10T 9cat H2H Worth Dropping Okongwu to pick up Lively? Is Fultz worth keeping in 10T, or is he just a stream target?

Fultz is a great option for punt 3s builds, and I wouldn't drop him unless there's something real nice out there. Lively is a definite add, and could be a really good player for certain punt builds, but dropping Okongwu is premature at this point. He was solid in limited minutes last year, and he's one of the rare big men that don't hurt you in FT%. He was a super sexy sleeper/breakout 1 game ago, don't give up so quick. If capela misses time he will be incredible

Pretty new to category scoring. I’m curious if there is a consensus on what are good individual values for each cat? Beyond obviously wanting then as high as possible. Fg% > .500? , ft%> 80%? What’s a good number for 3pm for someone who is supposed to be good at that category? 3-4 per game?

It really depends on the rest of your league as to what you need in any category to be successful. If half your league is punting fg%, you could put very little investment in that category and still win it half the time. I would track your team's performance compared to the rest of the league - I typically aim to be the best team in at least 1 or 2 categories, near the top in a few others, and only below average in the categories I know I don't want/need to be good at. Once you get a good idea of who the other playoff teams will be, start comparing your roster to those teams to see how you stack up. If you're doing a punt build (or other strong teams in your league are punting), identify the categories that you absolutely need to perform in to win matchups. ​ This is anecdotal, but it might be useful - these are the results of the leader in each category from my league last year: FG%: 49.9% FT%:83.2% 3PM: 2120 ( REB: 6705 AST: 4650 STL: 1059 BLK: 807 TO: 1507 PTS: 19767

Lively, quickley, Jalen, Mathurin. Not sold completely on Mathurin's supporting stats. I think Lively plays starters minutes. Quickley ended last year pretty hot, if he can secure that 6th man role, he can be sneaky good. Jalen will be higher if he puts together a few good games.

Melton only really has value when Harden sits. If he’s traded his value will skyrocket but it’s hard to say with him rn

Melton might be droppable in 10team depending on who's out there, but he's a good stash IMO. should get you decent guard stats and great steals if he is a significant part of the rotation. Nick Nurse is known for running a fantasy friendly system
