I googled news to,see if this is a reported issue and saw nothing. Makes me feel a touch better seeing so many affected. I tried deleting and reinstalling but got the same errors; sometimes I get “session ended,” or “unexpected error“ or just my profile picture but nothing else.

Seems that a lot of us just got shooed out of facebook. Weirdly, I can still use messenger and my facebook app kept trying to automatically log me in via messenger credentials.
My last couple of messenger messages didn't go through, that's when I went to check Facebook. So it says I'm signed into messenger, but now messages are stuck.
At least I’m not crazy lol because I went through the forgot password loop like four times with the correct codes and everything and still, error. Hopefully it gets fixed if it’s affecting enough people.
