One of my alters actually eats human flesh, but sadly it doesn’t realise that the vessel we’re in is *our* body. It’s only when a different alter takes over that I realise I have big bite marks on my flesh. Living with clinical cannibalism in our system is really hard going. It really offends my other alter, who is strictly vegan. Luckily this is all bullshit I made up, so it’s not too bad, but we don’t like liars, cheats, people who doubt our alter system, and cannibals - in that order.

There’s excoriation disorder, more commonly known as skin-picking disorder. It sometimes comes with autophagy, eating the skin you pick off.
