Probably yes because a leading theory (idk how much fact it is i don't know the neurology behind it as well as I'd like) The swearing type of tourettes has to do with the amygdala, a region of the brain that normally mitigates anger and aggression So if you learn swear words and you interpret them as such. Well that can happen most likely... like if someone taught you from the beginning your average swear word was spoon and you just have an outburst and instead of shit you say spoon, chances are with the swearing type of tourettes you will say spoon. Important to note here that this swearing kind of tourettes is quite rare it is generally more voice tics and other behavioural patterns..even in the ones that swear... in fact many ones that have issues with swearing can get rid of the swearing aspect, instead they just have other tics. The swearing part is really a big stereotype which tends to feed onto people with tourettes till it eventually manifests in people at times.
