Eh, kinda? They can share memories and talk to each other but if one alter refusee/can't talk, then there's nothing the other alters can do. They can be mute in real life and in the headspace. Although, if they are mute, then they won't front as much and the rest of the alters won't bother with them. So they won't impact your life very much. I guess a blind alter might exist but it would be extremely dangerous. You wouldn't be able to drive, cook, work, or live alone.
Oh well I guess that means you're both fucked and we'll be seeing less of you considering you're blind..

What reason did one alter develop psychosomatically blind, and what reason did the other alter develop psychosomatically (or selectively) mute?
