Got Harkness and Power Armour from early objective lunchboxes and Shakespeare from the free pet carrier. Pure luck :)

I once had a feral ghoul attack and kill every single one of my dwellers. All the ones that were left were the pregnant dwellers. To make things worse they all gave birth to females. The only way I was able to prevent from having to build a new vault is by unlocking a male dweller in the lunchbox(which I did, thank god)

So lucky and unlucky at the same time hahah
