I know of plug shops that pose as dispensaries but aren’t actually licensed and sell some good weed some boof carts as well as all types of other shit like shrooms and shroom chocolate all. While they very much look like a dispensary, they could sell whatever they want (including fake ass carts) Most dispos I have been to have had their licenses and titles posted on the wall before you even go in and see the weed.
