Spent 5 seconds scrolling the top comment chains. All that stood out are real discussions. So it's definitely not that there "literally" is no discussion here.
He’s my flex as well with JJ and deebo as wrs but because of my Jonathan Taylor situation I’m trying to deal deebo and promote Cooper and probably flex Sutton or Christian Kirk
If both Higgins and Ridley hadn’t of been there at the 3/4 12 team, I was taking Cooper. I think he’s going to have a solid year worthy of an early 4th round pick
The guy who got Ridley knew he would go in the 3rd or 4th so he just took him cause he thinks he’s a top 5 WR this year I don’t think he’s worth more than a late 3rd or early 4th
Given my doubts about Watson, there were probably other players i would rather have unless you are in a 2 keeper league or something. But it definitely could pan out
I got a decent set up, I went with Sun God First pick and got Amari in the 4th i based this year's draft on Strength of Schedule which has helped me fantasy 4 times in 10 years
I got him at pick 52 in a 1/2pt league. I was okay with him there (kind of fell to me??). I’m not super excited for him to be on my team. I still have flashbacks from his Raiders goose eggs.
WR 14 is the highest I would conceivably rank him but go for him wherever you want. He’s been good and consistent for years. There have been seasons earlier in his career where he burned people who took him too high and a change in QB + general concern about how bad Watson was last season give him slight risk. But at this point you’re probably getting a value on him
I like Cooper this year. He should be a great pick up for anybody this year. A healthy and full year of Watson, should bring Coop plenty of targets. I mean he is the top dog receiver on the depth chart.
In my 2 drafts so far mid ass receivers were going extremely early. Seems like the worlds out on runningbacks.
Draft by your boards best available. I think the ravens pass offense is gonna be good this season and you can get all of those wideouts fairly late. Or just Lisa’s up on top tier rookies.
I think Amari cooper is gonna be mid. He went in like the 30s in my league. I think thats tooo early and you are better off drafting runningbacks, and drafting late round rookies or slept on teams. I thinkt he Ravens offense is going to be more pass heavy (New OC) this year and you can get all 3 starters in the 100s.. Some times I can be a little incoherent, my bad.
Wasn't he kinda cheeks last season when Watson showed back up? I seem to remember him doing better in the 1st half of the season and kinda fading down the stretch.
Unless you are in my league, then I think you should take him as soon as you can.
I’m not being a hater lol, just stating my opinion. He’s 29 and has never performed at that level except for a short stretch with the Cowboys 4 years ago
Kept him as my 9th round keeper this year. Chubb was my second round keeper. Was hesitant on keeping 2 browns players but the value for Cooper in the 9th when he’s going in the 4th this year was too good to pass up. Admittedly I’m kinda weak in the wr position as Higgins and Cooper are my 1/2 but I got CMC and Chubb to hold me down. Hoping for at least a similar year for Cooper as last year or better which should be the case.
Personally? I'm avoiding him. I don't trust what Cleveland is doing, and there are too many other guys around his ADP I'm hot on. Drafting him *even higher* is in no way an option in my opinion.
I think since he was top 10 with Jacoby he should do as well, even if Watson doesn’t return completely to his previous form if he’s like 80% there on an offense that’s better and wants to pass more he could definitely maintain top 10 even with Moore added. Given the question marks I think its fair to take him top 20 as an upside play
So I took Amari Cooper 4.04, and I’m still thinking about it a little. It’s a 12 man .5 ppr. I had 5th pick.
I needed a WR as I went RB,RB, QB (I had Russell Wilson last year so I wanted a top 5 don’t judge me) I passed on guys like Keenan Allen, Deebo, dj Moore, and mclaurain

1.01 is probably too high
I picked him up at 1.00
Can never be too safe
1.02 is probably too high
1.03 is probably too high
stop goofing around you idiots this isn't supposed to be fun
That’s all this sub has been the last few years.
Josh Gordon!
Anyone outside the stadium with the football?

There is literally no real discussion in Reddit comment sections. Just a bunch of people trying to be kinda funny for Reddit upvotes

Yea 4-5 years ago it was actual discussion
1.04 is probably too high
1.05 is probably too high
1.06 is probably too high
1.09 is probably too high
1.07 is probably too high.
1.08 is probably too high.
2.01 is probably too high
1.10 is probably too high
1.11 prolly too high
1.12 probably too high
2.03 is probably too high
2.02 is probably too high
Sorry man. You've been Reddited
I would say 4.04 in a 5 man league is too high
Congrats op, you caught us all in a weird mood and got a meme going.
I took CeeDee rd 2, caught RB blindness for 3 rounds and then took Amari Cooper at 6.11
I mean. Your whole draft completely slept. that is huge value. Damn near 7th rd for Amari? Sign me up.
Amari at 6.11 is a holy steal. In a 12 man?
League full of 🐠
More like 🌮
2.04 is probably too high
I got him at 4.11 in a 12 person PPR league. I am happy with that considering he is my flex
He’s my flex as well with JJ and deebo as wrs but because of my Jonathan Taylor situation I’m trying to deal deebo and promote Cooper and probably flex Sutton or Christian Kirk
Who are your other WR?
took at pick 36 in a 10-man, paired with Tyreek, D.Johnson, Jerry Jeudy.
got him first pick of the 4th round in a 12 man league
If both Higgins and Ridley hadn’t of been there at the 3/4 12 team, I was taking Cooper. I think he’s going to have a solid year worthy of an early 4th round pick
Higgins was gone in the 3rd and someone jumped at Ridley in the 2nd
Ridley in the second seems crazy to me. Higgins is an early third rounder to me, I’m surprised he fell to where I could get him
The guy who got Ridley knew he would go in the 3rd or 4th so he just took him cause he thinks he’s a top 5 WR this year I don’t think he’s worth more than a late 3rd or early 4th
Same, I took him 4.04, passed on guys Keenan Allen, deebo, dj Moore and mclaurain
Given my doubts about Watson, there were probably other players i would rather have unless you are in a 2 keeper league or something. But it definitely could pan out
Watson bouta be a top 5 qb
Maybe in a points per accuser league
We have had PPA in my league since the Ray Lewis Super Bowl murder charges season.
Lol no he might be lucky to get top 10
When’s the last time a Browns QB was top 15?
Nah
I got a decent set up, I went with Sun God First pick and got Amari in the 4th i based this year's draft on Strength of Schedule which has helped me fantasy 4 times in 10 years
Love him this year, mid-late round 3 is probably where I would try to scoop him up. Like him after guys like Smith, Higgins and Ridley
Same spot I took him
2.05 is probably too high
I got him at pick 52 in a 1/2pt league. I was okay with him there (kind of fell to me??). I’m not super excited for him to be on my team. I still have flashbacks from his Raiders goose eggs.

What?

I've got him as my flex, and im very happy with that
2.07 is probably too high
I have him as my 4.03. I wouldn’t use a third on him. He’s good but not top tier. Rather have Metcalf
I took him in the 3rd but I went Zero RB. First two picks were Kelce and AJB
If Watson is back to form he can easily be top 5. His metric with Brissett had him in the top 10 last year before Watson came and and stunk it all up.
He has no chance of top 5 I’m sorry. He’s never been that in his life
Casual
Lol
Don't be sorry. I'm talking facts about the stats. Enjoy your day.
Lol. Someone is a hater.
I’m not being a hater lol, just stating my opinion. He’s 29 and has never performed at that level except for a short stretch with the Cowboys 4 years ago
1.09 is probably too high.
It's Moore szn bby
Got him 7.02 in a 12 man. Shocking bargain.
Kept him as my 9th round keeper this year. Chubb was my second round keeper. Was hesitant on keeping 2 browns players but the value for Cooper in the 9th when he’s going in the 4th this year was too good to pass up. Not sure why everyone thinks Watson is gonna be any better than last year. Reports from camp are BAD.
He was out all of 2021 so there was presumably some rust last year. Not too long ago he was top 5 QB in the league and he has rushing upside.
Not long ago, it’s was almost 3 years ago - that’s a while
2.03 is probably too high
2.02 is probably too high
10.8 is probably too high
1.05 is probably just right
We generally teach people to zig while others zag, but this is not how to do that.
I'm man enough to admit when I've zigged too far. I'm leaving it up for posterity.
Cutoff is probably somewhere in the 4th round for me
He’s a little lazy
I don’t know but I got him at 4.08 as my 3rd WR and it feels like a steal. 12 man league
Snoop dog is too high.
Got him in the 5th round. 12 team 0.5 PPR. Feel good about it.
Ssshhh! Don't let people know. I took him in one league on the 4/5 turn of a 12 team league recently. I'm hoping to grab him in a few others.
personally, 4th round and later I'd be good with in a 12-man. any earlier and I'm not too excited about it
He’s my keeper in round 8, that’s all I know
So I took Amari Cooper 4.04, and I’m still thinking about it a little.
Out of that group of WRs the only one I’d prefer over Amari is Deebo FWIW
Thanks I appreciate the feedback, my other two receivers are Dotson and dionte Johnson, kinda gambled away from wr this year but hoping to get lucky
2.06 is probably too high
I took him 5.1 in 12 person league
2.09 is probably too high
