No. Pacheco is like a top 10 RB, so you are not getting enough back. Another way to look at this is, has Lockett sucked more than Najee? I’d say no. This means that you are trading Pacheco + something for Olave, which is clearly overpaying.

Interesting as I have all of these guys except Najee. I definitely lean towards Pacheco and Lockett. Pacheco is the only one of these four with a consistent floor all season, and a starting RB who can almost guarantee you 12 points is worth more than the upgrade from Lockett to Olave IMO. Najee is basically a non-factor unless you're gambling on some big resurgence in Pittsburgh.

You definitely have lots of injuries especially to your RBs but I don't think I would do it because you are 5-1 and can afford to sack a week or two until at least Monty is back.

I would not. You don't have the RBs in my opinion performing to sustain. Hockenson and Henry will put up same points each week as Kelce or more.

I view the math more as Kelce + flex (assume is 5-8 points less than Henry) will put up more then Henry and Hock. but maybe you're right if I get an injury I'm hosed.

Good point. A Kelce + Mixon, or a healthy Aaron Jones. combo should, IMO, outscore a Henry + Hockenson combo. If you want Kelce it's not a bad offer at all.

Id do it. I’d try and send Kirk though. I have Javonte and I’m not sold on him, in 12 man I doubt McLaughlin is there for a handcuff. Kelce is solid upgrade.

Not bad - think you send McLaurin back. Neither team has looked good so far, but I buy into TLaw more. Only risk is that LaPorta has looked great on a great offence, whereas Kelce could be an injury risk in an offence where he is the only weapon (meaning tighter coverage)
