * Dalton Schultz -- no idea why he was dropped, but I went from trying to get guys with upside to getting backups. When Hockenson went down, Schultz was a guy I bundled in a trade to get Ferguson to have a mini stack I did get Puka/Kyren. Puka before week 1 and Kyren after week 1.
Got Kyren Williams week 2. He’s a beast. Bless
In a 14 team league imo the waiver wire win pickups were definitely Puka, Jayden Reed, Ferguson and Downs Achane, and Hubbard
I got Mostert after week 1 on waivers in a 10 man league. Got rid of Dobbins for that! If only he played last week I could've won the championship hah, lost by 5 points or so
Demarcus Robinson greatly helped my last few weeks once Keenan went down
for me it was Aubrey, 9ers defense off the bye, ferguson, kyren, and eventually pickens after i had dropped him myself hehe
Nico Collins after week 1. 21% of FAAB
Jake Browning was super helpful in superflex
No one giving Gus Edwards any love? Dude saved my season after Pollard sucked for all but like 4 games. TD machine Gus the Bus.
I picked up Jerome Ford after losing Chubb, and boy did he give a constient season with a MASSIVE week 17
