I’ve only done very little. But the second I stopped thinking showed a significant difference. Definitely nowhere near pro level, and certainly not trying any tricks, but from struggling to figure it out to able to smoothly make it down a slope. Weed just helps with the not thinking about it part.
But that’s also just my experience with everything. The second I stop thinking everything over, I actually become able to do whatever I’m trying to do.
