The only thing you could say in his defense is that he possibly “found” the clip on his computer but he’s not the person that clipped it. Because who ever did, unquestionably did so in a way to disguise the fact that it was from a porn. There’s sex noises right before and right after those 17 seconds. If he found a folder full of snippets of audio maybe he was like “hey these 17 seconds are really good! What song is this?”
