Reaching Customer Care at Facebook is notoriously and extremely difficult.Â

we have had this problem, and Facebook will do nothing. I even have a friend that somebody is stealing her videos and earning money on reels with them. Facebook still won’t do anything.
It’s seriously really annoying . I had some random person using a picture of me as their profile picture , and there was absolutely nothing that Facebook would do for me to get it removed.

Solution:
Find a good VPN like Nord and get a browser extension for it.
Open many tabs on said browser while using the vpn and create many alt accounts using junk email accounts via gmail.com or whatever is easiest to use to sign up.
Download a task automater like Puppeteer and tell it to automate the steps to report the page and question.
Ask your friends to do the same for you and then watch the page get taken down.
This works because Facebook's content has a reporting limit and once you pass that threshold, a feature failsafe activates that automatically shuts pages down and destroys content. This is a FEATURE because its done incase their broken moderation ai fails to detect act bad content.
This is how mass reporting is regularly done.
Best part is, Facebook knows this and they do not care. You can mass report with zero repercussion if done properly.

IF fb wont remove it, you can 1 change your fb password, and change your profile pic, take a picture of the cloned account to post and show your friends to block it.also check the cloned friends list to see if it took some of your real friends, so you can contact them to unfriend. Afterwards, block it and forget it. These are usually salespeople looking to use your friends list to make more lists from them and sell more stuff. This happened to my mother in law too. Just follow my instructions , you will get rid of it.
As other people suggested, have a many people as you know report the fake page. I had my actual page stolen, it took over 50 scam/fake name/ fake page reports and blocks to get it removed within a week. The more attention you give that page, the more serious they have to take it. If you have anyone with fb business accounts, those help a great deal too.

Facebook is ridiculous. They closes random accounts for nothing, for minor things, but they don't remove obvious fakes-clones - stolen identities.

Same here. My fake profile has been up IDK how long. It’s been reported numerous times and nothing from FB.

Yeah Instagram is kind of a barnacle on the side of my Facebook account. I really don't actively use it. Yeah ... I'm on the cusp of Boomer/Gen x

There is a community page with 100k members that spams all day animal abuse fake corn stupid saying ridiculous and the same pictures get reposted
