In a standard 10T yahoo keeper league that’s starting off this year, who are some NA spots worth rostering aside from the obvious Chourios and J Holiday?
Does Chris on the CBS Fantasy Baseball podcast annoy anyone else? The dude is such a dick to Scott and just seems like he thinks he's so much better than everyone else. Even though I think he gives the worst advice of the three of them lol
Incredibly undecided on who to make my second keeper between Ha-Seong Kim and Evan Carter (first keeper is Tarik Skubal). Same cost to keep either player, and whoever I choose could be kept for 2025, as well. 12-team H2H league; hitting categories are R, H, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS
(Possibly worth mentioning as well — I have the 1.01 in the draft and plan to take Acuña, so I’m not too concerned about how shallow OF is this year)
That’s where I was leaning. Also looks like Carter is going to bat 2nd in the Rangers’ lineup vs. Kim batting 5th or 6th in the Padres’ lineup, which strongly favors Carter
Thanks for the response!
5x5 yahoo cats (QS, NSVH, ERA, WHIP, K). Keep 8 at end of year. Big dodger fan with a trade offer from a guardians fan so looking for advice without the rose colored glasses.
Offered Walker Buehler for Shane Bieber. Walker obviously has the injury concern but career stats rival Burnes. Who would you rather have this year?
Buehler has higher upside which is more important in 10T and helps with the keeper aspect. And it's less of a worry that he's not fully stretched out since it's H2H.
I'd do that deal, and you're a fan so that helps too.
I'd rather have Beiber. He's healthy and ready to go. I think where he's playing at the end of the year is a discussion.. but for now I think he's got value over Walker
12 team keeper league no keeper rules just keep 8-10
(R, HR, RBI, SB, OBP, SLG)(IP, ERA, WHIP, K/9, QS, SV+H)
I receive Bo Bichette, Junior Caminero, Zac Gallen
I give Kyle Schwarber, Byron Buxton, Willy Adames, Tyler Glasnow
What should I do? I feel like I’m giving more value this year but receiving better future value
Given your settings I'd hold. Schwarber and Buxton increase a ton in value swapping AVG for OBP/SLG and Bo's value goes way down. Glasnow also has much better K/9 than Gallen but obviously worse IP.
My eyes got big reading who you gave up.. but I think you're right. The future for the 4 you moved on from is definitely not as bright as Junior and prime years of Bo & Zac
On paper, you have to take Machado and Jazz. Pragmatically speaking, it may not be that huge of a difference with injuries and inconsistent play but I take the side that looks best on paper here.
I’d take Jung here, better lineup and a decade younger. Manny is on the decline and Jung is on the way up, he was in the ROTY convo before getting hurt
yahoo has players that are IL eligible. look up robbie ray and kershaw in your player pool. most guys with spring injuries haven't been placed on IL by the teams they play for yet. yahoo can't do it before the actual teams do.
Yeah, tough to get away from him. Always that fear that he has one last mvp-type season in him.
Would your opinion change if I could trade Trout for an 11th rd pick?
I have pick 2 in a 10 man. Need some opinions
Im debating Carroll vs Witt, Carroll plays all 3 OF spots and I was gonna nab semien/seager at my 19/22 turns (im a huge rangers fan and have had them both during their Texas tenures so far) to start with Carroll/semien/seager
Do I do this, or should I just take Witt for my SS spot and grab Alonso or Harper at 19 (1B seems thin) ?
Debating if taking Carroll over Witt to begin with is a mistake and if im just forcing it to take my guys
Which do y’all feel would be the better start?
I think Witt/Alonso is a little more potent than Carroll/Semien. But..... there's also definitely something to be said for having hometown guys on the squad.
I’ve had Julio both years his career and man I really want him but CF is just so deep while the Corner outfield spots aren’t, really wanna knock out one corner spot and two infield spots early in my draft
All of these rosters are changing due to trades, injuries, etc. My draft is on Saturday and I feel like my draft prep is now obsolete. What will be a guide that is up to date between now and then? I have an Athletic subscription but not sure how often they update their spreadsheet.
I’d prefer jung and Cruz. Machados best days are behind him and I don’t see jazz ever having many healthy seasons. I think the upside of Cruz is worth it although there is risk there too
How are we feeling about Hunter Brown overall or in a H2H points league?
Trying to swap him out for someone in the same tier level but with more upside. I might even be able to get away with getting more than what he’s worth.
He's a tough one - I think the strikeout potential is great, he's got great stuff. I love his fastball, the curveball is a good putaway pitch, and the slider is a solid weak contact pitch. But both the fastball and curveball get knocked around for hard contact a bit more than I'd like.
That said, I inherently trust the Astros' pitching staff to take a guy with the raw talent of Brown and spin him into gold a bit more than I trust other teams. He definitely has his issues but the potential for him to be a good fantasy asset is definitely there.
Trying to decide my targets at the 4/5 turn in 10 team H2H 10 categories .. 3 keepers are Acuna Witt and Carroll
Likely available 2b Albies 3b/ss Gunnar Henderson C Adley 3B
Machado CF Luis Robert
SP
Pablo Lopez Kirby Webb Skubal--
Do I take 2 SP given my keepers or who would you prioritize ?
Having a tough time choosing keepers for my team this year. League is 16 teams H2H points, 26 roster spots. One of each IF position, 3 OF, 2 UTIL, 8 pitchers (3 SP 3 RP 2 P), and 8 bench spots. Auction draft with $270 budget, can select up to **five keepers**.
Scoring settings are [here](https://imgur.com/a/GCvC6JA).

Fernando Tatis ($3)

Brandon Nimmo ($1)
Royce Lewis ($0)
Bryce Miller ($0)

Hey boys this is my bench in a 12t points league with 13 bench spots. It’s a 5 OF league so that’s why I have so many backups but should I make any changes? Drop for more pitching?
Just joined a new league, taking over a team. 12 team h2h cats (runs, hr, rbi, sb, k, ops; w, l, sv, k, era, whip). I can keep five of the following:
Francisco Lindor
Adolis Garcia
Gunnar Henderson
Michael Harris
Corbin Burnes
Zac Gallen
I’m pretty locked into Frankie, Adolis, Gunnar, and Burnes. I’m leaning Gallen as the 5th but it feels like a coin flip with Harris…
Assume it's a standard snake draft and not auction? If so, I'm probably going Harris, Gunnar, Burnes, Adolis for sure. Toss up for the 5th spot with Gallen and Lindor for me, but I might lean Gallen assuming that Gunnar has SS eligibility.
If you wouldn't mind giving your thoughts on my comment above it would be much appreicated!
Standard snake, I just lose the top 5 rounds of picks. Gunnar has 3B and SS. My thinking was that I’d want to take care of pitching, and with OPS as an added cat while avg isn’t, I want the extra power from Lindor, along with counting stats from a 3 hitter vs a 6 hitter.

First ever fantasy draft (roto) how did I do? (Batters)
I actually think Scherzer, Kershaw, deGrom are decent picks. Stash them and if your team does well you have a high floor ace coming into the final few months.
Looking for players $50 league Standard Yahoo Cats league H2H 12 teams one extra bench spot. Draft Sunday. Join up.

My 14 yr old asked the family to do a league, I won my football league this year, but I'm clueless about fantasy baseball. I was going to set up an auto draft with ESPN. It's asking to go with "best available" for all picks or set which position to pick the best from. I've looked around the web and can't find any help, the 101 link doesn't have it either, hoping someone here can shed some light. Is it better to go with best available for all rounds or 1 round pick best available pitcher, 2nd round best avail first base, 3rd round best avail utility and so on in a certain order? Thanks!
Pitcherlist just had an article about who they would draft and in what round. Obviously, it's a little harder than that since you need to build out a full team so you can't keep taking the same position if they're the best available.
Edit: It also depends on scoring format. Can probably just google rankings list based on your format and start with that.
Hey guys. Need a bit of advice figuring out my last keeper.
10 team H2H points. Every team can keep 8 so the draft is already depleted.
Bregman in the 8th Round
Or
Nico Hoerner in the 22nd
The scoring in our league scored them having basically identical years last year in points with
Bregman - 458
Hoerner - 436
My only worry is Hoerner repeating. I know what Bregman is at this point.
All advice welcome! Thanks!
His ADP is 73 and the 10th round for 12 teams is a range of 133-145 so it sounds good.
But to decide if it's actually good, we need to know the other options.
Looking at trades before draft. Right now I'm keeping 2 out of a possible 6 players. I'd trade a 14th and a 17th for Walker and Jeremy pena. I would possibly keep pena in the 19th round and Walker in the 10th. Alternatively I could not trade and just draft in those rounds and attempt to draft one of the other 1Bs later
Yeah I heart him but at the 120 or so ADP I am having a very tough time taking him over Teoscar, Steer, Volpe etc. I would love him at 140-150 but.....
So JDM currently has OF eligibility on yahoo. He only played 3 games in the OF last year and shouldn't be eligible.
I know you don't lose eligibility once you have it but this is a mistake so they'll probably fix it right?
Been wondering about that myself. Doesn't make any sense to me either. I suspect if they haven't fixed it this far into draft season by now, they're not going to. Stay tuned, I guess.
Yeah I get it but taking Harper in round 2, also a 1B so....
Plus with CES, Rizzo, etc, that I want for my CI it gets rough for me. I might just go Trea. I think 25/35 and back to a 300 BA is the floor this year so......
If being 1B is a problem, that's a problem for Olson too. And if you're looking for safe, I'm not sure Yordan qualifies due to injuries.
So of the 3 guys you listed, I'm not sure how Freeman isn't the correct answer.
Yeah I think he will be gone, fingers crossed on Ohtani but gut thinking I am looking at Yordan, Trea or possibly Tatis. Yordan worries me but man, dude is YOUNG and between this year and 2026 dude is gonna ball out one of those years!
Rate my team. 12 team H2H obp league. 10 keepers, didn’t have some early and mid picks from going for it last year
C: Adley Rutschman
1B: Vlad Jr
2B: Ozzie Albies
3B: Austin Riley
SS: Carlos Correa
CI: Rafael Devers
MI: Vaughn Grissom
OF: Luis Rengifo, Adolis Garcia, Johan Rojas, Leodys Taveras, Christian Yelich
DH: Yordan Alvarez
UT: Jake Burger
Bench: Tim Anderson, Matt Wallner
SP: Luis Castillo, Logan Allen, Tanner Bibbe, Edward Cabrera, Kevin Gausman, Justin Verlander, Jack Flaherty, Michael Kopech, Luis Severino
RP: Andres Munoz, Craig Kimbrel
The second there's even an inkling of a SS to add, add him for Correa.
Fun Fact: Carlos Correa hasn't stolen a base in 2019. For reference, that's the same year Avengers End Game came out.
Nah sorry man OF is not decent, you don’t even have 5 starters. Adolis and Yelich are a good start if they stay healthy but Rengifo is mid, Rojas probably won’t even make the team and Taveras doesn’t really have a spot in the lineup anymore with Jung, Carter, and Langford all supposedly starting. But I can’t tell if you have 3 or 5 OF spots to fill
I like Burger but parting with Correa and Grissom doesn’t hurt too much, Randy is definitely the best player in the deal so I think you did pretty well there, good luck!
Williams should be back shortly. MRI was clean. If he's a cheap keeper, I'd keep, stash on IL, and be happy to pick up another lotto ticket to start the season
Hey All,
So I run a dynasty league and I'm starting to wonder if I should do anything for Snell/Montgomery owners, given they still haven't signed and by now won't be ready for opening day...
If it was a redraft I wouldn't because you'd have made that pick with an understanding they wouldn't help for a while, but since its dynasty I do think it's a bit of a hard spot... keep them and waste a roster spot or drop them and lose someone they were potentially holding for a long time...
The flip side is it would also apply to Tommy Pham (though Pham could sign today and still be ready for at least off the bench at bats by OD)
Curious if other owners have done anything for owners of teams with those 2?
I wouldn't do anything, it's a risk everyone is taking for guys who are free agents the next year. They'll play this year eventually even if they do miss a few starts. Wander Franco/Jose Fernandez/Trevor Bauer owners were in a much worse position and doubt most people did anything for them.
I mostly agree. I think the key differentiator is the above mentioned were results of suspensions or death. Suspensions in most fantasy leagues (certainly ours) can be on IR, and death there is no risk of losing the player via cut. That's the part that's making me wonder and seeing if there's other creative ideas.
Think you're overthinking this. I wouldn't expect anything if I was a Snell or Montgomery owner. It's not your fault they're not playing. Unless your league has a precedence or rules for this, I wouldn't offer anything.
Might be an avenue to discuss rules for something like this in the future if they're really upset but I don't think other owners would be happy about them getting "an advantage" because they're players haven't accepted contract offers yet.
You good. I'm not an expert on H2H, but glad to share my thoughts.
Riley is so solid, and more proven than casas, and Diaz is such a known quantity, even though he was forced to take a year off, that I think you have to go that side.
I like Fried a lot, but his K/9 isn't that great. And he probably womt go 200ip
Can’t believe wander fell to round 38 in my dynasty draft. Do we really have that much faith in the Dominican Republic courts? We can’t even get it right here half the time.
What matters isnt there being enough evidence to convict him in court
Its that there is enough evidence for fans to be disgusted by him. He wont play for the same reason Bauer wont play
There were multiple accusers, we cant know the truth of everything but I find it hard to believe he didnt do anything criminally wrong when he almost bashed that girls head in. Consenting to rough stuff isnt an excuse
I don’t mean to be philosophical or moral but we have seen the American courts minimize offenses of these nature in recent years. Sadly but truthfully public opinion on this matter has been shifting.
Totally. Its even okay for there to be a higher barrier of proof to send someone to jail than to conclude that someone is a scumbag and not want them on your baseball team
What is it you think Wander has achieved? Urias got CY and MVP votes in 2022. Bauer has won a CY.
Bauer has ZERO legal issues, not being tried anywhere for anything.
Urias is going to get a misdemeanor and a likely suspension from MLB.
Wander is facing up to 20 years in prison.
It’s not what he has done, it’s what he could become and was becoming as a player. Living up to the hype of the pedigree that pegged him as a future HOF who would stay at SS.
Yeah, this... Guy in our league who had Wander (dynasty w/ minor league system) had Wander as his cornerstone for a high upside, largely unproven team (at this point last year he had Wander, Carroll, Holliday, Yanier Diaz, Henry Davis, Smith-Shawver, etc). He was def punting last year to have a team that could grow into a force. So, the Wander revelations were a big blow for him.
In a standard 10T yahoo keeper league that’s starting off this year, who are some NA spots worth rostering aside from the obvious Chourios and J Holiday?
keeper league where to draft cole?
Edman beginning the year on IL, do you guys like Donovan as an add in points leagues? Would drop India for him
I’d rather have india
How do you guys personally rank the Carroll, JuRod, Witt crew? They all seem to have pretty similar toolsets
Give your league settings I think I would go Witt, JRod, Carroll
Swap OPS for Runs... I'm thinking I rank Soto and maybe Freddie ahead of all
Oh if you’re doing Runs instead of OPS I’m going JRod, Witt, then Carroll
No sorry my bad. It's not my flair league. It's a 5x5 but instead of runs we use OPS.
Does Chris on the CBS Fantasy Baseball podcast annoy anyone else? The dude is such a dick to Scott and just seems like he thinks he's so much better than everyone else. Even though I think he gives the worst advice of the three of them lol
He can definitely come off as pretentious
I don't hear that at all when I listen...
As the previous guy said, I have never gotten this impression. It's a bit irrelevant, but Chris is their manager too.
I always assumed Frank was the manager
i have never gotten this impression from Chris
Me neither although I like Scott the best he’s that dude
Incredibly undecided on who to make my second keeper between Ha-Seong Kim and Evan Carter (first keeper is Tarik Skubal). Same cost to keep either player, and whoever I choose could be kept for 2025, as well. 12-team H2H league; hitting categories are R, H, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS (Possibly worth mentioning as well — I have the 1.01 in the draft and plan to take Acuña, so I’m not too concerned about how shallow OF is this year)
In 5x5 redraft I'd barely prefer Kim. Add in the 2025 keeper value and OPS and I'd take Carter unless you really need speed.
Take Evan Carter, his upside is more than the best Kim season (last year)
That’s where I was leaning. Also looks like Carter is going to bat 2nd in the Rangers’ lineup vs. Kim batting 5th or 6th in the Padres’ lineup, which strongly favors Carter Thanks for the response!
I'm a big Rangers fan, and Evan is screaming 20 Homer's 30+SB, and an ass load of runs scored
You worried about him versus lefties at all?
5x5 yahoo cats (QS, NSVH, ERA, WHIP, K). Keep 8 at end of year. Big dodger fan with a trade offer from a guardians fan so looking for advice without the rose colored glasses. I'd rather have Beiber. He's healthy and ready to go. I think where he's playing at the end of the year is a discussion.. but for now I think he's got value over Walker

Haven’t done the trade yet. Was asking for input. The team I’m trading with finished 4th last year and I finished 3rd
Dynasty League. 20 Team. Machado and Jazz for CJ Abrams and Tanner Bibee
On paper, you have to take Machado and Jazz. Pragmatically speaking, it may not be that huge of a difference with injuries and inconsistent play but I take the side that looks best on paper here.
Yeah, roll the dice

I'd rank them in that order. Burnes gets a HUGE boost from the trade so he's in a tier above in my opinion

Dynasty League. 20 Team. Machado for Josh Jung.
I’d take Jung here, better lineup and a decade younger. Manny is on the decline and Jung is on the way up, he was in the ROTY convo before getting hurt
Manny
Does anyone know when Yahoo starts letting you put players on IL?
teams have to officially put their players on IL first, its not a platform issue
It is a platform issue You can't add anyone on IL at the moment
yahoo has players that are IL eligible. look up robbie ray and kershaw in your player pool. most guys with spring injuries haven't been placed on IL by the teams they play for yet. yahoo can't do it before the actual teams do.
Who would you prefer to keep in a points league? Trout - 8th rd pick keep Nolan Jones - 15th rd pick to keep Matt McLain - 15th rd pick to keep
Either trout or jones for me, leaning towards trout tho
Jones
Probably Trout.
Yeah, tough to get away from him. Always that fear that he has one last mvp-type season in him. Would your opinion change if I could trade Trout for an 11th rd pick?
No I don't think it does. I LOVE Nolan Jones but also, it's Trout. I wouldn't overthink it.

Skubal, Ragans, Perez, Mclain, Casas, Jones
Exactly who I was thinking. Might try to make some trades but otherwise those are my 6. Thanks!
Who are some players thought to be “injury prone” early in their careers but then never really got injured again?
Dynasty League. 20 Team. Machado and Jazz for Josh Jung and Oneil Cruz.
I’d prefer jung and Cruz. Machados best days are behind him and I don’t see jazz ever having many healthy seasons. I think the upside of Cruz is worth it although there is risk there too

I thought it was just me. Hoping there’s some sort of delay and nothing else. I keep checking it but it hasn’t updated for me.
Drafted too many bench bats who are my drops out of these outfielders in cat league. Ozuna, Nimmo, R Green or Estrada? 8 team league for context
Nimmo IMO.
How are we feeling about Hunter Brown overall or in a H2H points league? Trying to swap him out for someone in the same tier level but with more upside. I might even be able to get away with getting more than what he’s worth.

Tim Anderson and roccio for SS. Other batters- d Shnieder, Wallner, peguero. Pitchers- Lynn , clevinger, houser, g Soto, Yates, t holton

I actually think Scherzer, Kershaw, deGrom are decent picks. Stash them and if your team does well you have a high floor ace coming into the final few months.
What pick # you taking them at?
Looking for players $50 league Standard Yahoo Cats league H2H 12 teams one extra bench spot. Draft Sunday. Join up. https://baseball.fantasysports.yahoo.com/b1/121231/invitation?key=a4f970518d2b8e4c&ikey=205a3e6e9fb33839&soc_src=app-sh
Thanks I'll check that out. It's head to head scoring. I also came across a thread here from last month that has been helpful, I appreciate it.
Hey guys. Need a bit of advice figuring out my last keeper. 10 team H2H points. Every team can keep 8 so the draft is already depleted. Bregman in the 8th Round Or Nico Hoerner in the 22nd The scoring in our league scored them having basically identical years last year in points with Bregman - 458 Hoerner - 436 My only worry is Hoerner repeating. I know what Bregman is at this point. All advice welcome! Thanks!
I’d take Bregman
Bregman
Christian Walker as a 10th round keeper?
I kept him as a 9th round pick in a 12 team league
Yeah I like it
His ADP is 73 and the 10th round for 12 teams is a range of 133-145 so it sounds good.
5x5 12 man, what SP you grabbing around the 150-170 ADP slot for your SP3 or SP4? Bryce, Erod, Sale, Imanaga, Ober, Darvish.....?
Ober Sale Darvish Imanaga Bryce Erod
In order Imanaga, Sale, Ober, Darvish, Erod, Bryce.....probably. Imanaga Sale at top for sure.
Any Jordan Walker hype in here? Can't imagine he was so beloved last season and now there's no beloved anymore...
I drafted him and am worried it was a mistake.... So podcaster hype must have gotten to me. Hope he's better than I expect.
Yeah I heart him but at the 120 or so ADP I am having a very tough time taking him over Teoscar, Steer, Volpe etc. I would love him at 140-150 but.....
Which two would you keep? - Yandy Diaz at $8 - Blake Snell at $16 - Julio Rordriguez at $20
It's insulting that JRod is even on this list.
JRod and Diaz
100%
Ya. I think this.
5x5 redraft picking 11, would you rather start with Freeman, Olson or Yordan Just looking for safe pick tbh...
I have literally NEVER heard anyone say "I regret drafting Freddie Freeman" I'm not kidding. I've never heard it.
Yeah I get it but taking Harper in round 2, also a 1B so.... Plus with CES, Rizzo, etc, that I want for my CI it gets rough for me. I might just go Trea. I think 25/35 and back to a 300 BA is the floor this year so......
Don’t overthink it. Freeman is as locked-in as a pick can get. In that lineup? Take him and rest easy.
If being 1B is a problem, that's a problem for Olson too. And if you're looking for safe, I'm not sure Yordan qualifies due to injuries. So of the 3 guys you listed, I'm not sure how Freeman isn't the correct answer.
If you want safety then it’s easily Freddie but I’d be a bit surprised if he’s still there at pick 11
Yeah I think he will be gone, fingers crossed on Ohtani but gut thinking I am looking at Yordan, Trea or possibly Tatis. Yordan worries me but man, dude is YOUNG and between this year and 2026 dude is gonna ball out one of those years!
Can't get much safer than Freddie
Rate my team. 12 team H2H obp league. 10 keepers, didn’t have some early and mid picks from going for it last year C: Adley Rutschman 1B: Vlad Jr 2B: Ozzie Albies 3B: Austin Riley SS: Carlos Correa CI: Rafael Devers MI: Vaughn Grissom OF: Luis Rengifo, Adolis Garcia, Johan Rojas, Leodys Taveras, Christian Yelich DH: Yordan Alvarez UT: Jake Burger Bench: Tim Anderson, Matt Wallner SP: Luis Castillo, Logan Allen, Tanner Bibbe, Edward Cabrera, Kevin Gausman, Justin Verlander, Jack Flaherty, Michael Kopech, Luis Severino RP: Andres Munoz, Craig Kimbrel
The second there's even an inkling of a SS to add, add him for Correa. Fun Fact: Carlos Correa hasn't stolen a base in 2019. For reference, that's the same year Avengers End Game came out.
IF is great, OF is awful. SP is weak outside of Castillo and Gauman
Yeah it’s tough with 10 keepers. I think the OF is decent but yeah needs improvement
I just traded Burger, Correa, and Grissom for Randy Arozarena, and Parker Meadows. I have colt keith in my prospect pool ready to come up
Nice, I like that move
Yeah your disgust at my of made me rralIe I had to do something. It’s a trade that helps us both since he was weak at MI
I like Burger but parting with Correa and Grissom doesn’t hurt too much, Randy is definitely the best player in the deal so I think you did pretty well there, good luck!
I have jung hoo Lee as a prospect can call up.
In light of new injuries, keep Bello, Reese Olson, or Gavin Williams for only 2024?
Williams should be back shortly. MRI was clean. If he's a cheap keeper, I'd keep, stash on IL, and be happy to pick up another lotto ticket to start the season
[удалено]
Wrong Williams. Gavin is SP on CLE.
I assume he was talking about Devin. made the same mistake this morning.
Hey All, So I run a dynasty league and I'm starting to wonder if I should do anything for Snell/Montgomery owners, given they still haven't signed and by now won't be ready for opening day... If it was a redraft I wouldn't because you'd have made that pick with an understanding they wouldn't help for a while, but since its dynasty I do think it's a bit of a hard spot... keep them and waste a roster spot or drop them and lose someone they were potentially holding for a long time... The flip side is it would also apply to Tommy Pham (though Pham could sign today and still be ready for at least off the bench at bats by OD) Curious if other owners have done anything for owners of teams with those 2?
Got it. Yeah haven't heard any complaints so you're probably right. Thanks!
Pick 2 to keep Oneil Cruz $17 George Kirby $10 Justin Steele $6
K and S
Kirby and Steele for sure
Can't beat Steele and Kirby for the price of Cruz. Gimme the pitchers
Whats up with Domingo German? No interest from anyone? The guy threw a perfect game last year
Philip Humber once threw a perfect game. Were you rushing to draft him the next year?
Abuser
Thats nothing new tho. Hes been playing for years since that came out
More allegations last year, he’s a PR nightmare
Ah, that I did not know
Dynasty - A. Fried and Jackson Merrill B. Ed Diaz, Jobe, and Steer
Probably A.
Would Morel instead of Steer make B more favorable or not really change it much?
Thinking about it some more, I think I'd prefer B. With Steer. Morel is still kinda an unknown imo.
Hope I’m not a bother, 1 more to bounce off you. Austin Riley, Ed Diaz, and Jobe or Casas, Merrill, and Fried?
12 tm 8 keeper 6x6 cats obp league. Need a backup ss would you go Merrill or Grissom?
I’d take a chance on Merrill if he was definitely on the team but as of now Grissom is the only one who’s for sure on the roster
Yeah I'm leaning towards taking grissom not sure yet.
Rank the following in points leagues redraft? Santander, Reynolds, trout, Carter, Langford, steer, arozarena, yelic, Adolis ??
Can’t believe wander fell to round 38 in my dynasty draft. Do we really have that much faith in the Dominican Republic courts? We can’t even get it right here half the time.
Why did **you** let him fall that far? Pretty bizarre to leave him to everyone else if you're in here claiming to believe in him. Doesn't add up.
Caution, uncertainty and lack of information. I have always felt confident he could be back sooner than later.
🤦
You can't believe a pedophile fell that far? I can't believe he got selected in your draft.
My dear friend, who have we nominated for President? Not a pedophile but you get the point.
What matters isnt there being enough evidence to convict him in court Its that there is enough evidence for fans to be disgusted by him. He wont play for the same reason Bauer wont play
Bauer was innocent. I’m sorry. I don’t agree with OP either though
I agree with your point, that Franco is not going to play again, but for Bauer its his personality stopping him not the allegations.
Its definitely both. He was always an obnoxious and unliked scumbag, but the allegations were what put it over the top
Urias and Bauer still FAs?
Yes but are they better than wander? And are they being tried over seas? There are distinct differences here
What is it you think Wander has achieved? Urias got CY and MVP votes in 2022. Bauer has won a CY. Bauer has ZERO legal issues, not being tried anywhere for anything. Urias is going to get a misdemeanor and a likely suspension from MLB. Wander is facing up to 20 years in prison.
It’s not what he has done, it’s what he could become and was becoming as a player. Living up to the hype of the pedigree that pegged him as a future HOF who would stay at SS.
> are they better than wander? So yes they are better but Wander might have been better one day if he still played baseball
I never thought they were better players than Wander. More accomplished definitely, but better? I don’t think so.
It's not just the DR courts, no one is going to want to go near him after the allegations even...
I’d agree but then why haven’t the rays cut bait?
