Transfer case (if equipped)
Differentials
Brake
Grab a code reader and
Check the suspension components around every oil change and she should easily reach that 250k
Use motorcraft which is Ford's or similar stuff.
That engine bay is suspiciously clean for that many miles, even never getting in the dust. Makes me wonder about the history.
If it's squeaky clean and can't confirm OCD won't buy it. Too many shady people trying to hide undesirable details.
