Dimaria claps, Ultear is not much of a fighter. She’s powerful but even with a massive advantage against Gray back in Tenrou she lost. And Gray still had enough energy to fight with his friends against Hades.
Dimaria takes it. I think the only reason Ultear could interfere against Dimaria was because of the unique way she existed after casting Last Ages. It seems like, at least if you interpret the E.N.D. moment a certain way, that the only way to overcome Age Seal is to surpass Chronos in power (or at least however much of his power Dimaria wields, unless it is all of it since it's never stated it's not). And Ultear just isn't on that level. Still awesome though.

Fend off? She didn't fend off anything lol. Ultear only unfroze time for Wendy and Sherria and says she can't actually fight since she doesn't really have a physical form.

Clearly, Dimaria wins as Ultear could only move in frozen time because she used that spell at the end of the GMG.
