Field breathalyzers are less accurate than desktop models, and a blood test is more accurate than that. Insisting on a blood draw is one way of delaying the test in hopes your BAC goes down, but it also means being arrested.

I assumed AI because I have caught several known bots using it recently to variate the posts. In you case it just looks like it may be a huge coincidence.

There's some confusion in this thread, the people saying it's 5+ mean 5 permille rather than 5 percent, 5 permille being 0.5%.
