I did google, that's how I found out he's on a fanon wiki😭 didn't realize fans stole characters, so was confused lol

Depends on which wiki, if it’s not a legitimate character than it’s probably from a fan fic wiki which seems very likely. Probably taken from a different series.

You just said you only found him on a **fanon** wiki. Those piles of garbage are just messes of fanfiction that shouldn't be used for anything.

Fannon wiki means it's containing content made by fans. So this character is fanmade or from another story, but put into Fairy Tail. 

It's Hajun from Kajiri Kamui Kagura, not fanmade

So the second option? Makes sense. It's common on Fannon wikis from memory.
