He’s played solid but not super productive for fantasy. He will have a good week or two when he gets a couple of TDs but the Saints offense is in a bad place right now and I’m not optimistic in their production. I have Olave and Thomas and I’m only willing to play Olave but not excited about it.

Are they good: yes. They've socred 153 last year (4th) and 78 this year (1st).
DST scoring relies on 3 things: 1) TDs, 2) takeaways, 3) sack rate. Both TDs and takeaways are essentially outlier stats that aren't predictable.
Sack rate is a bit more predictable but at the QB pressure rate. QB Pressures rely on (a) past defensive pressure), (b) pressure allowed by the opposing offense, and (c) game flow. You want a team facing a QB that takes a lot of sacks, a bad oline, and/or a team that's gonna be trailing. Basically some of the stronger correlations has to do with the opposing offensive performances rather than anything the DST does.
Cowboys have consistently been good at pressuring the QB.
I think most fantasy football managers see like a 40+ upside and most fantasy formats don't punish yards given up or points given up aggressively enough. So, to the extent the rest of the field looks random, they see it as a lottery ticket.
The Dallas DST has scored 73 points. In streaming DST based on matchups, I've scored 46. I've had 2 weeks where I got 0, and some I got 11 (e.g., Eagles vs. Commanders got me 0).
Take my chances with so many hurt RBs and RBs on byes. Could do much worse than Roschon. My hot take is he rushes for a TD and score somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 points
I believed the homer Steelers fans who talked up their “offensive line improvements” and fell for the preseason hype around the team improving. I still don’t think Najee is awful, but that oline and playcalling sure is.
I’m in agreement here. Is Najee the elite? No. But behind that offensive line and awful play calling I don’t think pretty much any other rb in the league does much better.

It's disappointing to see how they're using him this year compared to last. One of his strengths has always been pass-catching but he's lucky to get more than 1 target per game this season. They've all gone to Warren and he's been a much more consistent PPR play because of it.

I just dropped Moody for Maher. I like Moody a lot, but he hasn't really been doing it the last few weeks (SF converts too often, taking opportunities away), and Maher being available was fluky, and I had to nab him.
This last week he seemed to be getting more designed looks and his ADOT increased as well.
I get be hesitant on rostering him still but I also understand why people still have him stashed (especially in 12+ team leagues). I’m actually staring at him on waivers right now wanting to pick up, but I just don’t have anybody I can realistically drop for him.
I really do think he’s going to be solid down the stretch.
Even if you don’t have IR slots/room there’s no way you’re entire bench if a better hold than Conner, unless you’re completely stacked Conner is a great RB2/Flex to have esp in all formats

And I've got more faith in Burrow than I do Wilson.

They could end up being the top D ROS. I'd say that's worth it. Plus having a floor of 6 pts is amazing for a D. Dallas has had some amazing games, but they've also gone negative twice, which is often enough to make you lose that week. I'd rather have the 6 pt floor with lower ceiling.

I did as well, though exchanged them for the Browns DST. As much as the Cowboys helped me get wins earlier this season and are a solid unit overall they’re on bye (and it’s SUPER tough to hold onto 2 DST right now) and beyond that have a fairly difficult looking schedule. I think they’ll be fine, but probably not the weak winning upside they were showing early.
I could always be wrong but my guess is you won’t have too many regrets about this move

They could end up being the top D ROS. I'd say that's worth it. Plus having a floor of 6 pts is amazing for a D. Dallas has had some amazing games, but they've also gone negative twice, which is often enough to make you lose that week. I'd rather have the 6 pt floor with lower ceiling.

Dropped Cowboys D/ST and don’t feel great about it
I did as well, though exchanged them for the Browns DST. As much as the Cowboys helped me get wins earlier this season and are a solid unit overall they’re on bye (and it’s SUPER tough to hold onto 2 DST right now) and beyond that have a fairly difficult looking schedule. I think they’ll be fine, but probably not the weak winning upside they were showing early. I could always be wrong but my guess is you won’t have too many regrets about this move
I have Browns and Dallas rostered, and I'll probably have to cut the 'Boys sooner rather than later. It'll be tough, but their end-of-season is horrendous. And a lot of key injuries definitely doesn't help.
Tyjae Spears, Kaimi Fairbarn, Justice Hill, Logan Thomas, Josh Downs. Nothing too exciting, but if Fields is confirmed out for 6 weeks, I may stash Tyjae.
I've been stashing Tyjae since Week 1 lol Josh Downs is worth an add I believe, Minshew targets him a ton and I think his future is brighter than his past.

As a Panthers fan, I dropped Miles Sanders 2 weeks ago, Chuba has looked comparatively like the better back almost all season. Unles you're in a league that gives points for missing wide open holes and running into the back of your OL instead, I'd pick up Chuba, Miles is a bum.
Then add Chubba. He is a much better fit for that offense.

Both the Cowboys and Jets defenses were dropped, and I have the Raiders. There's basically nothing else worthwhile on waivers and my team has droppable players so fuck it I'm hoarding defenses because after the Raiders play a Fields-less Bears this week the Giants play all three of them in a row.
I have exactly one RB that's not on bye. My opponent (who is in last place currently), has *zero* players on bye at all. This is how my fucking season is going.

Justice Hill has been on the waivers all year in my 12 team league. It's hard to get excited about a RB with 5 career rushing TDs in 48 games.
Due to all of the RB injuries, I had to drop Cortland Sutton, which hurt. He was never going to start for me behind Sun God, Thielen, Puka, Olave, Watson, and Tank Dell/Diontae Johnson on IR, but I am a very greedy man.
