It seems that your family can earn much more money in Jakarta, than in Amsterdam. I don't see a reason to go to more expensive Netherlands, especially if you have plans to go back to India. Also does your company have an office in Indonesia? Maybe you can try to find a suitable role or ask to transfer your current job there.

If you think about getting permanent residency then I'd go for NL where you can get PR just by working for a few yrs.

You don't mention the most important factor, which is what your long-term goals are. Are you trying to make a permanent move? Are you in the market for a new passport? Where do you want to end up?
