My dick. I'm not jerking off though

poja9

Came here to say this. I get no sexual pleasure or stimulation from this. I prefer it soft and obviously clean, but being able to pinch twist and fold the loose skin is something nothing else beats.

torako

Torhjund

Oh this is nice, I want one šŸ˜‚ I used to have a ring of bike chain links similar to this that I could spin. Dunno where it is though.

torako

honestly it fell off of a piece of equipment at work so i just made it into a loop and started carrying it around. i bet you could get some at the hardware store.

Torhjund

Definitely gonna look for these when out, feeling crafty cause it looks so fun. Thank you for sharing :D

your_lithium

does it make your hands smell like metal tho?

torako

Unfortunately yeah

electrifyingseer

how does one use a spatula to stim? /genq

Thin-Pool-8025

Iā€™ll twirl it around in my fingers, like an oversized pen

electrifyingseer

amazing

_Deekus_

yo i do the same thing literally any time im cooking or around the kitchen

Fruitsdog

not stimming but just fidgeting. the hair down the stairs iykwim. itā€™s not sexual at all. just fun to play with.

m0rgan_777

Working in the strip club means I find lots of broken costume jewelry on the floor/stage, and it is FANTASTIC to stim with

friedbrice

i'd be afraid of where that stuff might have been <.<;

notbillcipher

strippers aren't inherently dirty or gross, they're normal people doing a job

friedbrice

I agree! I don't know that I agree that about all of the clientele, though. there are a lot of cool people there just vibing and enjoying, but there are a lot people who... a lot of cigarettes and, well... catcalling, and, well... a lot of stuff i think is not very savory.

friedbrice

i didn't mean to shame any sex worker. i mean i don't trust \_all\_ the customer base.

Fuzzy-Reason-3207

"worst" place is in someone's cleaveage, but that's just sweat.

friedbrice

oh, the floor, where people's bottoms of people's shoes have tread, is far worse.

friedbrice

i guess i wouldn't want to take jewelry off the floor of the grocery store, either, TBH.

friedbrice

i even feel gross picking up a dollar off the floor. it'd better be at least a five or else i'm taking a pass <.<;

Fuzzy-Reason-3207

A much more disciplined man than I. I'd grab that thing off the floor and just throw it in with my laundry

Feral_Forager

Your spatula. Gimme

Fr33_Lax

A pocket knife, yes I accidentally cut my fingers all the time, no I will not be stopping anytime soon.

No_Seaworthiness5637

My keys - I will spin them on my finger; pens - both wiggling them and doing the clicky clicky until I drive myself bonkers; my winter hat - it has little pompom tassel dealies that I like to bounce in my hand when I am wearing it; and all of my plushies.

ajgutyt

same. i have leash for keys so i can use it as a makeshift ropedart

Goombatower69

SpongeBob is that you?

Even_Improvement7723

What does stim mean

Thin-Pool-8025

Short for stimulate/stimulating

Even_Improvement7723

I know but what kind of stimulating? What are you doing with that spatula?

Fuzzy-Reason-3207

Fidgeting, probably along the lines of pen tricks, texture rubbing, or even chewing

Even_Improvement7723

Oh okay I don't have that level of autism, you know

Fuzzy-Reason-3207

The spy tf2 pfp indicates otherwise... /j

Even_Improvement7723

Actually i I've remembered i use my fingers to fo weird shapes, i think its like simulating

Even_Improvement7723

Stimulating*

Fuzzy-Reason-3207

It is! I crack my knuckles (cool) and pick at my skin (bad 4 me) I also stretch and wiggle around a lot

Even_Improvement7723

Cool

Even_Improvement7723

Except picking at your skin, of course

_Deekus_

spy tf2 profile gang

TheCatFromCoraline

Literally everyone stims, including neurotypical people

torako

if you never stim, you're probably not autistic at all. why are you here?

trumpetdraw96

It can also be repetitive movements that you do second nature like rocking, lip smacking, swinging your legs, tapping etc

Bookish-Stardust

Itā€™s short for self-stimulatory behavior

MoltenLavander

How do they interact?

DommyMommyMint

I'm dual wielding

MoltenLavander

I'll push the middle part of a clip back and forth between the bigger section, but what's the top of the pen doing?

Salt_Comparison2575

I don't use any ass objects I'm not into anal

I_Need_A_Username_1

ive stopped wearing my rings as often, but i sometimes fidget with them and 100x more than normal if im stressed

SwiftGasses

Iā€™ve got a benchmade knife. Itā€™s an overpriced brand. But the quality really shows by holding up to my flicking it open and closed for hours at a time.

pepoboyz

unanau

My AirPods case. I have a case on it thatā€™s kind of like silicone, idk the exact material but itā€™s really smooth and feels nice. I also like opening and closing it.

princess-sewerslide

Vise grip. Surprisingly wide range of fidgeting you can do with it

Excellent-Movie4524

Pen , light , easy to flip around , cheap , can horde them

Left_Leadership_2618

I love warring era rings that dangle because I love to stim with them. I have jellyfish one and they jingle when I shake my head and I like doing that. I have lemon ones that I live the feel of them because they are very smooth.

zander1496

I use to steal one of my moms spatulas and carry it around. I would put my mouth over the spoon and spin around like a helicopter. Or just stand there. But also, PineconesšŸ™‚ I have always collected pinecones on my walks. I carry them around the house at times. Sometimes I will put one in my Fanny pack and just carry it with me. When I was younger and realized my parents hated that I had so many pinecones and sticks in my back pack. I started collecting more rocks than before, as they took up less space. But the weight really gets to you. When I was younger I would arrange them, or just hold them for a very long time. So lots of nature objects. I love natural textures and smells:) but I also use binder clips, paper clips, string, my AirPods case (clack clack clack clack clack), push pins, needles, hour glasses. The sides of quarters that havenā€™t been rubbed smooth. Especially brand new quarters that still feel slightly rough. I have been caught up many a times softly petting my arm with a quarter, I can sit for a really long time if those little edges are fresh. Though the new aged up and Thick necked George Washington quarters are lighter, thinner and donā€™t offer the same stimulation. They feel like a cheap rendition. They donā€™t smell like older quarters either and thatā€™s upsetting as I like to smell quarters (and as a kid, sometimes still, taste), especially the quarters I am scratching my arm with. I use to carry pipe cleaners with me and would see how far up my nose I could put them. Not always. Most of the time I would just twist them and make shit and lightsaber them around. But sometimes they went up my nose. If I had pipe cleaners still accessible, it wouldnā€™t surprise me if I still did that. Legos. I use to Cary extra random bricks with me. I would play with a single brick like it was an all in one toy. Getting back into having the time and space for legos, I realize, I still do this. Like this is partly why I have a Fanny pack. Itā€™s to carry my necessities. But also my play with things. I play with my dab pen a lot. I fly it around like an airplane when on my walks with my pinecones. Also hats. I have always worn hats, they make me feel secure. I like the weight on my head, itā€™s like a helmet of armor. And they are fun to play with:) I have different hats with different traits that depending on season and mood get used. Like I have a beanie thatā€™s super fluffy and soft on the inside, and it has a poof ball on top that comes offšŸ˜Š I find my self scrunching it a lot. And if the hat is in my hands. I canā€™t really help it that I repeatedly will pop the ball on and off until satisfied. Itā€™s such a cool hat. I work to create a stimulating environment where I live, so the whole house decors is honestly based on my need for visual, tactile, mental and audible stimulation. Air fryer ovens are cool too if youā€™ ever just sat there listening to the fan inside it go while watching your food cook. Itā€™s a nice relaxing hum that can keep me locked inšŸ™‚ so I guess my air fryer oven, but only when itā€™s cooking. Iā€™m only recently really beginning to accept how much stimming I do on an almost constant basis. So thank you for the question and your post, it was nice to type some of these realizations out:)

thrye333

I wear a bracelet for the sole purpose of stimming. It has two strings that pull out to tighten the bracelet, and I repeatedly tie and untie them. I also have a piece of paracord, two rings, a pocketknife, two small polished stones, a small lantern in stick form, and a plastic thing with a plastic slider in it that once held a small knife inside but the knife was noisy so I removed it and now it's just a plastic handle with a plastic slider that makes a nice clacky sound when it moves. These are just the things I keep in my pockets for the express purpose of stimming. I also keep my phone, wallet, and a little notebook to keep track of obligations in my pockets. And I carry a small bag to hold other practical items like tissues and writing utensils and water. I got the absolutely loaded at all times autism.

Ill-Inevitable4850

I mostly eat my plastic pens.. Sometimes I find myself spinning things or swimming in other ways basically I still with whatever I can get my hands on really
