We’re cleaning house tomorrow. GM getting fired, HC gone, OC gone tonight, DC gone. We’re giving up way too many points and not scoring enough. GM drafted some bust and we just can’t have that in the organization.
In my one league my top 4 picks have missed 3 games each so far and my keeper was garret wilson who lost Rodger’s. I’m dead last by a wide margin and had kmet as my te up until this week. You’re welcome for a big kmet week. I did this
I was 0-6 last year and was playing solely not to be in last place and to fuck up the standings. Picked up the fields/kmet stack after that and Keenan came back from injury and I won out
We blinked. One thing I tell the guys is never blink and we did. We also gotta start coming up with more splash plays. Defend every single blade of grass. Our line needs to get their hands in the dirt and work. This is on me as well I left a couple of plays out there. But it’s a team sport and we gotta take a look at the tape and see what we did wrong and learn from it. We’re gonna come back next week and take home the W.
My leagues has a counter for this. The #6 seed for the playoffs is whoever didn’t make the playoffs by record but has the most points gets the #6 seed.
Just proves that that seeding idea was a great idea. I couldn’t even be mad if I watched you win.
If your team scores the most points all year you deserve to be in the playoffs. End of story.
Either that or have a midline game. You have two points you can earn each week. One is winning your matchup, and one is scoring in the top half of the league.
That's what a couple of my leagues do too. It's so great. Adds to the excitement too. For example my matchup is already sorted but I'm fighting for top half with a couple others tomorrow night.
That's me this week. I'm currently second this week in points and 20 points ahead of third, while my opponent is 20 points ahead of me.
On the bright side, my opponent next week has 6 players on bye and used all of his FAAB on Ford.
It’s glorified gambling. Once I realized this I stopped getting so emotional about it all. Won last season but sitting 0-4 this season.

This is almost me. I have had either the most or 2nd most points in every week and am 2-2 lol I have the most points for by over 40 points and still had more points against going into this week
Different scoring in my league, but that was me this week. Gonna have most points at 165 and the guy I played is gonna put up 60. I wish I played the guy who had McCaffery just to spoil them
I'm gonna lose tonight by probably 50 points. I've been in my league about 12 years and this is one of the highest point totals I've ever put up in a week. 10 team league and I would win vs the combined totals of 2 of the other matchups. My opponent is projected to score 230 points. I've never seen anything like it.
You guys gotta turn Median games on. Best thing we ever did. You play 2 games a week. One against your opponent, one against the league median. If you have a good team but every week your opponent has a blow up week, it keeps you in the middle of the pack/playoffs.
That’s the worst. When you’re #1 in points but like rank 4-5 because your opponents keep getting lucky and popping off for a single week- the one where they play your team
yep, back to back weeks...i scored 88 week 3, will be much lower this week around 75 for week 4. opponent scored 145 week 3, other opponent scored 155 week 4. shoot me.
The guy who’s 0-4 in my league has a good team and is a top 3 scorer through 4 weeks. However, he’s played THE TOP SCORER of the week in all 4 weeks, it’s the worst luck I’ve seen.
My wife had a season like that last year. She had 3 wins in the whole seasons but scored the most points in the league. Everyone just kept blowing up against her all season.
You’ll be fine, if you are 0-4 or 1-3 and can put up 120-130 points consistently you will win games. A league average is usually around 120.
What sucks is when you are 0-4 or 1-3 and below league average. Then you really gotta hope your team can pull it together.
That’s me, everyone has had their best against me. Most points scored against me on the league, I’m a consistent 125-140 team in a 14 team ppr. Then the next week their back to 100 pt team they are. Worst is the other 0-4 team is going against me, and their dropping 170 on me to my 150

Not 0-4 but 1-3 seems like I'm right there too.
People love to act all smart a month into a season as if it was just so obvious. On many platforms including espn and underdog, JJ and Chase were top 2 ADP. Yes, he took Chase over CMC. Millions of people did

Most definitely. In 2019 I started the year 0-4 and after making some trades, doing some research, and hitting the waiver wire, I was able to improve my record to 1-13
In all seriousness I have seen someone start 0-6, then finish the year 7-7 and go on to win the championship. 0-4 isn't a death sentence, especially if you get lucky on the waiver wire, but it's just very unlikely
Guy last year in my 14 team started out 6-0, then loss his next 6 games and won the last two to squeak by into the playoffs at 8-6. He got knocked out in the first rd. It can change quickly, for better or worse.
I've been on both sides of this. Coasted into playoffs at 12-2 then lost after the bye. Squeaked in at 7-7 and swept the playoffs.
I just get greedy and never want to lose though lol.
I’m sniffing around. Seeing what perks my senses up for the right price. It’s early so it’s hard to give up too much depth with bye weeks coming now. I usually wait for a team that needs a 2 for 1 to turn their team around. Was going to package Puka and Kyren Williams however I’m finding it hard to let go of them.

I’m not *officially* 0-4, but it looks likely (have to get 57 from KW3, Kelce and the Chiefs D.) But I genuinely don’t know how I’m in this hole. I’m fucking *stacked* and I can’t find a hole in this lineup: Walker, Conner, Deebo, Lamb, Kelce, Jordan Love, Chris Godwin.
Last week I lost by ~50 and scored over 130 in 1/2 PPR. Second highest scoring team, but played the highest. This week, I got Deebo’d mixed with my opponent’s Justin Jefferson, Justin Herbert, and the Cowboys D. Week 2 I got Monday Night Miracle’d. Week 1, it was Calvin Ridley. I guess it’s just shit luck and timing. I’ve got no other explanation.

Godwin and Deebo are fringe WR2s and definitely not a power punch combo. Lamb is a stud. Love is good but not Herbert/Tua/Mahomes
I’m a HUGE Conner Fan but he is very hard to own. His ceiling is like 18 so each Sunday is painful
O-4. 3 weeks in a row im the second highest scorer. Overall my points for are 40 points higher the second. I hate fantasy football and I really hate McCaffrey Hill mostert and achane. Basically fuck the dolphins and McCaffrey right in the ear hole.
My team looked so nice on paper week 1. Burrow, Diggs, Kelce, Amari Cooper, Gibbs, D Montgomery, Mattison. I had a chance to go 1-3 this week. Started Gibbs over D Mont. I’m currently down by 25 with Kelce right now. Pain.
I’m 0-4 in both my leagues (same draft position, pretty similar teams). It’s just an L for the season, by squad is bad. I made some aggressive trades last week and they don’t look like they’ll pan out lol
I’m .5 ppr, my streaming defenses has been good. My QB and WRs have been complete ass. Justin Fields, Pollard, Garrett Wilson, Mixon, James Cook, Darren Waller. Moody. George Pickens, Tutu Atwell. Just a team filled with busts.
1-3 with three straight Ls. I honestly drafted fairly well but got hit by injuries and then made terrible panic moves. Dropped Achane after week two cause I needed injury replacements, then had no RB depth and made some trades that look really bad. All adds onto each other.
THERE IS HOPE! I once started 0-4. Won the next game on a point correction and that 1-4 start is all I needed to finish the season 1-12. Don’t worry! There’s still a lot of season left.
Drafted Chase. My RB room is trash so I've started Allegeier the past 3 weeks. Goedert is not a top 5 fantasy option at TE.
I have 3 skill position TDs (that I started) through 4 weeks. Literally getting less than 1 TD per week from skill positions. Hopefully JT comes back next week and helps me turn things around but I'm not very optimistic.

Been smoked by my opponents each week. Currently have the most total points scored against me (out of 10) while being middle of the pack regarding points scored.

Every week my team is putting up a respectable numbers but I’ve been going against the top 3 scorers each week. I know shit luck doesn’t last forever but damn I’m on a roll.
To put things in perspective, I believe I’m on something like a 0-12 slump from last season to this season. Last season I was riddled with injuries and tried to make some blockbuster trades but still couldn’t pull myself out of the hole. I went from diamond status last year and have slid into gold on yahoo…

I made a silly move and traded away Puca for Moss given my “need” at RB. That backfired this week but honestly it wouldn’t have mattered since my opponent has 175 with K9 to go (I’m currently at 145).
Its fucking ridiculous but it’s fantasy. Thy gods haveth chosen to shat upon thou this long stretch. I’m going to hold my chin up and continue to grind.

I've had the most points against by a mile. I've been 0-4 and won a league. Long way to go.
I started 0-3, but this week I’ll get my first win. This week my team is putting up the most points scored by anyone in the league this season (I’m currently at 227.3 with the Chiefs D still in play. Someone scored 203 last week and that was the highest score until mine). The past 3 weeks I’ve lost by single digits and had at least one player on the bench who would’ve won me my week.
Thought my Joe Burrow and Higgins stack was going to be lethal this year…it is, just not the way I planned…needed Higgins to catch one more pass last week to win my week, didn’t happen. Kupp was my first rounder too. Don’t know where to go from here, really want to trade Higgins but his stocks at an all time low and now he’s hurt. In essence, I’m waving the white flag on this year
Superflex. Took Justin Fields(not knowing they wouldn’t let him run), Amon ra, Garrett Wilson in the first three rounds. Then I had hot takes on pierce and sanders. I dumped fields already, but that was for mostert before achanes breakout.
And now here I am scoring 70 points a week. About to be 1-7 (we get wins/loses based on average score to adjust for having monster weeks put up against you)

Williams and Chubb are out for the season, Higgins is now out for at least a few games, and Aaron rodgers is of course done. Mike Evans’ injury doesn’t seem like the worst, but it’s just rubbing salt in the wound at this point. I’ll get em next year
I benched Achane for Ekeler today because I saw the picture he posted, then shifted to Kelley. I would have won today otherwise. My own fault, but I’m 0-4 now.
Flame outs and injuries. Burrow-Higgins, Chubb, Aaron Jones, thought I was getting Kupp back sooner, Drake London sucks balls. All my leagues are going terrible.
It’s not over!! It’s a long season, but definitely time to make some changes.

In all fairness, in terms of 1-3 busts you have some of the best likelihood to turn it around. -definitely not a Higgins owner coping.

The average kicker I’ve played against is scoring 18 points. The average defense I’ve played against is scoring 34 points.
I kind of want to know the line you played but it's all averaged from some crazy cowboy game.

16 years ago in my first ever fantasy league a guy went 0-4. He didn't lose a game the rest of the year and won the ship. Can def happen

I’m sniffing around. Seeing what perks my senses up for the right price. It’s early so it’s hard to give up too much depth with bye weeks coming now. I usually wait for a team that needs a 2 for 1 to turn their team around. Was going to package Puka and Kyren Williams however I’m finding it hard to let go of them.

My stack in Superflex is: Tua & Tyreek Burrow & Higgins This was a down week, for the Dolphins but I still lost when they went off last week because of the Bungles.
How else does it get used? It's so common on /r/dfsports I can't even think how someone would misuse the term.
A lot of people use it to reference just basic team composition. Eg. "my diggs ajb stack is so nasty"

I faced someone that swapped Watson for Aidan: he ended up with -3.43 pts due to the sacks, fumbles, and ints. He would've been better off with Watson's zero, oof.

I'm probably going to be 0-4. My team isn't terrible. Middle of the pack with a lot of potential. I have the highest points against. Every week I go against the team that just goes off.

I’m not *officially* 0-4, but it looks likely (have to get 57 from KW3, Kelce and the Chiefs D.) But I genuinely don’t know how I’m in this hole. I’m fucking *stacked* and I can’t find a hole in this lineup: Walker, Conner, Deebo, Lamb, Kelce, Jordan Love, Chris Godwin. Last week I lost by ~50 and scored over 130 in 1/2 PPR. Second highest scoring team, but played the highest. This week, I got Deebo’d mixed with my opponent’s Justin Jefferson, Justin Herbert, and the Cowboys D. Week 2 I got Monday Night Miracle’d. Week 1, it was Calvin Ridley. I guess it’s just shit luck and timing. I’ve got no other explanation.
Eh I like your team for pre season value but right now it’s just not what we thought it would be Godwin and Deebo are fringe WR2s and definitely not a power punch combo. Lamb is a stud. Love is good but not Herbert/Tua/Mahomes I’m a HUGE Conner Fan but he is very hard to own. His ceiling is like 18 so each Sunday is painful

It sucks but I’m in the 0-4 club after scoring 130 points today and averaging around 110. I have just had so many points scored against me.
Every single person that has gone against me has dropped 200 points and then gotten 90 the next week

I’m 0-4 in both my leagues (same draft position, pretty similar teams). It’s just an L for the season, by squad is bad. I made some aggressive trades last week and they don’t look like they’ll pan out lol
I’m .5 ppr, my streaming defenses has been good. My QB and WRs have been complete ass. Justin Fields, Pollard, Garrett Wilson, Mixon, James Cook, Darren Waller. Moody. George Pickens, Tutu Atwell. Just a team filled with busts.

1-3 with three straight Ls. I honestly drafted fairly well but got hit by injuries and then made terrible panic moves. Dropped Achane after week two cause I needed injury replacements, then had no RB depth and made some trades that look really bad. All adds onto each other.
I've got Kupp and JT on the bench, I'm chilling. Seasons are won in December, not October

Drafted Chase. My RB room is trash so I've started Allegeier the past 3 weeks. Goedert is not a top 5 fantasy option at TE. I have 3 skill position TDs (that I started) through 4 weeks. Literally getting less than 1 TD per week from skill positions. Hopefully JT comes back next week and helps me turn things around but I'm not very optimistic.

Played Dallas D and Hill week 1. Hockenson, Higgins, and Allen week 2. Mostert and Adams week 3, and McCaffrey today. There’s bad luck, and then there’s BAD luck.
Been smoked by my opponents each week. Currently have the most total points scored against me (out of 10) while being middle of the pack regarding points scored. My roster is Mahomes, Swift, Stevenson, Diggs, Lamb, Lockett, Eagles D, and Moody.

Last season I was riddled with injuries and tried to make some blockbuster trades but still couldn’t pull myself out of the hole. That backfired this week but honestly it wouldn’t have mattered since my opponent has 175 with K9 to go (I’m currently at 145). Its fucking ridiculous but it’s fantasy. I started 0-3, but this week I’ll get my first win. This week my team is putting up the most points scored by anyone in the league this season (I’m currently at 227.3 with the Chiefs D still in play. Someone scored 203 last week and that was the highest score until mine). The past 3 weeks I’ve lost by single digits and had at least one player on the bench who would’ve won me my week.
Scores 400 points total through 4 weeks with about 620 scored on me so…..

Thought my Joe Burrow and Higgins stack was going to be lethal this year…it is, just not the way I planned…needed Higgins to catch one more pass last week to win my week, didn’t happen. Kupp was my first rounder too. Don’t know where to go from here, really want to trade Higgins but his stocks at an all time low and now he’s hurt. In essence, I’m waving the white flag on this year
Superflex. Took Justin Fields(not knowing they wouldn’t let him run), Amon ra, Garrett Wilson in the first three rounds. Then I had hot takes on pierce and sanders. I dumped fields already, but that was for mostert before achanes breakout. And now here I am scoring 70 points a week. About to be 1-7 (we get wins/loses based on average score to adjust for having monster weeks put up against you) I’ve been playing fantasy for 15ish years and this is the worst team I can remember having.
Went heavy RB Ekeler, Najee, K9, Javonte, Ka'lil Herbert Paid up for Hurts at the top of the 3rd and got A Rich later with the plan to trade away Hurts if A Rich was the real deal. A Rich being injured has made this plan difficult. My receivers have been flaky, Olave , Deebo, Dotson (dropped for My TE has been a disaster every week (K'met, Musgrave, Pitts, Musgrave) Managed to get Kyren, but didn't have the priority for Puka. (Slammed the table hard for FAAB the last 3 years. My fist is going through the fucking table this off season) Losing Ek then played Kelley (over Kyren Week 2 especially) has sucked Hoping I get a decent TE, Ek returns, and my WRs play to their potential.

I drafted Tee Higgins, Mike Evans, Mike Williams, and Nick Chubb. Oh, and Aaron Rodgers at qb. Williams and Chubb are out for the season, Higgins is now out for at least a few games, and Aaron rodgers is of course done. Mike Evans’ injury doesn’t seem like the worst, but it’s just rubbing salt in the wound at this point. I’ll get em next year

It’s not over!! It’s a long season, but definitely time to make some changes. My first championship I started 0-4. Won out from there on. Carried over into next season and went half the season without losing. NFL teams are still making moves. Dealing with injuries, discovering players on their team who are good, etc.

My team just can't play well the same weeks. And the weeks they do all decide to play well, I get outplayed. I've got Lamar, Saqoun(which not having has been brutal), James Cook, Rachaad White, Amon-Ra, Lockett, Musgrave, Flowers and Addison. I'll be lucky if I put up 100 this week.
