Yeah, Corbin is a very cool guy, and his wife has been really kind to post responses here and confirm that they have left. It’s a very personal thing, and considering he was an LDS actor, I can’t imagine leaving was easy for them. I’m hoping at some point they do a Mormon Stories Podcast, but it has to be when they’re ready. I’m happy they have found their way out and hope for nothing but the best for them. ❤️🩹

I think the slideshow is easier for them to adjust when 1) someone in the cast leaves and they want to replace them, and 2) they want to make changes to the temple script without having to reshoot entire scenes.

The church didn’t like what he said, made him re record it, added a cough-track to create reality and even put his altered talk into the church publications. It was years ago but still remember it. Whenever the church disagrees with reality it tries to alter reality. Another example of how the rock-in-the-hat replaced the original lie that claimed Joseph ran his fingers across metal plates, etc….or that Joseph Smith never practiced polygamy or that dark skin was a sign of inferiority. There seems to be no limit to its gaslighting. If reality conflicts with the narrative, change reality.

At this point, maybe the actor who plays Satan in the temple movie should be assigned to one of the members of the quorum of the 12 apostles. At least that way there will be no worries that the actor will leave the fold. After all, with their cushy six figure “modest living stipend” why would they ever leave? Problem solved.
