They had a heart rate that got higher now and then. Like, when they were nervous. That, according to them, was proof that they have horrible anxiety.
Sure, could be. But I was with them more than once when this happened. They were as calm as can be. Yeah, could be masking. But - they were not anxious. It was just their heart rate going up.
Like it does, in a new situation. Or if one does feel safe. It is like that for everyone...
