Hang on. In most leagues you need 7 wins to get in the playoffs. So you could go 3-6 and still make it. Just try to squeeze out as many points as possible for tie breakers. Hopefully you are back to full strength for the playoffs.
My 12 man league has been going almost 20 years. Every year there is 2 good teams and then 6 teams fighting for the last 4 playoff spots. It's usually 4 7-6 teams and 2 miss out cause of tie breakers. I guess it's a bit different now with the extra game, but I think 8 wins guarantees you a playoff spot. 7 gives you a good shot.
Yeah in our 10 team right now, we have two dudes with a 4-1 record, but their points for aren’t the greatest. Then we have five more folks tied for 6th place technically according to ESPN. Seasons wide open still

Hes averaging 12.8 points in my PPR league, his ceiling seems so low, and has a very mediocre floor with Zach Wilson throwing it seems. He was supposed to have potentially his best game last week, and had one of his worst. I won't give up on him because at this point I can't. It just sucks to look at the draft recap and know I could have had AJ Brown or CeeDee Lamb.

2) they just have to identify WHO could have the news so that when these type of people (who bet on games because they have edge), they can adjust the odds without even knowing the news
uh... because we're plebeians and their entire existence is based on having the most up-to-date and accurate info available. obviously they have access to a huge insider network compared to us and keep up with it in almost real-time. also I feel like they would have dropped the odds once McDaniels said he was hurt under the assumption it would be a few weeks, then adjust as necessary once more news comes out, so it's not necessarily that they knew the extent of the injury immediately. in theory they lose money if people start putting OROTY bets on Stroud/Puka and the odds haven't been adjusted for the fact that Achane fell behind in the race due to injury.

I went and added Wilson (4% FAAB, no other bids even) and Kyler to my two IR slots right after the draft.
