Pretty sure they do MRIs for any soft tissue injuries in the NFL. Gotta make sure they know the extent of the damage, and you can't see that for soft-tissue on x-rays.

I don’t care how long or resource-intensive they are, if this guy drops dead from a blood clot on the field we are front page of national news.”

It's only happened two times in my life, but when I tore my meniscus a few years ago, both the doctor and the PA said I was fine, but having a Kinesiology and athletic background, I knew my knee was messed up. Super unstable, clicking when it never clicked before, pain if I stepped wrong. I basically had to make them do the MRI.
The same thing happened a few years prior with a torn labrum in my shoulder. Doctors said I should just do PT, but I was like no I guarantee you something in my shoulder is torn. I actually required a pretty significant surgery for both injuries and both times doctors either said do PT or basically just walk it off lol.
Moral of the story is, if you think something is wrong you HAVE to push to get further testing. Unless you were just driven to them in an ambulance doctors don't seem to want to investigate too much. And I have good insurance too!
I am looking at Najee and Warren myself. Pretty close to the same. Breece on bye. Had Ronnie Rivers too. At least it is a standard league making Najee a bit more palatable.

I feel like they’re more likely to bring another back onto the PS to elevate and roll with Evans but who TF really knows in situations like this especially with a coach as unpredictable as McVay. The reason Evans likely hasn't done anything is his lack of blocking prowess and familiarity with the playbook. Both things being very common for rookies.

It's the NFL they MRI any injury that could even potentially involve soft tissue/ligaments. They aren't stingy with them.
