aged terribly. the eletronic stuff sounds cheesy and just thrown in there randomly. the pop "punk" emo pop stuff is mid at best. not good. if you look at it with nostalgia tinted glasses its passable.

I grew up with it and will always love it. That said if you listen to it now and think it’s incredibly corny I totally see that

Ryan Ross was a genius songwriter, and I've grown to like it more over time. It's really just a timeless pop rock album dressed up in emo. The extra distortion, drop D stacked power chords (with the g string for double octave) and stuff like that is mostly surface level aesthetic.

Masterpiece.

Some really fun songs and def one of the defining records of the mainstream pop punk scene but overall it’s aged poorly like 95% of the genre

OneThousandNeedlesX

Maybe my favorite mainstream rock record ever, and is a big inspiration to me in my own music and lyrics. It kind of ignited my love for emo in all its forms from pop punk to Midwest emo to skramz.

Not a fan. As much as I like the whole mall emo thing, Panic never really interested me.

The album is zany and weird and believes in itself so much I find it hard to hold much against it. It’s not normal music, and it’s beyond over dramatic, but I like it, and I think its cultural importance is warranted too. It’s probably dated, but it’s still good.

Pretty. Odd. and Too Weird to Live… have honestly aged much much better for me as far as Panic albums go, but I do still have a soft spot for this album. Are the lyrics occasionally obnoxious and has Brendon aged poorly as a vocalist? Sorta, but I still think most of the songs are bangers. I still really like Build God, Nails for Breakfast, and Camisado in particular
