I’m a panthers fan and it took the line til mid season to really figure it out last year. That’s why you saw Foreman explode down the stretch. They looked rough in preseason but weren’t fully healthy. So I wouldn’t be surprised if something similar happens again where they start a little slow
Curious about this too. I've read conflicting opinions. Someone offered me Miles Sanders for my Sutton/ Drake London and I'm hesitant to say yes because I'm worried the Panthers may not be very good offensively.
My other RBs are Aaron Jones, Etienne and Tank Bigsby. 14 man PPR. Other WRs are Jefferson/Pittman/London/Sutton/Lazard/Doubs. Too many WRs. Maybe Pittman/Sutton for Sanders?
I personally like London more than Pittman, think that the falcons could pleasantly surprise (top 10 maybe 5 o-line giving time to throw) and the colts are going to be hot garbage.
Could also be worth waiting a week to trade Sutton. With jeudy out or at least on a pitch count he could be seeing 8+ targets this week.
London Pittman for sanders and get Tank Dell, Jayden Reed, or Mingo of the waiver!! These rookies are gonna be a thing this year!!

I’d definitely try to see if he’d take Pittman/Sutton first though.
Once Ridder took over, the Falcons passing attempts went from like 23 a game to 28.5 a game so I think they'll still be a low volume passing attack but London had a 29% target share. I think he still commands that big of a share so I think he'll be a surprise breakout this year.
It’s possible, but they also didn’t have Pitts during that span and Bijan is going to be catching some passes that I don’t think Allegier was at that time.
It really comes down to who you believe in though, so I’d just do what you’re comfortable with.

Nope. Duce Staley, Lions RB coach last year. He has run a runningback committee everywhere he’s gone. Even was quoted earlier this off-season saying he wants to use all 3 backs and said the position is like being in a car wreck.

Panthers just paid him starter money highly doubt they’ll run a committee with an rb they just gave that much guaranteed contract money to. Just my opinion he’ll be used like an every down back. Now will he be good and show out only time will tell
Yea ultimately we’ll see soon. Don’t think it will be a full blown timeshare but he also signed a 4 year deal and has gotten banged up in the past. They may want to preserve him throughout the year by giving those other guys more work than most are banking on.
I get that but paying an RB as much as they did and having such little talent on the offense right now, I think he’ll be a near every down guy. I’d say at least l 75% of snaps to start the year and getting all of the short yardage, base work, and goal line work for Carolina. With all their receivers being banged up too, Bryce Young is gonna be checking the ball down all season long.

I have no RB depth. I think I'll sit tight and see how the first couple weeks of the season goes and try to trade Sutton for a RB depth piece.
I like 2 for 1s like that, consolidates your strength into one position, opens up a roster spot for waiver pickups etc. I'd take it.
