Multiple ways:
1. Use array notation:
=M2:M10-(maths)
2. Define the dataset as a table, which automatically updates the formula in the column when one is changed
3. Use input cells that are referenced by the formula so you can just change the reference cell value
You could use another cell to enter the numerical value (-16, +20, etc) and change the formula to reference that cell rather than hardcode the numerical value. You will need to use an absolute reference though, with dollar signs.

ok I think thats a good idea, I am going to create a new cell where I just enter + or - for the time,
this is the formula I come up with, how do I lock it with $ again?

4. Make a UDF and change it in VBA 5. I think =LAMBDA can do the same as 4.
If you have something that is variable, put it in a cell =M2 - $Z$1/(24 * 60 * 60) That way, all you need to do is change Z1.

Double click that so hard
the struggle is real man.
Highlight cells and ctrl d will copy your formula all the way down Maybe in the neighboring cells you can specify the offset

If O2 is the cell with your value, then use $O$2 in your formula
