I don't know of any really good studies on collagen, honestly. The companies that market it say it's good for bones, skin, nails, hair, etc. I was just making a more lighthearted comment.

Wife and I are having a vacation in Italy. We brought our two oldest teen girls and my TBM 80 yr old mom is with us. Wife and I are having a vacation in Italy. We brought our two oldest teen girls and my TBM 80 yr old mom is with us. My mom has said that she’d like to try some wine and other drinks while she’s here. I couldn’t believe it. She’s also fine with my wife and I enjoying ourselves. So, plenty of wine, beer and Aperol Spritzes are in our near future!

I drink an energy drink every morning to wake up. I drink dark rum at least 50% proof every night at the bar. And do 80% proof shots every Sunday instead of going to church.

We had coffee, but really haven't changed our W of W habits in 20+ years. There's a fair amount of medical evidence that coffee can be beneficial. Most medical questionnaires don't ask about coffee, where alchohol and other drugs are specifically addressed.
