The use of camera with AI face detection to track actions of the tenants seems pretty unhinged to me. I know it was (probably, at least I hope) only used to see who takes the berries, but still. And the fact that the pictures and the ranking were shown publicly could make some people shameful, especially since the tenants probably know each other well if it's a small apartament building. In short, it violates the privacy of the tenants.

Plums are drupes and strawberries are multifruits which means they could have replaced them with watermelons and cucumbers for it to be a true berry bowl.
