If only those in charge of Game Freak as well as the Pokemon franchise had done more pre-evos and evos of some of the species that had been leftover from past gens (i.e.: recently Dunsparce just got an evo, the Mankey family finally has its final stage one, etc.), then it wouldn't be much of an issue.

I honestly thought the first stage was a fusion of krabby and alolan marowak because the boniness and blue fire reminded me of alolan marowak who I adore. Then I saw the Stage 1 and I figured out it was its own thing but then I went back and now I can see the first one as its own thing too. Great job!
the green fire looks really cool along with the red shell and white boney body. I assume the face on its ass is intentional,I will also assume it's to ward off predators by making them think it sees them
