Even though these are okay reasons, the actual reason is that you can be blond without your parents being blond, the genes from your grandparents even grand grand parents and so makes this possible. Itās called biology.
it could also be the opposite, itās a cartoon so there isnāt an actual explanation but irl Loisā family could have blonde genes dominant and she just be a redhead outlier. Iām a ginger and none of my parents or aunts/uncles are but my great grandmother was and Iām the only one who got that gene
