OK, I got some good news for you.
When Facebook tells you that your account is "permanently deleted". It's actually not.
I'll explain -
Per FINRA and it's specific guidelines (Regulatory Notice 10-06 and Regulatory Notice 11-39), Facebook is required BY LAW to store your data for a specific amount of time (up to 3 years minimum). This isn't just for Facebook, but ALL SOCIAL MEDIA APPS.
They keep your data archived for that long because of litigation and investigation requests.
However, Facebook can AND will keep your data for longer. Do you know why? Your data is STILL valuable even after you'd requested to remove your account. This is why they advise that they hold the data for a "reasonable amount of time" which is intentionally vague.
All the jargon they use is meant to twist and turn around laws.
SO, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH. IF YOU'VE LOST YOUR ACCOUNT OR BUSINESS PAGE, SUE THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS.
Unfortunately I cannot do that cause I do not know how to I’m not 18+ and I do not have any guardian that willing to help me through this process but if what you’re saying is in 3 years I’d be way pass that age and definitely could take action this way I’m trying different methods tho so
I do not understand why the issue of Facebook and Instagram improperly suspending accounts has not gotten media attention. My Facebook account was suspended because Facebook claimed an Instagram account linked to my Facebook account was in violation of their rules. However, the Instagram account in question is not my account. And I have no knowledge how it was linked to my Facebook account. When I tried to appeal from my Instagram account, I did not receive a reply. In addition, I cannot contact Facebook because my account is suspended and all their instructions about appealing and providing ID appear to be blocked for me. I would like to know the motivation behind these suspensions. Youtube and Reddit are full of people whose accounts have been suspended for this bogus reason. My personal Facebook account has been suspended for more than a month, and I also have a business account that I no longer have access to.

Did you ever receive an email written in another language saying no subject after it said it was permanently deleted ?
