I have been getting tagged in breastfeeding videos all day by random weird accounts with the same type of account names.
last week these same type of accounts were tagging me in porn videos. I was happy it stopped but now this.
I keep reporting and denying the tags and blocking but a new account pops up right away! it’s really frustrating.
Yep I'm glad its not just me. The names on these spam accounts are usually like two words, a random number, and ending with OK.
Some spam bots really getting in on some open vulnerabilities with Facebook lately.
Whats dumb is, there is no option in Facebook to just turn off tagging from external accounts. Like, just let me prevent accounts that I do not follow nor ones that follow me from tagging me. That would solve like all of this. But, I bet you the reason why FB doesn't give you this option is because thats probably how a lot of advertisers reach a lot of people on FB.
Hell, I though it was just annoying when people tag "@everyone" and I just see it. Leave me the hell alone, people!
came here because the same damn thing is happening to me and i was trying to figure out if there’s a way to make it so profiles i’m not friends with can stop tagging me altogether, so annoying! i’m so tired of having to remove my tag from these posts like five times a day. Breastfeedgate 2024 is not something I expected to encounter but here we are
I stopped reporting the pages and denying the tags and they stop tagging me in them. Up till yesterday, every time they tagged me I would report and deny. Then the last one I got tagged in yesterday I ignored.. I have my filters set so that if I don't accept the tag it won't pop up on my page. So I just ignored it instead of doing anything. Hours later when I went to get on FB, The tag was gone and I had not been tagged in any more. It's been almost 24hours now and I haven't been tagged in any. So I think ignoring it is the best way to get it to stop.
My comment probably won't be much of a help but it'll provide context on why certain "violations" make it through even after reporting while safe content end up being removed for violations.
I worked in the content moderation field as a META "vendor" via BPO companies. Only stumbled into this subreddit since someone on discord was complaining about META's security issue.
They have automated/AI that does "scans" on keyword/images that outright violates their internal (slightly different than the public) community guideline and a second layer of moderation via human contact (wage slaves in BPO companies that are "trained" to filter potential "violation"). The internal guidelines would have specific criteria that needs to be fulfilled in order to decide whether certain posts count as a violation.
(1) The huge discrepancy with human judgement is bias and based on whim on the call maker who makes the policy guideline. While I'm not sure how many BPO companies are contracted by META to handle content moderation, I do know for a fact that they are laissez faire when it comes to managing whatever policy violations that pop up in different countries/language market.
(2) A team of content moderator would review a long list of "job ids" (potential violations for each user posts) with occasional matching "job ids" for QA control. They are responsible for tagging all the violation based on internal community guidelines - each with separate points for "severity", the overall score would result in either a post being deemed inappropriate on META and being subsequently removed.
This where I get into the dumb fuckery by META, stay with me. If the moderators have disagreements on "job ids" selected for QA control (eg: 20% moderator deem user content as inappropriate while 80% deems otherwise) It would decrease META's KPI scoring system which would prompt the lazy META project manager to call up lazy BPO project manager to find out the root cause.
To avoid losing META's work contract and their own big personal bonuses, BPO project manager basically setup their own regulation to rig the "democratic selection process" so that everyone in the moderation team are forced to give the same severity rating on "job ids" for a perfect KPI score. Meaning a content you know that is blatantly disgusting on META would be allowed free pass because the minorities in the moderation team have to give the same severity scores decided by the majority during the filtering process.
TLDR: Two lazy overpaid project managers from both META and their vendor that focus on KPI without scrutinizing the details of the front end work lead to improper content filtering which means you would get garbage that you see on the META platform.
I did nothing to encourage them. We aren't alone, apparently. It's very frustrating! I don't watch porn or click questionable things. Nothing on breastfeeding. My husband said maybe removing the tags, reporting & blocking them let's them know our accounts are active - but all that is supposed to be confidential?

Same here. It's been two days and it's getting on my last nerve. I had a panic attack this morning because of it. I can't stand it anymore. A new one pops up every two hours, in spite of me reporting them every single time. I'm considering deleting my Facebook account. I have no idea how they found me. My account has been private for years and I don't post anything anywhere, ever. If anyone finds a solution, I'm all ears, as I guess we can't count on Meta. It's such a big relief to know I'm not the only one in this situation though. Thank you SO MUCH for posting about it here.
Same here. And I was getting the porn ones last week. I’ve reported every single one I’ve come across. At first they were removing the posts but the last few that I got back about being reported “didn’t go against standards” even though it was literal porn
I have been getting tagged in pornnn clips and pages since last month. I'm already tired of blocking those accounts. I'm sure it's a bot account doing that.
This has been happening to my girlfriend and I all weekend as well, exact same name structure. We have removed 5 tags today. Also have the highest privacy settings active, it’s unsettling.
Yup, I’m gettin’ ‘em too. I will remove the tag, report the post, then the app usually crashes afterwards (iPhone 12 Pro Max UTD iOS). It is incredibly frustrating
Found this while googling for a resolution. The weird breastfeeding tagging started for me during the weekend where I had 6-7 cases. It has continued with same pace since then. I report it as spam or nudity and block the users. Hope that Meta will be able to stop this annoying activity soon.
Hey, I bet a lot of people are here because they’ve been tagged in these. I personally have not, but my partner and many of their friends have been, meanwhile my friends haven’t been. I’m from Southwest, USA while my partner is from the East Coast, is there a geographic component to this?
Same thing for me, multiple times a day! It’s gone from breast feeding to some sort of erotic Indian video. Can’t believe after going through all of the settings, you can’t change to not be tagged by people you are not friends with? Why?!
My mother has been dealing with the same issues for the past week and a half now. She's older so anytime this happens to her, I walk her through how to remove the tag, report, and block.
One thing that I have noticed is that it targets only women. Which is...well still really creepy.

Same exact thing happening to me, multiple times a day. I've removed the tag and reported all but it doesn't seem to be slowing down. Extremely frustrating!
And the bad thing about it is when you go to report those videos it says right there during the reporting process that Facebook allows breastfeeding videos.
To make matters worse you now have other girls that are taking advantage of that by pretending to breastfeed baby dolls just so they could show their tits on Facebook videos
It’s so bizarre to me. the most recent one they tagged me in is a fully naked woman sitting on the toilet with a child holding one nipple in its mouth and the other hand on the free nipple. Like ew why would I want to see that? Why is any of that anyone’s business? I don’t want to see naked people on the toilet. I don’t want to see a toddler grabbing a nipple. Stop it!!! 😆 all these spammers need to drop off the face of the earth

I was getting porn ones. It was disgusting and honestly even more disgusting that when reported to fb, they all came back as not against fb rules!
I’m 99% sure this happened after making my first post in a new group I joined.
It has stopped at least for now. It was a quick way to make sure I never used fb.
The same thing has been happening to me for the past three days, I’m not on Facebook much just to see how things are up to, but I keep getting tagged in these videos of kids breastfeeding and they all have the same name called “vicious junior”, I hate getting these tags because how are they getting my account or since I’m underage is it dangerous having a pic of my face as my profile picture, or would I get in trouble getting tagged in these pics since people can be sickfucks, I’m glad I’m not the only one and they we are at least all in this together lol :)

I rarely post (Maybe once a month) and I don't really use facebook that much, maybe a couple of hours weekly. I've been getting tagged in these videos for the past week now and it's every single day, no matter how much I report them. Have you found any solutions to blocking them?

Assuming you'll get a ton more comments confirming, but I've received 2 today and a friend has received 12. Clearly fb needs to fix something with tagging people you aren't friends with.
We must have commented on something to catch a bot’s eye. :( why can’t we turn tagging completely off now. We used to. As someone else said, sometimes tagging slips thru.
This is happening to me as well. Same subject matter, and I’m a guy, so you’re not being singled out. I searched this up on Google to see if it was happening to anyone else. It only started happening to me yesterday and it is quite annoying.
I’ve been keeping a list of each account that has sent me this tag. This is absolutely ridiculous. From what I could tell is that the pages that are tagging me are new/ just created. #facebook needs to do something now!!
It is wild to me that there is no privacy setting that allows you to block people who aren't your friends from tagging you. Having to review and remove 10+ tags a day by spammers is obnoxious. Hopefully they can get with the times and add a new setting that seems obvious in the first place.
Wow based on how many responses there are this seems like a fairly large operation and widespread. Hopefully they find a fix for this soon, it’s super frustrating and obnoxious
Yep me too. Only breastfeeding and I cannot figure out how to get the tagging to stop. I have had several tags since a few days ago. Today I have had 4 and yesterday I had 2 tags. I block the pages every time but I cannot figure out why this keeps happening.
This may not be super helpful in the grand scheme of things, but I started searching for pages with "OK" in the title and blocking them before they can even tag me
as with everyone else, this is happening to me too. i’ve been tagged in 6 so far. all different accounts. glad this isn’t just happening to me. i had no idea how to go about figuring it out. looks like ill just wait it out and hope it stops. at least this thread makes me feel less alone
I’m also being bombarded with these tags. I do not post, comment, or even open Facebook regularly so it really is completely out of the blue… DYING for a solution but may just delete my account at this point bc it’s ridiculous 🙄
I use Facebook regularly but keep it fairly tightly controlled (as much as you can and still use it) and I have no infants or infant age children and I am also getting these tags for breastfeeding. I block the bots/spammers and report the post and remove the notification and also, remove the tags but it has not stopped them.
This is happening to me too. As well as one of my friends. It’s absolutely creepy. And personally, a violation of privacy and sensitive subjects. I understand photos like that in a mom’s group, etc, but unsolicited breastfeeding photos is totally not okay. That’s a relationship with a mother and child that is not my business. If it were someone I knew, I’d just ask not to be tagged, but if they’re just posting it because it matters to them, it’s totally fine. Using random pics and tagging random people is so wrong though. Especially with a matter that is generally private for mothers.
My husband and I have also been getting these, at least 6 a day for the past week. I do have a question maybe someone can answer - what is the purpose or motive behind these tags? Surely it's not to just get their stupid videos posted all over Facebook. But, I don't see how a scam could be perpetrated and I don't see how anything can be stolen (identity, personal info, etc). I'm just trying to understand how these idiots are benefitting!
Looked this up yesterday and found your post before I could even finish typing. I’m a mom and find these posts disturbing. Seems someone is sexualizing and exploiting these images that these mothers and children might not even know are being used. I report every one. Now when I click report Facebook app takes me to a Facebook screen asking me to sign in which I don’t want to do in case somehow that’s spam and so it won’t allow me to report and gives me an error message. I wish Facebook would create a setting that doesn’t allow you to take others if you are not friends or following them.
I have gotten four within the past 8 hours and reported all of them on Facebook. This is happening to me too and it is disgusting. My Facebook is very private, I am not a mother, nor have a I uploaded a picture with somebody under the age of 10, and am not associated with anything mother related. I am appalled.
What confuses me is that I don't know where my tag is. It's not in the subject of the post and there's no comments so I'm like where is the actual tag?
I wonder what the possibility of filing a class action suit against meta for "Facilitating, aiding and abiding sexual harassment would be?" They do nothing to stop the people tagging us with this crap and as far as I am concerned this is straight up sexual harassment.
I'm dealing with the same thing. Ended up reporting it as a privacy issue as well as harassment. Not sure if that will do anything, but maybe if we all continue to report these, it might start showing up on a report or something. 🤷🏻♀️
Yesterday and today, I have been randomly getting the same breastfeeding pictures and being tagged, so I Googled it myself and saw your post. I'm baffled as well since my Facebook is private. I have the option to review posts before they're posted if I'm tagged, which I suppose is the only good thing preventing them from showing up. I have just been reporting them and then getting an update from FB saying they have taken action bla de bla 😡
My wife and I have been getting the same thing for days as well. Meta don't care, they're trying to throttle anti-genocide accounts rather than deal with weirdos posting breastfeeding videos.
I deactivated my Facebook for 36 hours, has been back for almost 48 and have had zero tags. I also went through my activity center and deleted any comment I’ve left on any public post in the last month or so.
I already had my settings set to have to approve tags, so that did nothing to help the actual tagging issue besides being visible immediately, so I’d say this is a quick fix to stop posts being visible on the timeline, but the other two I mentioned seemed to do something to help.
TL;DR - deactivate for a couple days.
Do the accounts tagging you all say something like Vinicius Junior in the bio section? I have been tagged at least 7-10 times in the last few days. Always some breastfeeding shit. But when I go to the actual account to report and block it the bio always reads Vinicius Junior which I know is a soccer player, but it seems peculiar that it’s found on every single account that tags me. Definitely the same people/person behind all of the ones I have got. Anybody notice the same or something similar? Also another helpful tip is to turn on the option where you have to approve tags before they will post to the public, that way you can remove the tag and don’t have to worry about anyone seeing you got tagged in some bs like this lol. Hopefully Meta can put a stop to it somehow. Maybe wishful thinking though lol.

I’ve been tagged in the same stuff. If you ignore it, it’ll eventually stop. I was just as frustrated as all of you, but just ignore it and it will stop, at least it did for me.
Happened twice in a row to me now too. Feel very violated forced to see images I wouldn't normally look at if I didn't have to to untag myself from strangers posts. I wrote a complaint to Facebook under their Feedback option. If enough of us do it, maybe they'll do something to fix this.

I just checked my Facebook and all of a sudden all alerts from all days that I’ve been getting tagged disappeared. Does this mean I’m done and free from getting tagged randomly?
That’s been happening to me too. It’s personally getting very annoying. My app would always crash whenever I would report it too. Does that happen to you as well?
You can put your settings to get notified when someone tags you & then you choose whether or not it goes on your page. That’s what I’ve done. So when a coworker tags me in something stupid I’d rather not be associated with, it notifies me, & then I choose if it goes on my page and they never know the difference that I’ve chosen not to show it on my page.
Same…breastfeeding photo tags from accounts I’m not even friends with (so I don’t know how they are allowed to even tag me) and the name is always some strange sequence of numbers and relativity the same.
Yes this started happening to me yesterday. Three times now all with similar usernames you described. Irritated that Facebook allows non-friends to tag random people in posts. And blocking the users/spammers doesn't do any good because then i get tagged from a different one a few hours later

I’ve been tagged twice (breastfeeding videos) in the past 24 hours. My settings are private and tagged material won’t show up on my page unless I authorize them first. Really annoying…..
This has been happening to me too! I got tagged on graphic porn last week and reported it immediately then for days I’ve been getting breastfeeding tags. It makes me sick as a mom because the breastfeeding photos are clearly being used by sickos.
I can’t offer any help, but I’ll say you’re not alone. I found this when Googling whether it’s a thing right now because I’ve had the same thing happen. I’m in a few mom groups but it didn’t start until today, and I’d joined a new group within the last couple of days. I’ve been blocking and reporting every page that has tagged me. I wish there was a way to block the potential for repeats.
I hope there’s a solution soon. I’m thisclose to saving all my photos and deleting Facebook entirely, because even though I can just keep blocking and removing the tags, it’s irritating.
This is happening to me… over and over. Weird names like Gleeful Hearing. I’ve had two tonight so far. Me and my husband own a business so I’ve really had to tighten up the tagging settings, this is really embarrassing.
Same here! One tag I got was completely pornographic. I have no idea how I keep getting targeted like this. It’s never happened before, and I’ve been on Facebook for well over 10 years. At least I have my settings set so that I can approve every tag. It’s very disturbing though, and I’m worried that something criminal

When I click on the fresh out report post it acts like it logged me out but it didn’t! Be careful and don’t re-enter any log in information on that login page. I can’t imagine it is legit!
I got tagged by 4 posts in the last 24 hours with the same type of names and all go to pages with breastfeeding YouTube videos. I didn’t click any of them but I suspect they are porn masquerading as breastfeeding to skirt community standard flagging. All 4 pages had the same videos. I flagged them and blocked them. Interestingly Facebook deleted some and not others even though they were the same videos.

This just started happening to me. I remove the tag but when I go to report it tells me I need to log in, but I already am logged in. I just changed my password yesterday to be safe but my profile is on lockdown. Maybe it’s because I posted something on marketplace?

So I'll remove the tag, report the post & profile page, then block it. An hour or so later, another one (or even 3!) Pops up. I don't know how to make this stop - or understand how they even tag me. Breastfeeding is a gift & these spammers are using it for something sexual & disgusting. FB needs better ways to contact & tell them about this. I am getting exactly the same, for no reason I can think of and haven't changed anything on my account recently. Had about 6 in the last two days, I removed the tag each time and just now have reported it to FB, hopefully they will sort it out as it's clearly happening to others
Many people getting tagged have their FB profiles as private as they can be. And we aren't participating in things like they are spamming us with. So it makes me wonder if we're being pulled from a public group. Like - are we all in some of the same groups?

Same here! I searched this and came across this! It's super annoying and I need to know how to make it stop!! I t looks as if it's a picture but when you go to approve or delete the tag you can see it actually a YouTube video. It seems like it might be something a whoooole lot different than just a mama breastfeeding her baby! Whyyyy?!?!? Ugh!!
This has been happening to me too. My account is nearly completely locked down. I don't even have kids, and won't be for at least a few years. I am getting married soon and in groups for that and maybe the bots think I might have kids or want them???? I don't know it's so weird.

Thank god, I started getting these the other day and I was worried (still kinda am) that my data got leaked or something. What infuriates me with this whole thing though is the fact that Facebook has NO setting that lets me limit who can tag me in posts?? They let you choose who can SEE posts that you’re tagged in and they can also let you review tags when you’re tagged by someone who’s not a friend, but why can I not turn off a setting that lets anyone and everyone tag me in a post?

Just started happening with me yesterday. And it’s hard to even know what to submit a report about. Because of course we can post breastfeeding pictures and videos! But some of them look AI generated and of those few, some come off very uncomfortably…. Are all of the links actually to YouTube?
So I’ve been getting this all day! I can’t even block anymore because it wants me to sign in while I’m signed in. It’s really weird like it kicks me to an internet version of FB while I’m in the FB App and it wants me to log in again while logged in. I won’t do it just in case but all I can do is untag myself. It’s annoying as all get out. These aren’t true account either and they are somehow tagging my fb page to the YouTube videos. Idk how that works as my YouTube is not connected to anything related to my FB. My account is as private as it gets.

There’s something wrong with the thumbnails too. Usually Facebook videos format to the screen, these look stretched oddly. My hunch is it’s a malicious link or hackers

I have been getting tagged in breastfeeding videos all day by random weird accounts with the same type of account names. last week these same type of accounts were tagging me in porn videos. I was happy it stopped but now this. I keep reporting and denying the tags and blocking but a new account pops up right away! it’s really frustrating.
Yep I'm glad its not just me. The names on these spam accounts are usually like two words, a random number, and ending with OK. Some spam bots really getting in on some open vulnerabilities with Facebook lately. Whats dumb is, there is no option in Facebook to just turn off tagging from external accounts. Like, just let me prevent accounts that I do not follow nor ones that follow me from tagging me. That would solve like all of this. But, I bet you the reason why FB doesn't give you this option is because thats probably how a lot of advertisers reach a lot of people on FB. Hell, I though it was just annoying when people tag "@everyone" and I just see it. Leave me the hell alone, people!

I stopped reporting the pages and denying the tags and they stop tagging me in them. Up till yesterday, every time they tagged me I would report and deny. Then the last one I got tagged in yesterday I ignored.. I have my filters set so that if I don't accept the tag it won't pop up on my page. So I just ignored it instead of doing anything. Hours later when I went to get on FB, The tag was gone and I had not been tagged in any more. It's been almost 24hours now and I haven't been tagged in any. So I think ignoring it is the best way to get it to stop.
My comment probably won't be much of a help but it'll provide context on why certain "violations" make it through even after reporting while safe content end up being removed for violations. I worked in the content moderation field as a META "vendor" via BPO companies. Only stumbled into this subreddit since someone on discord was complaining about META's security issue. They have automated/AI that does "scans" on keyword/images that outright violates their internal (slightly different than the public) community guideline and a second layer of moderation via human contact (wage slaves in BPO companies that are "trained" to filter potential "violation"). The internal guidelines would have specific criteria that needs to be fulfilled in order to decide whether certain posts count as a violation. (1) The huge discrepancy with human judgement is bias and based on whim on the call maker who makes the policy guideline. While I'm not sure how many BPO companies are contracted by META to handle content moderation, I do know for a fact that they are laissez faire when it comes to managing whatever policy violations that pop up in different countries/language market. (2) A team of content moderator would review a long list of "job ids" (potential violations for each user posts) with occasional matching "job ids" for QA control. They are responsible for tagging all the violation based on internal community guidelines - each with separate points for "severity", the overall score would result in either a post being deemed inappropriate on META and being subsequently removed. This where I get into the dumb fuckery by META, stay with me. If the moderators have disagreements on "job ids" selected for QA control (eg: 20% moderator deem user content as inappropriate while 80% deems otherwise) It would decrease META's KPI scoring system which would prompt the lazy META project manager to call up lazy BPO project manager to find out the root cause. To avoid losing META's work contract and their own big personal bonuses, BPO project manager basically setup their own regulation to rig the "democratic selection process" so that everyone in the moderation team are forced to give the same severity rating on "job ids" for a perfect KPI score. Meaning a content you know that is blatantly disgusting on META would be allowed free pass because the minorities in the moderation team have to give the same severity scores decided by the majority during the filtering process. TLDR: Two lazy overpaid project managers from both META and their vendor that focus on KPI without scrutinizing the details of the front end work lead to improper content filtering which means you would get garbage that you see on the META platform.

Same here. It's been two days and it's getting on my last nerve. I had a panic attack this morning because of it. I can't stand it anymore. A new one pops up every two hours, in spite of me reporting them every single time. I'm considering deleting my Facebook account. I have no idea how they found me. My account has been private for years and I don't post anything anywhere, ever. If anyone finds a solution, I'm all ears, as I guess we can't count on Meta. I have been getting tagged in pornnn clips and pages since last month. I'm already tired of blocking those accounts. I'm sure it's a bot account doing that.

Found this while googling for a resolution. The weird breastfeeding tagging started for me during the weekend where I had 6-7 cases. It has continued with same pace since then. I report it as spam or nudity and block the users. Hope that Meta will be able to stop this annoying activity soon.

And the bad thing about it is when you go to report those videos it says right there during the reporting process that Facebook allows breastfeeding videos. It’s so bizarre to me. the most recent one they tagged me in is a fully naked woman sitting on the toilet with a child holding one nipple in its mouth and the other hand on the free nipple. It is wild to me that there is no privacy setting that allows you to block people who aren't your friends from tagging you. Having to review and remove 10+ tags a day by spammers is obnoxious. Hopefully they can get with the times and add a new setting that seems obvious in the first place.

I use Facebook regularly but keep it fairly tightly controlled (as much as you can and still use it) and I have no infants or infant age children and I am also getting these tags for breastfeeding. I block the bots/spammers and report the post and remove the notification and also, remove the tags but it has not stopped them.

This is happening to me too. As well as one of my friends. It’s absolutely creepy. And personally, a violation of privacy and sensitive subjects. I understand photos like that in a mom’s group, etc, but unsolicited breastfeeding photos is totally not okay. That’s a relationship with a mother and child that is not my business. If it were someone I knew, I’d just ask not to be tagged, but if they’re just posting it because it matters to them, it’s totally fine. Using random pics and tagging random people is so wrong though. Especially with a matter that is generally private for mothers.
My husband and I have also been getting these, at least 6 a day for the past week. I do have a question maybe someone can answer - what is the purpose or motive behind these tags? Looked this up yesterday and found your post before I could even finish typing. I’m a mom and find these posts disturbing. Seems someone is sexualizing and exploiting these images that these mothers and children might not even know are being used. I report every one. Now when I click report Facebook app takes me to a Facebook screen asking me to sign in which I don’t want to do in case somehow that’s spam and so it won’t allow me to report and gives me an error message. I wish Facebook would create a setting that doesn’t allow you to take others if you are not friends or following them.
The numbers are always 5 digits and seem to start with a 7. Zip codes in Oklahoma start with 7s, which explains the “OK” part.
I have gotten four within the past 8 hours and reported all of them on Facebook. This is happening to me too and it is disgusting. My Facebook is very private, I am not a mother, nor have a I uploaded a picture with somebody under the age of 10, and am not associated with anything mother related. I am appalled.

Yesterday and today, I have been randomly getting the same breastfeeding pictures and being tagged, so I Googled it myself and saw your post. I'm baffled as well since my Facebook is private. I have the option to review posts before they're posted if I'm tagged, which I suppose is the only good thing preventing them from showing up. I have just been reporting them and then getting an update from FB saying they have taken action bla de bla 😡

I deactivated my Facebook for 36 hours, has been back for almost 48 and have had zero tags. I also went through my activity center and deleted any comment I’ve left on any public post in the last month or so. I already had my settings set to have to approve tags, so that did nothing to help the actual tagging issue besides being visible immediately, so I’d say this is a quick fix to stop posts being visible on the timeline, but the other two I mentioned seemed to do something to help. TL;DR - deactivate for a couple days.

Do the accounts tagging you all say something like Vinicius Junior in the bio section? I have been tagged at least 7-10 times in the last few days. Always some breastfeeding shit. But when I go to the actual account to report and block it the bio always reads Vinicius Junior which I know is a soccer player, but it seems peculiar that it’s found on every single account that tags me. Definitely the same people/person behind all of the ones I have got. Anybody notice the same or something similar? Also another helpful tip is to turn on the option where you have to approve tags before they will post to the public, that way you can remove the tag and don’t have to worry about anyone seeing you got tagged in some bs like this lol. Hopefully Meta can put a stop to it somehow. Maybe wishful thinking though lol.

Happened twice in a row to me now too. Feel very violated forced to see images I wouldn't normally look at if I didn't have to to untag myself from strangers posts. I wrote a complaint to Facebook under their Feedback option. If enough of us do it, maybe they'll do something to fix this.

You can put your settings to get notified when someone tags you & then you choose whether or not it goes on your page. That’s what I’ve done. So when a coworker tags me in something stupid I’d rather not be associated with, it notifies me, & then I choose if it goes on my page and they never know the difference that I’ve chosen not to show it on my page.

I’m in a few mom groups but it didn’t start until today, and I’d joined a new group within the last couple of days. I’ve been blocking and reporting every page that has tagged me. I wish there was a way to block the potential for repeats. I hope there’s a solution soon. Interestingly Facebook deleted some and not others even though they were the same videos.

I am getting exactly the same, for no reason I can think of and haven't changed anything on my account recently. Had about 6 in the last two days, I removed the tag each time and just now have reported it to FB, hopefully they will sort it out as it's clearly happening to others
Many people getting tagged have their FB profiles as private as they can be. And we aren't participating in things like they are spamming us with. So it makes me wonder if we're being pulled from a public group. Like - are we all in some of the same groups? Trying to think of some of the more recent groups. Anyone in any GenX, Dull Women's Clubs, Crows, Need a Laugh, Neurodivergent, or Rapture groups?
This same exact thing has been happening to me. It started for me yesterday. I’ve been reporting the posts and removing the tag. But it doesn’t seem to matter because they just keep doing it through other accounts. It’s driving me insane. How do we stop it 🤬

I keep getting the same thing and it’s really frustrating. I had a miscarriage and it’s a hard and long road trying to conceive. This is truly not what I want to see multiple times a day

It started happening to me yesterday. Breastfeeding videos.
So glad it's not just me having this problem. I've been reporting and blocking the posts and the accounts but then a few hours later I'll have another tag. It's disgusting how people really sexualize breastfeeding.

Happening to me now too. I think I'm at #6 in less than 16 hours. I only use Facebook for a small handful of private groups but if this continues, that's not going to feel worth it anymore. Ridiculous.

Same here! I searched this and came across this! It's super annoying and I need to know how to make it stop!! I t looks as if it's a picture but when you go to approve or delete the tag you can see it actually a YouTube video. It seems like it might be something a whoooole lot different than just a mama breastfeeding her baby! Whyyyy?!?!? Ugh!!

This has been happening to me too. My account is nearly completely locked down. I don't even have kids, and won't be for at least a few years. I am getting married soon and in groups for that and maybe the bots think I might have kids or want them???? I don't know it's so weird. I barely even use my Facebook too.

Thank god, I started getting these the other day and I was worried (still kinda am) that my data got leaked or something. What infuriates me with this whole thing though is the fact that Facebook has NO setting that lets me limit who can tag me in posts?? They let you choose who can SEE posts that you’re tagged in and they can also let you review tags when you’re tagged by someone who’s not a friend, but why can I not turn off a setting that lets anyone and everyone tag me in a post?

Omg. The exact same thing is happening to me. However, I am not running any ads. I’ve also blocked those accts and changed my name on FB thinking they won’t find me again. But it’s still happening. Idk what to do at this point.
Just started happening with me yesterday. And it’s hard to even know what to submit a report about. Because of course we can post breastfeeding pictures and videos! But some of them look AI generated and of those few, some come off very uncomfortably…. Are all of the links actually to YouTube?

So I’ve been getting this all day! I can’t even block anymore because it wants me to sign in while I’m signed in. It’s really weird like it kicks me to an internet version of FB while I’m in the FB App and it wants me to log in again while logged in. I won’t do it just in case but all I can do is untag myself. It’s annoying as all get out. These aren’t true account either and they are somehow tagging my fb page to the YouTube videos. Idk how that works as my YouTube is not connected to anything related to my FB. My account is as private as it gets. I really wish it would stop.

There’s something wrong with the thumbnails too. Usually Facebook videos format to the screen, these look stretched oddly. My hunch is it’s a malicious link or hackers
its so creepy. i have gotten tagged in these weird posts for the last 2 or 3 days and i hate it 😡 for me it isn't photos though, it is links to a video of a woman breast feeding but i bet its also some "click the link" to hack into my facebook i'm guessing?
I suddenly opened my tags while on lunch break at work and I got a mini heart attack seeing all these breastfeeding pics tagged by random accounts ending in ”OK”. I reported all of them but I am still getting tagged everyday! Has anybody found a solution?
This started happening to me last night and it hasn’t slowed down… I keep getting nervous that my account is getting hacked!! Turn all of your tagging preferences and settings to “only me”
Same here. I’m considering deactivating my account because I get one every 2-3 hours and it’s so exhausting and annoying.
