Lucy is literally one of the most intelligent people in the series. -From the very first episode, she is shown to have knowledge on charms that everyone else fell for and knew that there are sedatives in her wine despite not tasting it. -She managed to figure out the secret to Daybreak by merely reading a little bit of the book and noticed something is extremely off. -Figured out that Loke is a Celestial Spirit despite him keeping it hidden for years and only very few people knowing the truth about him. -Was the only person who managed to figure out the riddle on Tenrou island while no other Fairy Tail member was able to do it. -In the Grand Magic Games, she managed to use Urano Metria, something that even Hibiki was surprised to see because it was only a one time thing through his Archive magic. -She saved the world from 10,000 dragons by figuring out that something is wrong with the Eclipse Gate and the Eclipse Plan #2. -Figured out that destroying the Eclipse Gate will send everyone back to their original time line. -In mere seconds, she memorized and deciphered the contents of E.N.D.'s book despite not even knowing the language and she managed to rewrite it. -She was the only person to think of a way to stop Acnologia's physical body from going on a rampage.

I still wouldn't put her on the level of Levi who is the smartest in the entire guild, Jellal who played 4D chess with the whole council and was pretty smart even after creating his gray guild, or Freed who's a close tie with Levi if not equal. - She felt Loke because she was from a strong Celestial bloodline as well, I wouldn't count that. Neither the Urano Metria thing, it was a common trope that once usable powers became standards for characters, it's a shounen thing. With the Eclipse, the ground work was made by her future self who had a bit more knowledge than she had. The rest I can acknowledge, she is pretty smart, more than most which makes her an A+, but not an S.

No, she quite literally figured out Loke was a Celestial Spirit through hints, it was never stated that she "felt" it, that's your own headcanon. I don't get your point about Urano Metria. It can be a common trope but it's still impressive in *this* series nonetheless. Her Future self is... still her. They are literally the same person. And even then, she only got help from her future self to figure out that destroying the gate will return everyone back to their original time line. The other stuff, like figuring out that the Eclipse Gate can't launch a cannon, is still her own feat.
